Problembakgrund: SvS kommunicerar sitt spelansvar genom den samhälleliga kampanjen Spela Lagom. Inom samhälleliga kampanjer, som kommunicerar ett företags sociala ansvar, finns det alltid en risk att den bild av CSR-arbetet som kommuniceras till mottagaren av denne inte uppfattas motsvara det verkliga arbetet. Om detta sker finns det även en risk att företagets image och profil inte överlappar ? vilket kan leda till ökad misstro mot företaget och på så sätt skada varumärket.Syfte: Syftet är att undersöka hur Svenska Spel, med ansvarig reklambyrå, kommunicerar sitt sociala ansvar i sin kampanj för lagom spelande och hur detta ansvar tar form i den kommersiella kampanjen för Triss. Syftet är även att undersöka  hur ett urval av potentiella framtida spelkonsumenter uppfattar Svenska Spel och deras sociala ansvar utifrån kommunikationen.Metod: Studien är en kvalitativ fallstudie som genomförts genom fem kvalitativa samtalsintervjuer med ansvariga på Svenska Spel och dess anställda reklambyråer, kvalitativa innehållsanalyser på de dokument från Svenska Spel som är relevanta utifrån studiens syfte, kvalitativa näranalyser på de två kampanjfilmer som innefattas i studien samt tre fokusgrupper med den mottagargrupp som definierats i studiens avgränsningar.Resultat: Resultatet påvisar att SvS jobbar med CSR ur ett kommersiellt perspektiv till skillnad från deras uppdrag som beskriver deras ansvar ur ett välfärdsperspektiv.

The global spread of the Internet has enabled busniesses and consumers in all industries to be better informed. Consequently, the buying process has appeared to become different from what tratditional models implies. As the buying behaviour among customers is evolving, selling companies are responding to this change. This thesis evolves around the consequences that the developing relationship between buyer and seller in business-to-business companies has led to. The topic in focus is the buzzword and phenomena "content marketing" with its marketing and selling strategy.

Denna uppsats belyser vilka frågor som lyftes fram för några kommuners framtidsarbete, vilka aktörerna var i de policyskapande processerna samt visar varför dessa framtidsvisioner fördes upp på dagordningen på 1990-talet. Metoden för studien är en jämförande, kvalitativ fåfallsstudie av kommunernas framtidsprogram. De utvalda kommunerna är Gävle, Halmstad, Karlskrona, Karlstad, Kristianstad och Luleå. Uppsatsens analysbegrepp är Policy Windows och Policy Networks. Dessa innefattas i en korporativ och elitistisk statsteori.

Parallel imports often lead to lowered prices and is therefore regarded as good from a consumer's point of view. From a business'point of view this is not always the case. When do parallel imports occur? Is it possible to prevent parallel imports to protect an introduction of a product in another member state? The purpose of this thesis is to present situations where parallel imports occur and to see if it is compatible with competition law to prevent parallel imports. Furthermore I will analyse the future development after the group exemption of vertical restraints enters into force in June 2000.

The work has been carried out in cooperation with the company Zenit Design in Malmö. The project's goal was to restore, improve and produce an ozone generator. During the project, the authors sought relevant literature in databases, been in contact with US suppliers of fuel cell membranes, Asian suppliers for the processing of Teflon and Titanium parts in mechanical engineering and Swedish suppliers of various standard components. The authors had access to a temporary lab at Zenit and electron microscope at Halmstad University where material tests were performed. The authors have also had access to measurement equipment to measure amounts of ozone.During the work, the authors have mapped how an existing ozone generator works and then have their own development.

Denna studie undersöker omsättningstillväxten i svenska företag i samband med börsintroduktionen (IPO). Studien undersöker detta genom att undersöka företagens omsättningstillväxt tre år före och tre år efter IPO:n, detta för att se när tillväxten sker i förhållande till IPO:n. Detta har gjorts genom att undersöka de 57 bolag som genomförde en IPO på Stockholmsbörsen under perioden 1999 till 2003 som klarade de utsatta kriterierna. Resultatet visar att företagen har en signifikant högre tillväxt före IPO än efter. Detta styrker teorin om att företagens ?window-dressing? i samband med börsintroduktionen för att ägarna ska få maximalt betalt.

E-learning integrates information technology with the traditional learning to offers a flexible way of learning for students where they won't be dependent on time, place or others issues that would prevent their learning. E-learning takes shape of an application, LMS (Learning Management System). Today LMS are widely used in many universities, but with new technique comes new problems. The constant developments of the LMS have made the decision to use LMS difficult.

Differencesbetween the cultures can lead to many difficulties for both the employees and the employer.There is both a challenge and a necessityto find ways to communicate, and to get moreknowledge in how to follow and lead people from different background and perspectives. Theaim of this study is to investigate how leaders through their leadership deal with contextualdifferences between China and Sweden and which effect these differences can have.

Inventory management is a key part of a company?s logistics function and is of great importance to companies as it is a substantial cost. It is of high importance for a company to make sure that the warehouse is efficient as possible. In this thesis two factors that hurt a warehouse?s efficiency are introduced; inventory inaccuracies and lead-time variations.This thesis has been dedicated to analyze how inventory inaccuracies and lead-time variations arise and how to eliminate them.To be able to solve this question we have used a qualitative research method.

The Arctic region appears as a pristine remote environment, yet there is increasing evidence that it is greatly impacted by pollution such as lead (Pb) and mercury (Hg). In this environment deposition of Hg has increased threefold since the last industrial revolution. In this study five cryosolic soil profiles within non-sorted circles (NSC) in the Abisko region, northwest of Sweden, has been analyzed to improve our understanding regarding how pollutants are distributed within such type of soil. The soil samples have been analyzed with the use of X-ray fluorescence analysis (XRF), for the measurements of the total concentrations of e.g. lead (Pb) and zirconium (Zr).

Background: Mental illness is a growing public health problem which can cause significant disabilities and lead to poor quality of life. As primary care nurses often are the first to encounter these patients they need knowledge to be able to respond appropriately to this group.Aim: The aim was to describe how the sufferer of mental illness experiences the introduction to primary care. Method: The literature review was based on the results of 11 scientific articles which were analyzed with the inspiration of a metasynthesis method.Results: Four categories emerged: the experience of being treated like a human being, the importance of a therapeutic space, the experience of time and availability as well as the importance of competent personnel and the importance of continuity. Patients described different aspects deemed important when encountering nursing staff. Conclusion: Patients experienced that they received good care when they felt listened to and seen as individuals with their own thoughts and feelings.

The purpose of this scientific essay is to evaluate if a continuous glucose monitoring system is something that can benefit Swedish animal health care. The study investigates if it is medically possible to use continuous glucose monitoring systems on dogs with an apparatus attached to their bodies. Furthermore, I try to establish whether this is possible in practice and how it could be done. The keywords used were diabetes mellitus, insulin, continuous glucose monitoring, blood glucose monitoring, dog, pet owner and animal nursing care. Furthermore, I wanted to find out if this system could be an alternative to currently established methods to measure the patient?s blood glucose level.

Syfte: Syftet med uppsatsen är att utifrån 8 hypoteser, beskriva och förklara viktiga motiv som ligger till grund för syndikatsbildningar inom den svenska Venture Capital marknaden. Uppsatsen beskriver och förklarar även hur rollfördelningen inom ett syndikat uppfattas av respondenterna. Uppsatsen gör även en ansats att utreda vad som karakteriserar rollerna Lead och Non-Lead investors i ett syndikat.

The purpose of this study was to examine if there are common factors that lead to young people committing crimes according to professionals in social work, crime prevention and the police. The study also aims to examine if juveniles in Swedish suburbs commit more crimes, the consequences that follows and what actions socialworkers have for these juveniles. The study was conducted through qualitative interviews of five professionals in the area who were contacted from different units. In the analysis Goffmans (1971) theory of stigma was used and Goldberg's (2005) Conspiracy Theory. Some of the conclusions that could be drawn from the study was that there is not only one factor influencing young people to delinquency, but often combinations of different factors that lead to this.

Rimaster Kisa AB is a member of the Rimaster Group, the corporation was bought from Samhall AB in January 2007. The corporation is producing mechanichs needed by the Rimaster group as well for external costumers. Samhall AB is now functioning as a provider of labor for Rimaster Kisa, as the company is hiring personnel from Samhall AB. The company has earlier have had problems with their lead times being far too long. This has resulted in that the management decided to invest in a new edging press.
