In recent years seemingly everything has become digital. Some areas, like classical sports, have been slower to adapt to new technical development. Golf is an example of this. AbstractToday, too many construction projects are delayed and deviates from the budget. Agood project management is the basis for successful construction project. The mostcommon planning methods in the construction industry is currently Gantt chart andCPM. The problem with these is that focus is only at the time of the project anddoesn?t handle the budget.

This thesis has been adjusted because some parts are classified, some sentences might have been changed. Electric bikes are a convenient mode of transport, a good choice when long distances or tough slopes can be an obstacle.The goal of the project was to create a prototype on a locking mechanism with an inductive charger for electric bikes.The idea behind the project was to develop a user-friendly locking mechanism, where the bikes would be charged inductively when they were locked. To implement the project facts about induction, battery charging and locking devices was needed to be acquired. Circuits for induction charging were created and a lock device was constructed. A microprocessor was used to control the entire system.A prototype was designed with a locking device and an inductive charger fixed in a bike rack.The entire project became very wide which resulted in that not all of the parts of the project could be completed.

Denna rapport fokuserar på lean systemutveckling inom multiprojektorganisationer. Dessa organisationer står idag inför problemet att hantera flera parallella IT projekt samtidigt som kraven ökar på att leverera mer effektivt. Nyckelord som nämns är lean, agila arbetssätt och scrum allt för att effektivisera och arbeta smartare, detta medför förändrade arbetsprocesser, attityder och beteenden. En huvudtanke är att om man investerar mer tid och pengar i att systematiskt arbeta med förbättringar kan man drastiskt minska företagets kvalitetsbristkostnader varigenom verksamhetens totala kostnader minskas (Sörqvist, 2004). Erfarenheter från verksamheter som framgångsrikt arbetat med ständiga förbättringar, t ex Toyota, har i praktiken styrkt detta resonemang.Syftet med denna rapport är att analysera hur en förändring i ledarskapsfilosofin, som lean är, påverkar organisationen den appliceras på.

This study has been performed at a smaller high school and with its industry students, the high school is located in a small industrial community. The purpose of my study has been to find out what students think about their work with the project work, what they think has been positive and negative, how their motivation is influenced by the work on the project and if the work has been affected by factors outside the school world.The interviews have been carried out like normal conversation with open questions. The students who participated in the study comes from the school where I did my internship. The selection was done by asking all students from a specific course, those who were positive to participate are also the ones I have chosen to interview. My main study results, in summary, described as the students, once they were inside their work were positive to the project work and felt motivated in their work. Negative experiences, for the students which attend a practical program, has mainly been economic, as the school does not provide any financial support.

Bakgrund och problem: Begreppet Lean härstammar från Japan och har sitt ursprung i Toyotasframgångskoncept TPS (Toyota Production System). Under 1970? och 1980?talet blev de tre störstabiltillverkarna i USA intresserade av Toyotas sätt att utföra sin verksamhet vilket ledde till ettforskningsprojekt. Resultatet från studien kom att kallas Lean Production och kan ses som en renamerikansk kopia av Toyotas sätt att bedriva sin verksamhet. Konceptet har vidare kommit att spridasig över hela världen och i Sverige har ett flertal företag kommit långt i sin omställning till LeanProduction.

Previous research has shown that internal communication can be linked with how motivated a project team is, but research that shows examples of how this works is missing. This paper therefore aims to study how two different IT projects are working with internal communication. By analyzing its strengths and weaknesses, we wanted to study how these could be linked to the project team's motivation. In doing so, we wanted to be able to give examples of how projects could work with internal communication to motivate their project teams. Essay questions of the study are:? How does the internal communication occur in the projects?? Which strengths and weaknesses are to be found in the internal communication?? How does the internal communication influence the project members' motivation? To fulfill the purpose of the study it was needed informants interviews with the project manager for each project to access the facts, and respondent interviews with the project members from each project for accessing opinions.The results from the interviews show that both projects have effective communication, even if it looked different, and doesn't quite agree with what previous research recommends.

This is a study of an experimental project called ?Eget företagande ? egen försörjning?. The aim of this thesis is to explore if the course self-employment in Swedish for immigrants will become a permanent activity. The study is based on interviews with participants from the projects management team and the interviews has been analysed with methodological inspiration from Jonas Söderlunds project competence model. The focus lies in the participant?s perception of the project work and their thoughts about the permanent activity of self-employment in the future.

The education program System design at the University of Kalmar has since it?s beginning been missing a near by studio for it?s students studying towards audio and music. In the choice of examination project I would take upon this task, which was long wanted for the teachers and students at the university?s Musikhuset.Musikhuset became the buyer of the project, and the studio was to be installed at their premises. Unfortunately, the project got jammed by the university?s financial savings calculations, and was due to this delayed in the end for 11 weeks.

Majoriteten av förändringsarbeten misslyckas på sikt. Trots det utgör bevarandet av dessa en liten del av forskningen inom förändringsarbete och baseras på organisatoriskt perspektiv. Ur ett sociologiskt perspektiv ses individen som central i bevarandet av förändringar. Av den anledningen syftar uppsatsen till att undersöka drivkrafter bakom bevarandet ur ett individuellt perspektiv. I besvarandet har vi utgått från teorier som beaktar långsiktighet, vilka har resulterat i nio potentiella drivkrafter som prövats genom en fallstudie på en svensk akutmottagning och deras arbete med ständiga förbättringar (modifiering av Lean).

This thesis includes a description of the project flow for our projects at Semcon. The emphasis is on designing a manual for elMaster Concept.The project flow provides several minor and major elements plotting schedules for this project and the establishment of a manual. When a schedule is drawn, lists and tables with components and connections can be created. This is done to better manage drawings and make changes. These diagrams and tables are used in product manufacturing, testings, controls.

This project is a step towards automatic firefighting. The goal is to decrease the number of personal injuries by replacing the human firefighter with robots or similar technical tools. Especially in very hostile environments due to risk of explosions or building collapse. A robot is easy to replace and can be maneuvered from a safe distance. The idea of the project comes from the company Drones Networking which aims for developing a totally autonomous firefighting system.

Is culture accessible to all in Sweden or do challenges in accessibility begin in childhood? During the academic year of 2010/2011 the Schools for Music and Arts in Göteborg participated in a project entitled En kulturskola för alla (A School for Music and Arts for All). This thesis' objective is to describe the project as well as examine the method the Schools of Music and Arts use to include children with disabilities and what suggestions can be made to further develop the project. Through En kulturskolla för alla, approximately 200 children with disabilities now haave better teachers. The project included 18 music and arts teachers from eight schools.

Fel leder till ökade kostnader och missnöjda kunder. En vedertagenlösning är standardiserat arbetssätt.

När organisationer implementerar ett nytt ERP-systemligger deras intresse påkonkurrensfördelar och ekonomiska vinster. Det fokuseras på vilka fördelar systemet kan georganisationeni form av snabbare ledtider, reducerade kostnader, bättre beslutsstöd och resursöversikt. Dessa konkreta fördelar ärävenlättare att hålla koll på och att mäta. Svårigheter finns i att hantera fördelar som systemet kan ge användarna. Implementation av ett nytt, verksamhetsövergripande, ERP-system kan påverka kärnprocesser, arbetsmönster och uppgifter.
