Syftet med mitt arbete var att jag ville ta reda på hur jag kunde effektivisera min skapandeprocess för att kunna färdigproducera en hiphoplåt om dagen. Jag producerade fyra låtar. Genom att kartlägga mina beteenden i min skapandeprocess kunde jag med hjälp av litteraturstudier plocka fram metoder för att öka min kreativitet och effektivitet..

?Statistical Process Control? har för syfte att genom av statistiska metoder, mäta och analysera variation för att upptäcka särskilda orsaker till variation i processen och sedan genom eliminering av de orsakerna, förbättra processens kapabilitet.Inom SPC finns några begrepp som kräver lite förståelse, till exempel olika typer av variation, skapandet av styrdiagram och tolkning av detsamma för att hitta särskilda variationer. Till författarens kännedom finns idag inget spel som på ett enkelt och konkret sätt underlättar förståelse av dessa teorier.Inom område ?Lean Produktion? finns ett spel (?Lean-spelet?) som har för syfte att förklara begreppet slöseri, olika typer av slöseri i produktionsprocessen och hur man kan förbättra produktionen genom eliminering av de olika slöserierna inom produktionsprocessen. Syftet med detta examensarbete är att se på möjligheterna till ett liknande spel för SPC.Utgångspunkten för skapande av sådant spel var design av en monteringsprocess som färdiggör en produkt (i detta fall en traktor).

Examensarbetet har utförts på Danderyds sjukhus, ett akutsjukhus i norra Stockholm med uppdrag att erbjuda sjukvård till drygt 440 000 invånare, och närmare bestämt på hjärtsektionen inom akutmottagningen (hjärtakuten).Med utgångspunkt i nya interna målsättningar samt de statligt satta målen, att 80 % av patienterna ska färdigbehandlas inom 4 timmar på akutmottagningar från år 2009, påbörjades ett förändringsarbete på Danderyds sjukhus akutmottagning. Detta förändringsarbete mynnade ut i ett nytt flöde och arbetssätt, benämnt Lean, på akutmottagningen och implementerades i början av 2009. Efter att ha använt det nya arbetssättet i ett år finns behov att utvärdera förändringen och utveckla förändringsarbetet. Syftet med examensarbetet fastställdes därför till att kartlägga de förändringar som gjorts på hjärtakuten och vilken effekt som förändringarna gett. Detta för att kunna föreslå fortsatt arbete med att förbättra flödet genom hjärtakuten.Med hjälp av observationer och intervjuer kartlades patientflödet genom hjärtakuten före och efter förändringen.

The climate issue is a significant question, and the problem is mainly caused by human activities. Everyone can help to counteract the enhanced Greenhouse effect by reducing the amounts of energy they use and by not consuming more products then they need.Schools are some of societies many consumers and therefore contribute to the Greenhouse effect. The School also has an important task; to teach and disseminate knowledge and information about the climate and the environment. According to the Swedish National Agency for Education, Skolverket, must all schools regularly consider the environment and sustainable development throughout the entire education process. Unfortunately, this is not the case for many schools in Sweden today.One of many tools that can be used to coordinate environmental work and initiatives, and also to make it more efficient, is environmental management systems.

This essay aims to examine how science fiction literature is supported and made available for readers at four public libraries. Each library has its own opinion of what a public library?s role in society is, and that affects how literature acquisition and media exposure is done at that particular library. To explore this, the author uses a modified version of Elzinga and Andersson?s theory of traditionalism, pragmatism and emancipationism.

Ever since the nation-state has existed identity has been a big deal, it is told that identity is a tool needed to be able to receive consensus from the people concerned on a certain matter. As the European Union is continuously shaped and reshaped due to changing geographical borders, as a consequence of new member-states the aim to integrate the Union equally across its surface has not been an easy task to solve. A lack of trust from the inhabitants in the European Union is a fact, and therefore the main duty of the Union has become to rebuild the trust from beginning to end, creating a Union which easily can be identified with. Since the process of national identity relies upon an excluding-including process and the use of the Other, the identification process on an European level has indeed had fierce effects on the inhabitants within and outside the Union.One of many things that this essay aims at showing is how mythmaking has become a way used by the elite in the Union to integrate a European identity, the myths refer back to a Golden Age when Europe was prosperous and in bloom. Among other tools used to integrate and create a European identity we find such as; unity in diversity, a cultural inheritance based on common denominators such as Christianity and Latin traditions, symbols and a European citizenship.

Den digitala utvecklingen både i samhället i stort och inom utbildning accelererar som aldrig förr. Många ungdomar idag har tillgång till digitala verktyg så som dator, mobiltelefon, surfplatta mm. Detta ställer nya krav på utbildning och därmed också nya krav på lärarna. Ett urval av matematiklärare på gymnasienivå fick i en webb-survey rangordna vilken kunskapsnivå de anser sig ha med avseende tre huvudområdena som beskrivs av ramverket Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK): teknik, pedagogik, ämnesinnehåll och kombinationer av dessa. Resultaten visar att lärarna anser sig ha en hög kunskapsnivå med avseende på pedagogik och ämnesinnehåll samt kombinationen av dessa men att kunskapsnivån ligger lägre när det gäller teknik och då framförallt den rent tekniska biten (t.ex.

Machine-to-machine (M2M) communication is a phase in the digital revolution connecting computing devices with each other bringing along new business opportunities for companies. Although being a fast growing field it has not been researched to any greater extent, particularly not within the academical literature. Consequently, information on how M2M can affect organisations seems strongly needed. This thesis uses three perspectives, derived from already recognised business benefits of M2M, as an aid to select proper theoretical tools to investigate the phenomenon. The purpose of this thesis is to gain knowledge of how an M2M adoption affects a firm?s organisation, customer offerings and customer relations.

Slöserierna skall sedan anpassas för att kunna framställas i enLeanbaserad slöserimodell för den kommersiella godstrafiken. Dessa kommer sedan teoretisktatt effektiviseras eller elimineras. Forskning har visat att många metoder utvecklade för att undersöka tillverkande företag saknar visualiseringen av sambandet mellan informations- och materialflödet. Det finns även ett uppenbart behov av att förstå hela systemet, istället för att fokusera på specifika områden. Syftet med studien är att skapa en större förståelse för hur ett tillverkande företag kan förbättra värdeflödet mellan interna processer. För att kartlägga värdeflödet och identifiera sambandet mellan informations- och materialflödet, samt hur de interna processerna påverkar varandra, utfördes en värdeflödesanalys av två interna flöden. Det visade sig att det tryckande systemet som företag använder sig av medför stora slöseri.

Examensarbetet är utfört på Lifco Dental, som är ett distributionsföretag i Enköping undervårterminen 2013 och omfattar 30 högskolepoäng. On board ships different type of maintenance activities take place. Some of those require working with vibrating handheld tools. Traditionally there is a high awareness of the risks with different type of duties such as protecting the skin from oil or other chemicals, the eyes from splashes and hearing from high noise levels. The experience we have from our time as on-board cadets are that there is less information about vibration hazards available compared to the information concerning other hazards on board.There are threshold values that workers, by law, are not allowed to exceed when working with handheld vibrating tools. The purpose of this study is to investigate how common the use of this type of equipment that can cause damage by vibrations, to the hands and arm amongst the deck crew, and if the crew informed about the risks involved.

The Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) in the European Union (EU) is one of the oldest fields of cooperation within the European Union. During the past decades the different Commissioners have made several proposals about changes in the CAP and many of them have not been passed but renegotiated. The present Commission has however published a report in 2011, which emphasizes that the CAP has three alternative ways to go in the future. This study aims to predict which one of these three alternative ways it is most likely that the CAP will take according to the historical institutionalist theory. When to be able to predict this text analysis is used.

Detta examensarbete kom till eftersom Sandvik Band ville ha en utredning till stånd gällande sin problemlösning. Detta då Band hade skäl att anta att problemlösningen i många fall skedde i form av ?brandsläckning? med alltför begränsad uppföljning. Syftet med examensarbetet blev att kartlägga hur problem i produktionen upptäcks, löses, följs upp och dokumenteras. Förslag på hur eventuella fel och brister i denna process skulle kunna elimineras skulle också tas fram.
