According to the Läroplan för förskolan, Lpfö 98, are pre-schools suppose to introduce the written language and embrace childrens curiosity about the ability to communicate with the written language. The purpose with this research is therefor to study the attitudes of pre-school teachers towards three- to five years olds writing and also to shred some light over which role teachers and other adults have when children learn to write. The earlier research contains different theories about how children in pre-schools conquer the written language and the teachers role in this process. Teachers attitudes towards and thoughts about childrens early writing could be made visible through interviews with teachers who all currently work at pre-schools. The results indicate that pre-school teachers have different attitudes towards childrens early attempts to write.

This essay aims to examine how Swedish compulsory school teachers claims to handle dyslexia while educating and grading, and to what extent they are influenced by others while grading. This was examined through interviews with a phenomenographic approach and the participants were eight grade 9 teachers. The categories of description found in the analysis was then interpreted through researcher Claes Nilhoms dilemma perspective, focusing on the dilemma Equal Participation - Compensation. Regarding education, three main strategies occurred: actions directed towards all students, methods of compensation organized by the school and individualized methods of compensation. The former is closest to Equal Participation, the latter to Compensation and the school organized methods form a middle position somewhat closer to Compensation.

Sexual dysfunctions concerning women with multiple sclerosis (MS) are common. Since the disease preferably affects young individuals when establishment of family occurs, the result of these problems have a great impact on the individual and her family. The purpose of this literature review is to throw light upon these problems and respond the questions if the nurse may be the right person to give sexual counselling and in which way this may be done. The theoretical framework was Antonovsky´s concept "sense of coherence". The result is presented in four themes: bodily aspects, social aspects, information/counselling, and practical implications for nurses.

This study examines how the Swedish newspaper G?teborgs-Posten presented Swedish identity in relation to the country?s referendum and EU-membership. By investigating the usage of the Swedish identity, related to EU-membership, the ambition is to conclude whether the newspaper was positive towards EU-membership. The empirical base consists of articles produced by G?teborgs-Posten from the first of October 1994 to the last day of January 1995.

Blåbär är en naturlig källa till antioxidanter, bland annat antocyanin. Antocyanin är ett pigment som bidrar till biomedicinska funktioner som förbättrad syn, förbättrat minne, skydd mot hjärt- och kärlsjukdomar samt andra hälsoeffekter. Idag finns en stor marknad för blåbärsextrakt, där bland annat antocyanin på piller säljs som hälsokostmedel. Försöket syftar till att undersöka om olika våglängdsområden kan öka ackumuleringen av antocyanin hos V. corymbosum av sorterna ´Duke` och ´Legacy`.

Ericsson AB i Borås är en del av Business Unit Transmission & Transport Networks (BTTN), en affärsenhet inom Ericssonkoncernen. Enheten tillverkar och tillhandahåller trådlösa och optiska transmissionssystem. På grund av häftiga marknadssvängningar, som stundtals genererar så pass hög orderinläggning att vissa underleverantörer har svårigheter att leverera enligt överkommelse, uppstår materialbrist och leveransförseningar. Denna omständighet och det faktum att vissa kunder inte tillhandahåller Ericsson några prognoser, leder till omfattande omplaneringar som i sin tur medför extra arbete som inte tillför kunden något mervärde. Syftet med examensarbetet har därför varit att kartlägga kundorderprocessen samt huvudplaneringens arbetsrutiner för att sedan analysera och framställa eventuella förbättringsförslag för att reducera antalet omplaneringar.

This thesis deals with the question of why the Swedish Academy Dictionary has its own Library when, for almost a hundred years, it has been located at the University Library of Lund. Looking at the library functions: librarian, users, room and books and their external factors: economy, internal actors, external actors and the development of the Swedish Academy Dictionary helped to shed light upon which relations between these factors have been important in the development of the library. The results show that there has not been a conscious plan behind the Library. A large number of the books in the Library was given by those who have worked at the Dictionary and also by their friends and collegues. Another part was given by the Swedish Academy and was partly gathered when the project was still in Stockholm.

The purpose of this paper has been to shed light on the ways the history represented at the City Museum of Stockholm can be used in education at the Gymnasia level. I have made use of the following set of questions to attain this purpose: 1) How is the City Museum's activity vis-á-vis the gymnasia organized and what is the purpose of this activity? 2) What positive results do the interviewees see in the collaboration between the schools and the Museum? 3) Why did the teachers represented in this paper choose to make use of the Museum in their education? The bulk of the study is based upon three interviews with the First Curator at the City Museum of Stockholm and two teachers, from Viola Gymnasiet and Skogsgårds Gymnasiet respectively. My method is qualitative and interpretative with hermeneutic features.In my interpretation of the source material I have made use of historian Klas-Göran Karlsson's classifications regarding the needs for various forms of history, use of history, users and functions of results. In this way I have been able to establish how the Museum and the teachers represented in the study make use of the history that is represented at the Museum.

Det moderna samhället styr mot ökad konkurrens, globalisering och en högre affärskomplexitet. Detta medför att behovet av snabb tillgång till önskvärd information bland verksamheter ständigt ökar. För att mätta denna typ av behov använder sig fler och fler verksamheter av datalager. Att utveckla och hantera ett datalager är dock inte problemfria processer.I detta arbete kommer framgångsfaktorer för hela datalagrets livscykel att studeras. Först genomförs en litteraturstudie där framgångsfaktorer för datalager tas fram.

The aim of this study is to examine and map out the different ways that theconception of information literacy (IL) is used in the governing documents ofthe Swedish elementary school. IL is a controversial concept around which thereis no proper consensus. Despite that fact, the word is used in a vast number ofcontexts. In the school world as well as in the library sphere the different waysof using the concept often appear to overlap although rarely in ways that seemconducive to one another. My work therefore, is aimed at finding out how theconcept is used within these two discourses and if or in what ways the usagescoincide and are compatible.

This Masters thesis aims at presenting a picture of, and critically examining, the Swedish debate concerning the public library and the future by way of 21 articles in three library periodicals. The questions examined are: -What are the views concerning the future public library in Swedish library press? -What characterizes the debate and why? Theories on political institutions and information society are used and the method is hermeneutic, a type of idea-analysis. The first step in the analysis consists of a categorized presentation of the material. The themes concern the form and content of the library as well as competence and hopes/fears.

För att skapa en bra och hållbar byggnad är det viktigt att under hela byggprocessen arbeta påett fuktsäkert sätt. Skador som kan uppkomma vad gäller fukt är ofta mycket kostsamma, menibland även så pass hälsofarliga att byggnaden inte bör användas. En del av dessa skadorberor på felaktigt hanterade material eller felaktigt utförande. Detta arbete är framtagettillsammans med Derome Hus AB, avdelning Varbergshus vilka efterfrågade enklare riktlinjergällande fuktsäkerhet vid deras produktion samt en översyn av deras sätt att arbeta. För attkunna framställa dessa har littereraturstudier och arbetsplatsbesök genomförts.Litteraturstudier för att få en teoretisk bakgrund om material och dess egenskaper samtarbetsplatsbesök för att få en inblick av hur arbetet utförs i praktiken.

Detta examensarbete behandlar det fenomen somhär är kallat för ?stadens mellanrum?. Uppsatsenutreder vad ett mellanrum i staden kan tänkas varaför något, människors upplevelse av dem samt omde kan tänkas ha någon betydelse för en personsvälmående.Arbetet är framtaget genom användandet av litteraturstudier,egna observationer och en kvalitativstudie. Studien som är genomförd i arbetet fokuserarpå förvärvsarbetande vuxna och deras upplevelseav stadens mellanrum längs resvägen till och frånarbetet. Resultaten från dessa pekar mot att mångaav dessa mellanrum är så pass neutrala att de inteuppmärksammas avsevärt mycket av invånarna.

En viktig del av ett företags finansiella planering är att bestämma företagets nivå av skuldsättning. Med denna uppsats vill vi ta reda på hur företags skuldsättningsgrad påverkar en rad olika faktorer som lönsamhet, omsättningstillväxt samt några utvalda nyckeltal. Resultaten redovisas i tabeller och diagram vilket gör att det blir lättöverskådligt.Vi ville studera detta ämnesområde då vi har läst om hur skuldsättningen ska påverka företags prestationer och resultat samt dess värdering. Syftet med denna uppsats är att studera de mest omsatta börsbolagen på Stockholmsbörsen OMX, för att se hur väl dessa företag följer teorin och om det finns något samband att utläsa.I uppsatsen har vi kommit fram till att teorin och empirin följer varandra till en viss del. Då det kommer till sambandet mellan skuldsättningsgrad och lönsamhet så finns ett samband.
