Användningen av elektroniska kommunikationsmedel ökar ständigt och många organisationer byggersin verksamhet på ett starkt informationsberoende. Verksamheterna har blivit allt mer informationsbaserade och informationsteknologin är en oumbärlig del för organisationers infrastrukturer. Därför är utgångspunkten för denna studie att utveckla ny kunskap om hur individer uppfattar effektiv kommunikation i en IT-intensiv organisation. Arbetet undersöker även aspekter som medverkar eller motverkar den upplevda effektiviteten vid användandet av e-post i IT-intensiva organisationer och hur e-post kombineras med andra kommunikationsverktyg för att uppnå önskad effektivitet. Den empiriska grunden till studien är en organisation, där tio kvalitativa intervjuer gjorts.

In this essay, I have interviewed four pedagogues from three preschools whit different pedagogical purposes. The purpose was to find out how they work with mathematics outdoor. In addition to interviews, I have conducted observations at each preschool. The different preschools are one traditional, one Reggio Emilia and one ?all weather? (Friluftsfrämjandet) preschool.

För att rekrytera medarbetare med den specifika kompetens som en organisation är i behov av bör en kompetensbaserad personalstrategi utformas. Den kompetensbaserade personalstrategin verkar för att underlätta rekryteringsprocessen och fungera som ett stöttande underlag. Syftet med denna rapport har varit att undersöka och kritiskt granska den befintliga rekryteringsstrategin och chefsstödet på en organisation i Stockholm. Samtliga chefer som har deltagit i undersökningen har personalansvar och rekrytering ingår i deras arbetsuppgifter.

The purpose of this paper was to carry out and evaluate a pedagogic ICT-project, where the computer was implemented in art class. Focus was on the consequences of collaboration and also on the students? understanding of their own performance, compared to techniques in traditional art class.The study was qualitative and began with studies in literature. The contents of the literature are the foundation of the discussion, especially theories concerning the learning process, IT and computer-based learning. In the project, three different groups of students from upper secondary school attended and they where given tasks to solve in the image editing program Paint Shop Pro.

This study is an assignment from the council of Södra Småland county to investigate how equality between boys and girls progresses at compulsory schools in Kronoberg county. The study was undertaken to find suggestions on how work with equality could best be stimulated.The key question was to elaborate how a decentralized rule and structural context of an organisation can affect an implementation of political decisions. The methodological approach adopted can be defined as inductive, it was analysed how the respondents from some selected schools in Kronoberg county themselves relate to the concept of equality between men and women and their experience and understanding of how the concept of equality between sex is understood in their work at school.School-legislation today demands that active measures are undertaken to promote equality between boys and girls and in general almost all the respondents of my study describe equality as an utterly important question. My findings although, at the same time, indicate a gap between rhetoric and practice. The findings of my study suggest that structural relations and a decentralised organisation can constitute a hindrance for implementing equality between men and women in schools.

This study focuses on the influence a user may have over his or her welfare service, personal assistance. A county, an assistance firm and a user cooperative are compared with the thesis that the organisation that surrounds the users shapes the possibilities the user have to influence his or her personal assistance. There are questions that try to answer if there are outspoken social goals within each organisation. Questions regarding influence of the user when she or he is choosing the assistance provider and the users possibility to influence and his or her power to decide who and when anyone works as an assistant are asked..

??Försäljningsbranschen använder sig av både monetära och icke-monetära belöningar, vilka kan bidra till att få säljare motiverade. En fallstudie har genomförts på ett försäljningsföretag. Empiriskt material samlades in genom intervjuer med sju säljare i två små organisationer, varav fyra i en liten organisation och tre i en mikroorganisation. Frågeställningen i studien var att förklara hur säljarna i den lilla organisationen samt mikroorganisationen motiverades av monetära och icke-monetära belöningar för att sedan förklara om det förekom skillnader mellan säljarnas motivation av belöningar beroende på organisationens storlek.

In autumn of 2021, the anthology A Bridge of Poetry was given to all six-year-olds in Sweden. The anthology contains both older and contemporary poetry, as well as both children?s poetry and poetry written for experienced readers. The idea is that, with the help of an adult, texts and images, and in some cases short movies, will together stimulate children?s thoughts and initiate conversations, as well as arousing children?s curiosity about poetry.

Studien utförs med hjälp av litteraturstudie och lärarintervjuer. Mina frågeställningar är:Hur utvecklar barn sin motorik? Vad betyder motorik för lärandet? The aim of this essay is to investigate whether the role of the teacher and the teaching in the classroom is affected when the Ipad is introduced in an one-to-one situation, and if so how these effects occur. Previous research show that the introduction of new technology in education offers hope of a more effective way of learning but that this at the same time leads to challenges for traditional ways of teaching and traditional views on knowledge (Säljö & Linderoth (red.) 2009, Erixon (red.) 2014).The method used is a qualitative interview in combination with observations used as a complement to the interviews. Four teachers working on an upper secondary school have been interviewed and one lesson in English taught as a foreign language and one lesson in social science have been observed.The results show that the use of Ipad changes how the teachers relate to and use the teaching material, as all material can be gathered in the Ipad and accessed at all times and can also be shared with the pupils. The Ipad also makes it easier for the teachers to offer pupils individual instructions which the teachers view as positive. In addition, the Ipad enables a change in regards to the pupils as they switch from being users to becoming producers in the use of the Ipad which in the teachers? opinions offers more profound ways of learning..

Utifrån min ansats, att stor del av matematikundervisningen går att bedriva med hjälp av problembaserad undervisning. I sådan undervisning menar jag att eleverna ges möjlighet att prova sina egna teorier vid lösning av ett problem, i både individuella och gemensamma uppgifter, samt ges de möjlighet att ta del av andras teorier.  Jag vill med hjälp av variationsteorin ta tillvara på spridningen av elevernas olika lösningar av problem inom matematik. Syftet med arbetet är att identifiera de kritiska aspekterna utifrån lärandets objekt och tillrättalägga undervisningen mot det. I detta arbete har jag valt elevers svaga förståelse för uträkningar inom de fyra räknesätten i textuppgifter som lärandets objekt.Tjugotvå elever har intervjuats utifrån ett problem taget från NCMs Känguruproblem, Ecolier 2012. Non-compulsory schools in Sweden should make use of the knowledge and experience that is available in society according to the aims and objectives of the Curriculum for the Non-Compulsory School System - Lpf 94. There are however only a few studies which have focused on the contacts between non-compulsory schools and society as represented by the business world in Sweden.The purpose of this study is to examine in what ways and to what extent non-compulsory schools are following the Curriculum by using the knowledge and experience of the business world. The perspectives have been: Which contacts in the business world and which working practices from the business world are implemented in teaching in non-compulsory schools? In what way do these contacts and working practices affect the teaching and learning of business administration? The purpose of this study is also to examine if the teachers in non-compulsory schools use business information and different kinds of business knowledge and experiences in order to keep themselves up-to-date regarding the business world. The perspectives have been: Are the teachers using up-to-date business information or business experience? Are the teachers applying a multicultural perspective in teaching business studies? In what way does this kind of information or first-hand experience affect the teaching and learning of business administration?The method used in this study was to interview seven teachers from two non-compulsory schools in Stockholm.

The aim of our study is to explore the empowerment process among micro-business owners in Kayamandi, a black township of Stellenbosch in South Africa. What are the positive and negative implications for the empowerment process? Another aim is to find out the role of local and international support in this process. The theoretical framework of this study revolves around the concepts of gender, power and empowerment. Our methods are qualitative interviews and observations.
