The new media landscape is growing by the minute with blogs, web pages and different communities. The latest phenomenon that has grown rapidly throughout the world is Facebook. This is at new platform for communications where individuals can meet and socialise. Even political actors have started to appear on this community to work and spread their opinions. Several of the Swedish political parties are represented with different group, among them we have the two biggest political youth organisations: MUF (Young conservatives) and SSU(Young socialists).This study examines how Facebook can be used as a tool to create opinion.

Bakgrund: Inom de närmaste 5 åren planerar var fjärde småföretagare att dra sig tillbaka, detta innebär ungefär 60 000 företag eller 180 000 företag om även egenföretagarna räknas med. Detta beror på att 40-talisterna är en stor demografisk åldersgrupp och likt de yngre 60-och 70-talisterna har de inte sålt av sina bolag i samma utsträckning. Vad som händer med dessa bolag är osäkert, en del har en färdig plan för generationsskiftet andra är mer osäkra på vad som kommer att ske, omkring 10 procent av småföretagen väntas läggas ner, ytterligare 25 procent har ingen plan för hur ägarskiftet kommer att ske. För att belysa läget ännu mer så säger sig 42 procent av landets småföretagare att de har som avsikt att dra sig tillbaka inom 10 år (Företagarna, 2009). Detta ser inte alla som ett problem i sig utan det finns nu möjlighet att köpa sig ett företag istället för att starta eget.

I en tid då förtroende i och för företag diskuteras flitigt ville vi se vad förtroende egentligen kan sägas vara och framförallt vilken betydelse det har för de anställda. Externt kan förtroende kopplas till bilden av företaget utåt och det väckte vår nyfikenhet för kopplingen till den interna bilden, de anställdas uppfattningar om företaget, det vill säga identitetskänslan. Såväl identitetskänsla som förtroende är centrala begrepp för organisationer idag men det finns lite forskning kring dessa begrepps relation. Vårt syfte med undersökningen har varit att skapa insikt i huruvida det finns en relation mellan identitet och förtroende. Detta gjordes dels på ett teoretiskt plan, där vi försökte konceptualisera begreppen och dess relation till varandra, och dels på ett empiriskt plan där vi undersökte dessa begrepps relation till varandra i praktiken.

This essay concerns the hill forts in Halland. The hill forts in Halland haven?t been archaeologically examined and they haven?t been studied as well as hill forts in other parts of Sweden. The focus of this essay is to determine the use of the hill forts in Halland.  Comparative studies will be made between Halland?s hill forts and the hill forts of Bohuslän and the hill forts of the Eastern part of Sweden.The results of the research have yielded that the hill forts in Halland strongly reminiscent of the hill forts in Bohuslän when it comes to the positioning in the landscape, as well as the general appearance of the hill forts.

Syfte: I och med att det står tydligt i den nya skollagen och i Lgr 11 att elever som riskerar att inte nå kunskapsmålen ska utredas, kommer det att krävas tydlighet inom skolan vad gäller kartläggning/utredning av behov av särskilt stöd. Syftet med studien är att ta reda på om och hur pedagoger med specialpedagogiska arbetsuppgifter kartlägger elever i åk 3-9 med sent upptäckta läs och skrivsvårigheter samt hur arbetsgången är och om det finns en färdig plan för det.Teori: En elev som fungerar normalt i talspråkssammanhang men har svårt att läsa och/eller skriva har läs- och skrivsvårigheter. Glentow (2006) beskriver vad läs- och skrivsvårigheter är. Svårigheterna benämns som generella eller specifika. Specifika läs- och skrivsvårigheter måste kartläggas.

Den kinesiska draken växer så det knakar och i släptåg kommer bland annat satsningar på ekologiska städer för att försöka bryta den onda spiral av negativ miljöpåverkan som landets utveckling för med sig. I den här uppsatsen försöker jag kasta ljus på ekologiska städer som planeras av svenska experter i Kina, med avsikt att reda ut hur väl ekologisk hållbarhet integreras i planen. Jag försöker också reda ut problematik som uppstår när svenska planeringsideal kolliderar med det kinesiska synsättet på boende och städer. Initialt beskrivs klimat- och miljörelaterade faktorer som varit språngbräda till ekostäders popularitet idag. Sedan ges en definition av begreppets innebörd och de bakomliggande tankarna kopplade till hur föreställningen om ekologiska städer har utvecklats i ett historiskt perspektiv.Huvuddelen av arbetet utgörs av en fallstudie där fokus ligger på hur det svenska konsultföretaget Sweco vill minska det ekologiska fotavtrycket i sin konceptuella plan för den Internationella Ekostaden Caofeidian.

The retailing landscape has become even more competitive with an increasing number of store formats. One result of this can be seen within different retail-chains as they launch different formats that operate under the same name. Thus, consumers now have many alternatives and substitutes when it comes to choosing which format to shop from. This phenomenon has led consumes to shop across stores for the same brand. The objective of this study is to explain how consumers respond to various offers in different store formats and to determine whether the results differ if we compare a familiar brand with an unfamiliar brand.

Background: The development of the IT-industry, where new technologies and new services continually arise, has led to new players with different specializations. The increased degree of specialization means that these players need to cooperate with each other in different types of projects.Problem definition: What factors are important in a project to achieve the objectives as quickly as possible? More players should lead to cooperation difficulties, how can you coordinate in the best possible way? Today, it is desirable for all parties in the project to shorten down the lead time.Purpose: The main purpose is to explore the different factors that affects the project's lead time concerning broadband installation. The part purpose, is to analyze and assess the conditions for cooperation between different players in the project for broadband installation and to provide a recommendation.Method: In order to answer the problem definition, the paper is structured around a qualitative approach with interviews to obtain data. This is a thesis on how to develop and densifythe suburb of Joanneshov south of Stockholm.Based on Stockholm?s urban history,Stockholm master plan in 2010, the currentdensity and sustainability debate, literarystudies, as well as a variety of analysisof the site it all ends up with a proposal onJohanneshov. The goals have been workedout during the work and has resulted inthat we want to extend the inner city streetand linking Johanneshov with surroundingdistricts, but we also want to create a wellused, diverse, urban area where the humanis in focus and a district that is easy to read.Much of the work is devoted to show howStockholm has developed historical and totry to put the future in a context, but also a lotof work has been put in the information andthe analysis of the site chapter. The plan proposalis still considered to be the work focus.Johanneshov is surrounded by Årsta inthe west, Hammarbyhöjden in the east,Enskede in the south and Södermalm inthe north. Gullmarsplan is a typical 40thcentury area with a functionalist structure.Johanneshov is with Gullmarsplan,the Globe an the Slaughterhousearea, an important node for the southernsuburbs as a place for communication,sports, entertainment and shopping.Today Nynäsvägen divides the area intoa western and an eastern part.

As for outdoor environments, non-verbal casual encounters in the shape of crossing paths are assumed to lie at the heart of urban social integration.The aim of the thesis is to question this assumption and, as the thesis will show, there is literature supporting this aim. Looking at the works of Gordon Allport, Lewis Coser and some of their followers, I find intercultural contact to require more complex ways of interaction in order to reduce prejudice and to generate tolerance and understanding.

The division of Engineering Materials at Linköping University, department of Management and Engineering, conducted a research project concerning Fatigue life of thermal barrier coatings during 2009. During this project equipment to provoke these fatigue failure by rapidly heating and cooling test subjects in cycles, was ordered.Design and manufacturing of the equipment was handled internally at LIU.The equipment was built using a furnace that is lowered and raised over the table where the test subject is placed. To keep the temperature of the furnace a lid slides in place to close the downward facing opening of the furnace when it is in the raised position. On this door there is nozzle that is used to cooling of the test subject by air.To make sure that the equipment can work independently you need an automation controller that can evaluate if movement can occur without danger of collisions. The control system also needs to monitor that all elements are performed according to plan.This degree project is based on a modular system from OPTO 22 and includes the configuration of a PLC that will be supplied with logic and a user interface.The degree project resulted in a graphic interface in which a user can set desired values for different parameters and get information about current values for them.

AbstractThe Municipality Council decided in 2010 to develop a comprehensive energy efficiency strategy with financial and methodological support from Energimyndigheten (The Swedish Energy Agency). The strategy should include 3 major parts: an inventory of the 2009 energy use defining the current situation, the 2014 and 2020 goals for energy use, and an action plan for goal achievements. According to Energimyndigheten, the strategy must include all municipal administration premises, vehicles, and all majority-owned companies (as Laholmshem, the municipal housing company).The report describes the inventory work in order to obtain the 2009 energy use and the sources of information used. The inventory values are used as the base year values for the 2014 and 2020 goals. The inventory showed that information about the vehicles is dispersed in the municipal administration and no clear structure exists with respect to mileage and fuels used.

How can man´s place preferences be explained? What aspects influence our experience of place? This essay attempts to define a good place to be drawing from sources of environmental psychology as well as other landscape theories and relating these findings to the landscape architect?s field of work. Physical place properties, like physical elements and their juxtaposition in space are examined in relation to place preferences as well as psychological properties, such as place attachment and place identity due to cultural or social aspects.There are strong cross-cultural similarities in our place preferences but there are also some differences. Natural elements, like trees or water, are widely preferred over man-made ones, like buildings, roads or fences.Man seems to be sensitive for the balance between different place characteristics, like the balance between ?soft?, natural, elements and ?hard? man-made ones or the complexity versus the legibility of place.
