Denna uppsats analyserar bearbetningsfasen vid översättningen av "La protección de los derechos humanos en el Sistema Interamericano. Manual para defensores y defensoras de derechos humanos" som är utgiven av organisationen CEJIL (Center for Justice and International Law) som verkar i Nord- och Sydamerika. Först ges en förberedande textanalys där källtexten och förutsättningarna för översättningen beskrivs. I den följande analysen studeras översättningsproblem som rör textens komplicerade meningsbyggnad och tunga koordinationsfraser. Utifrån olika teorier och artiklar om svenskt klarspråk studeras det vilka strategier som har använts för att skapa en enkel och tydlig text på svenska.

The purpose of this study is to chart and describe which content and different models that teachers use when teaching English as a foreign language at upper secondary school in Sweden. The study was performed through a phenomenonographic point of view, where the aim is to present and compare different understandings within a certain area. Our study emanates in Lars-Göran Malmberg?s theories about different teaching models used when teaching Swedish, which have been transferred and modified by Bo Lundahl into teaching English as foreign language. On the basis of this theory, six individual interviews with different teachers at upper secondary school were carried out with concern of discussing the content and aim of English teaching.

The aim of this Master?s thesis is to examine three library weblogs to evaluate how they are used and what type of information the libraries publish in these specific weblogs.The following three questions are the basis of this study:? What is the content of the weblogs?? How is the weblog used as a tool by the libraries?? How is the interaction between the library and the readers of the weblogs presented regarding the comment function?The method that has been used in this study is content analysis and the code units have been created during the process. It is mainly a qualitative analysis but it does also contain quantitative elements. With the content analysis, 21 different themes where cut from the three weblogs. These themes where then put into the model of the local library profiles worked out by Marianne Andersson and Dorte Skot-Hansen.

Rapporten handlar om framtagning av användarvänlig konstruktionslösning till en frekvensstyrd filterkärra och görs på uppdrag av Lars-Olof Larsson vid Filterteknik AB i Karlstad. Kursen är Examensarbete högskoleingenjörsexamen i maskinteknik, MSGC17 vid fakulteten för teknik- och naturvetenskap på Karlstads universitet under vårterminen 2014.I detta examensarbete tas en konstruktionslösning fram till en frekvensstyrd filterkärra som är en blivande produkt och ersättare till två tidigare filterkärror. Filterkärrans uppgift är att filtrera olika oljor från vatten och partiklar. En testkörningsprototyp fanns från början och huvudkomponenterna var utvalda. Genom produktutvecklingsprocessens metodik har ett antal prototyper tagits fram och utifrån det har den med bäst lösning valts och arbetats vidare med. Resultatet blev en kärra med samma ramstomme som tidigare liknade kärror.

The purpose of this study is to understand and analyze why individuals develop and manage to leave drug abuse. The material consists of interviews with eight individuals who have gone through a life of addiction and managed to change their lifestyle. We contacted the participants through the organization called KRIS (Criminals Redress with Society). The results indicate that the participants have had a troublesome upbringing and been labeled by society as outsiders which have led them into addiction. The results also show that they have all gone through a social conversion from the life as an addict to become sober.

AbstractThe purpose with this paper is to describe focus in the school subject swedish through a historic perspective. The purpose is also to intestigate how a group of pupils in the last grade in upper (senior) level of compulsory school and teachers with the subject swedish thinks about the subject, what is the most meaningful to pupils in the last grade in upper level of compulsory school.The history of the Swedish school system from the 15 th century till today and the entrance of Swedich as a subject in school has been studied by literature and curriculum. With help from Mr Lars-Göran Malmgrens analysis of different swedish subjects the curriculums analyses to see which subject who appear.Pupils from the last grade in upper level of compulsory school and their teachers in the the subject swedish have answered questions in two different questionnaires regarding what is most meaningful with the subject. The result are to be present in this paper as diagram and also in ordinary text.The conclusion is that the subject swedish has changed from functionalism to formalism and then turned to a more literary education and finally towards functionalism again. The results from the questionnaire papers show that the pupils put most value in learning different skills while the teachers see the importance of both skills and developing the personality..

Studiens syfte var att skapa ett digitalt läromedel inom gjutning i skolämnet bild och form samt att undersöka hur lärarstudenter och en nyutexaminerad lärare såg på det skapade läromedlet och blogg som läromedel. De frågeställningar som studien utgick ifrån var ?hur kan en blogg som läromedel i gjutning utformas?? och ?vad tycker lärarstudenter och nyexaminerade lärare i bildämnet om det färdiga läromedlet??. För att besvara dessa frågor genomfördes ett gestaltande arbete genom att utforma en blogg som ett läromedel i skolan. Temat på detta läromedel var gjutning, där två gjutningstekniker presenterades; tvådelad gipsform och alginatform.

SammanfattningSyftet med examensarbetet var att utföra ett designförslag på en trädgård för personer meddemenssjukdom. Genom litteraturstudier och enkätundersökning har jag fått kunskap om huren trädgård för personer med demenssjukdom bör se ut och vad den bör innehålla. När manutformar en trädgård för personer med demenssjukdom är inte syftet att rehabilitera, utan attge dem god livskvalitet. Detta kan man göra genom att skapa en trädgård med växter ochmaterial som stimulerar sinnet. Via enkätundersökningen har jag fått möjlighet att ta del avsådant som vårdpersonal tycker är viktigt i en trädgård för personer med demenssjukdom ochvad de tror att de boende skulle vilja göra i en trädgård.

The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to examine posts on bookblogs about the book, Cirkeln by Mats Strandberg and Sara Bergmark Elfgren and see how it has distributed amongst readers through social media and reader response. We want through this examine whether bookblogs have a place in the literary society, and in such cases, how this may take place. The Swedish Online bookshops Adlibris and Bokus is being used to find the blogposts to be examined in this thesis. The analysis is being implemented using content analysis and constructed encoding schemes. Interdisciplinary topics, like LIS and sociology of literature may have similar points of contact, which we want to highlight with this thesis.

Syftet med uppsatsen är att analysera hur det moderna samhället i västvärlden ser på och pratar om sex och kärlek. Jag tittar på hur de kombineras i den så kallade kärleksideologin. Objektet för min analys är filmen Crazy, stupid, love från 2011. Jag använder exempel från filmen för att observera vissa kulturella aspekter som vi har i västvärlden kring kärlek och sex. Den teoretiska utgångspunkten för uppsatsen är det socialkonstruktivistiska perspektivet (Barlebo Wenneberg 2001) och modern filmteori (Andersson och Hedling 1995). Resultatet visar bland annat att fiktiva verk, som filmen jag använder i uppsatsen, kan ta en plats i den kulturella diskursen.

The aim of this Master?s thesis is to investigate the library habits of young people, age 15 to 24. Our empirical data are gathered in a survey distributed to 104 young men and women at three different public libraries. The questions are about how young people use the public library, what media and services they use and whether or not they are content with what the public library can offer them. In our analysis we have compared our results to previous research and used a model by Marianne Andersson and Dorte Skot-Hansen to determine how they use the library.

The purpose of this study has been to investigate how the temperance movement IOGT in Karlstadcampaigned for people to vote for a referendum on alcohol in 1922 and how it has been tackled bythe local press. To answer the purpose a qualitative text interpretation has been used from IOGT'smeetings protocols and the local press used are the two largest newspapers in Karlstad during thisperiod of time, Karlstads-Tidningen and Nya Wermlands-Tidningen. The type of examinationperformed is called interpretive case study where it has been used a theoretical basis. Thetheoretical point is Habermas Bourgeois publicity also been used by Lars Båtefalk in his thesisStaten, samhället och superiet. Can the temperance movement be said to take part of the publicsphere?The results show that IOGT during this period have grown large enough to be a part of the publicwhich Båtefalk mean was not the case around 1900.

As a Swedish landscape architecture student living in Australia for five years, I have often wondered if my memories and my associations with the landscape and the nature in Sweden, are the same as other Swedish people living in Melbourne. Most of the Swedish people who live here in Melbourne remember and associate Sweden?s nature and landscape with where they grew up or where they used to live. The plants that most of the Swedish people I asked missed from Sweden were associated to special feelings or activities. The general type of landscape people remember from Sweden is that of a landscape covered in forests, which you can walk freely through. With these memories as a foundation and with inspiration from the Swedish landscape architect Thorbjörn Anderson?s way of creating places, by letting a few strong changes play against the existing elements,2 but also with consideration of the climate and the severe shortage of water that is current in Melbourne, will I create a design concept for the garden surrounding the Swedish Church in Melbourne. What information resources and information channels do the respondents use in their daily worklife and which functions do these fulfil?2.
