Denna rapport bygger på den kommande solcellsfasaden på kvarteret Frodeparken i centrala Uppsala. Projektet genomförs genom ett partneringavtal mellan Skanska Sverige AB och Uppsalahem. Syftet med detta examensarbete var att skapa en underhållsplan samt en investeringskalkyl för projektet. En teknisk bakgrund för solcellsanläggningar har sammanställts för att förstå hur systemet fungerar. Underhållsplanen grundas på fakta från solcellsleverantören och uppgifter från referensobjekt. Det har visat sig att solcellsanläggningar kräver väldigt lite underhåll. För att få en bred syn på investeringen har ett antal simuleringar på investeringskalkylen genomförts.

My thesis is a combination of theory and practice, where theory is meant to create a context and a background for my interpretation proposal. I wanted to ?access? the ideas that are always in the background of the reasoning which underlies both planning in a larger scale, and the design of a place. I wanted to make a ?work of ideas.? In the process of shaping the proposal, I wanted to be deleted from the site itself.

The pace of product development is increasing. It is important to keep high quality in theproducts even though the time for product development decreases. Those companies whichcan utilize previous experiences are positioned with a significant competitive advantage. ToABB Robotics it has become evident that the knowledge transfer process within the productdevelopment department is inadequate. This study was a result and an attempt to address thisunsatisfactory insight.

Often, the green is handled as an opposite to the built, but if it could be seen as a part of the built and the society, the planning will be easier to handle. The thesis work wants to create a method that treats villages in an analytic way in a context; with green, blur, grey and all the other colors that together are the completeness.This master's thesis is made to be used as foundation in detail plannng in the municipality of Örkelljunga. Target audience is on one hand those who work with planning and green matters in Örkelljunga municipality, but also other planners who work with landscape.Literature in the field of green city planning has been studied and 30 methods for analysis have been valued. The method for analysis that has been used in this work is a merging of ten different methods and has included literature studies, sketches, interviews and work on spot. The ten methods are consciously chosen to together make one comprehensive and true image of the village, as far as it is possible.

Ämnet för den här uppsatsen är utformandet av Energibolagets jämställdhetsplan. Syftet med utredningsarbetet var att undersöka vad de anställda vid moderbolaget Energi inom Energikoncernen har för attityder till jämställdhet generellt på arbetsplatsen. Som metod använde vi enkäter i genomförandet av vår studie. Utifrån de anställdas attityder utarbetade vi en konkret jämställdhetsplan. Vi kom fram till att det finns mycket för Energibolaget att arbeta med vad det gäller jämställdhetsfrågor i organisationen.

I läroplanen för förskolan (Lpfö98) beskrivs förskolan som en social och kulturell mötesplats som skall stärka och förbereda barnen för ett liv i ett allt mer internationaliserat samhälle (Lpfö98). Syftet med denna studie är att jag med detta som utgångspunkt har tittat närmre på förskolelärares egna tankar och funderingar kring detta, hur förskolelärare känner inför de mångkulturella direktiven som läroplanen anger och hur de tycker att man rent praktiskt skall uppfylla dessa mål. Studien tar även upp hur förskolelärarna upplever sina egna kunskaper för att bidra till att barnen utvecklar sin förmåga att förstå och leva sig in i andras kulturer och värderingar.Det är en kvalitativ studie där fyra intervjuer har gjorts med slumpvalda förskolelärare från en förutbestämd stadsdel. I studien framkom att samtliga förskolelärare ser att förskolan besitter en mångfald som de ser positivt på. Denna mångfald ställer krav på en interkulturell pedagogik hos förskolelärarna, för att man på ett mer effektivt och medvetet sätt skall kunna arbeta för de mångkulturella direktiven som anges i Lpfö98.Slutsatserna av studien är att förskolelärarna upplever ett behov av fortbildningar i strävan mot ett mer interkulturellt förhållningssätt.

Kristianstads bakgator bestod fram till en bit in på 1900-talet av låg bebyggelse i ett och två plan. Idag finns endast fem bevarade envåningshus kvar inom stadskärnan. Ett av dessa hus har nu under en längre tid fått stå tomt och förfalla medan ett rivningshot inväntas.Diskussionerna om vad man ska göra med kvarteret har pågått i snart 20 år, utan att man lyckats nå någon lösning, situationen är minst sagt låst.Detta arbete lägger fram nya idéer och förslag på hur huset och kvarteret som det ligger i skulle kunna utvecklas, förslaget som ser till de olika parternas önskemål och som skulle kunna vara en lösning för både huset, staden och fastighetsägaren. .

The aim of this study was to map the prevalence of aeolian sand dunes in Västerbotten, northern Sweden to find dunes formed during earlier deglaciation phases, which was then preserved in cold-based conditions during the youngest stadial of the Weichselian glaciation. These preserved dunes were expected to be covered by a layer of till and have a rather faint morphology compared to dunes formed during the Holocene. Consequently, high resolution LIDAR-derived images from the Swedish mapping, cadastral and land registration authority (Lantmäteriet) was used to detect the dunes throughout an area covering most of Västerbotten, above the highest coastline and below the mountain range. The analysis resulted in several new findings of aeolian dunes compared to the findings in the quaternary soil map created by the Geological Survey of Sweden. Despite the fact some of the dunes at the LIDAR-derived image had a strange faint appearance, it was quickly evident during the fieldwork that the aeolian sand was not covered by till on any of the dunes visited.

This paper aims to describe the variation and develop a method to control the production for the product Metropol Kaktus from the snuff developer Fiedler & Lundgren. We are going to use the requirements from the product specifications as limits of the expected quality when we present methods to control the process. One method attempts to control during the process and the other attempts to maximize the number of products with strived quality before the process starts. Metropol Kaktus is a product produced with high quality, the mean weight is 20,023 gram and this is very close to the weight, 20 gram, which is reported in the product specifications. The variation in weight variable is less than what is reported in the specifications and the minimum weight is over the limit set by Livsmedelsverket.

In this study is being examined how cities can be planned in the face of rising water levels and extreme weather, due to the changing climate. The starting point has been to investigate how the problems can be tackled and how the positive sides of water in the city can be strengthened, and synergy effects and greater sustainability be achieved thereby. The method has been literature studies and case studies containing interviews and visits. Göteborg, Kristianstad and Arvika have been studied for discussions and ideas about adaptation. Today, building near water is very popular which brings both advantages and disadvantages.

Parkbiblioteket Detta examensprojekt är tänkt att ge Högalidsparken i Stockholm och de boende i staden en ny plats att finna information på, samtidigt som platsen får en ny koppling mellan gatan och parken då gränsen utgörs av en bergskärning idag, och denna är idag planerad att ge plats för nya bostäder. Utformningen av mitt bibliotek är förenklat sett en rampförbunden terrasserad plan som tar besökarna på en vandring upp till den översta nivån där gångvägar passerar förbi och leder vidare till andra delar av Södermalm. Byggnaden hängs delvis in i berget med bergsförankringsstag och byggnadskropparna täcks utvändigt med falsad skivtäckning av zinkplåt. Programmet innefattar även ett mindre café som fungerar som mötesplats mitt bland böcker, studieplatser och sökdatorer..

This essay examines how public planners and the inhabitants of södra Gårda relate to the physical planning of the area and to the demolition versus the preservation of the quarters Eken and Cedern, and how the dialogue between planners and citizens appears to be. How do the planners and policymakers relate to citizen participation in urban planning, and how is participatory planning carried out in the legislation, rhetorically and in practice. Former research indicates a distinct gap between rhetorics, legislation and actions in practice regarding citizen participation in planning, which is why we find it an interesting topic for further research. The essay aims to highlight the different actors interests and visions of the development of the area. Which are the standpoints and arguments the different actors set out for the future visions of the area? The essay focuses on citizen participation in urban planning in the city of Gothenburg.

The aim of this studie is to describe, analyse and understand the benefits and disadvantages with using digital tools in education. In my qualitative method three primary school teachers were interviewed about how digital tools should be used in educational purposes, also what benefits/disadvantages they could see with the investment of digital tools in their school. I also did observations in two classrooms and interviewed a school politican to get a wider perspective. The collected information identifies that some benefits of using digital tools is the contribution to a more equivalent education, more opportunites for cooperations and that fewer pupils have to struggle with their fine motor skills when producing a text. Some of the disadvantages with using the tools is that they breaks sometimes, it´s easy to get dependent and if something happens (like power outage) it´s unusual that schools have a good an action plan.

Då själva utvecklandet av webbplatsen har varit en praktisk tillämpning så tar rapporten snarare upp utvecklingen på ett mer teoretiskt plan i form av en fallstudie.Vilka tekniker och metoder som har använts i det praktiska arbetet, såsom användbarhet, semantisk uppmärkning och agila utvecklingsmetoder, har förklarats samtidigt som dess funktionalitet vävts in i arbetets olika implementeringsfaser. Då också ett specialanpassat CMS (innehållshanteringssystem för redigering av webbplatsens innehåll) har utvecklats för webbplatsen så beskriver rapporten också arbetet kring detta..

The purpose of this thesis is to shine some light on how B2C companies in Sweden carry out a viral marketing campaign. Through case studies of two comparably sized companies, Arla and If Skadeförsäkringar, this was examined. This study shows that viral marketing is still a new subject for both marketers and researchers. It is hard to find conclusive methods for how to carry out such a marketing campaign successfully leaving companies feeling that they first have to go through a trial and error process. This is evident in this case study, where viral marketing is degraded to a tool for generating awareness rather than producing actual results as part of a holistic marketing plan and where those results are too uncertain to rely on.
