Normally when purchasing a trip, an airline, a travel agency and a traveler is included in the purchasing process. Mostly a travel agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the traveler. The travel agency is not considered to have any major part to the contractual relationship, usually the purchase agreement is considered to be covered by the airline and the traveler as the main parties. This is essentially the view shown from a legal perspective on the specific area. The application of legal provisions on the travel agency?s legal status may nevertheless bring a certain amount of ambiguity in the interpretation.

During the 20 century millions of people have escaped from war, threat against their human rights, economic injustices and pursuit. The great numbers of fleeing people have lead to difficulties in asylum investigation in the countries, which receive the asylum seekers. Sweden is a country, which has ratified the Genéveconvention 1954, and receives the asylum seekers. The great numbers of asylum seekers have caused among other things long time of waiting for the asylum seekers, sometimes up to 2-3 years. This implies some consequences both for the asylum seeker and for the community.

Sverige är ett land där tillgången av råvaror från det egna landskapet påverkats av de fyra årstiderna. Dagens Sverige har blivit berikat av invandring och det är lätt att tillgå alla möjliga råvaror under hela året. Har dagens svenskar en mattradition tydlig nog att definieras av studenter som temporärt vistas i detta avlånga land?Syftet med följande uppsatsarbete var att undersöka vad utländska studenter som vistats temporärt i Sverige anser och upplever vara svensk smak.För att undersöka syftet valdes intervjuer som metod och då svaren inte kunde mätas blev forskningsmetoden kvalitativ. För att öka trovärdigheten i arbetet gjordes ett urval av de studenter som skulle intervjuas.

När man som utrikes född akademiker kommer till Sverige är det lätt att hamna i en migrationsprocess som kan ta lång tid. Det immigrerar individer till Sverige med en akademisk examen i bagaget samtidigt som Sverige lider brist på vissa akademiska yrkesgrupper. De som kommer skulle kunna avhjälpa bristen på akademisk arbetskraft men de har svårt att ta sig in på den svenska arbetsmarknaden. Vårt syfte med denna studie har varit att undersöka och analysera utrikes födda personer med en lärarexamen och deras väg till ULV (utländska lärares vidareutbildning). Vi har studerat vilka förväntningar de har på utbildningen och om de ser skillnader på sin yrkesroll i Sverige jämfört med det tidigare hemlandet.

This Master's thesis discusses the freedom of speech, the right to freedom of opinion and expression, freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas in the context of public libraries in Sweden. The scope of this thesis is to examine the acquisition and maintenance of the literature about the killing of Sweden's Prime Minister Olof Palme 1986. This literature will serve as an instrument to measure the extent to which Swedish public libraries adhere to the rules set by the Swedish parliament, United Nations' universal declaration of human rights article 19, UNESCO's public library manifesto and the principles of the Federation of Library Associations and Institutions..

The purpose of this Master´s thesis is to examine howchildren?s needs, based on the Convention on the Rights ofthe Child, are provided for by the librarians when they havethe opportunity to create new libraries. We also examine ifchildren have been involved in the process and in that case towhat extent.Our theoretical perspective is based on MarianneAndersson?s and Dorte Skot-Hansen?s model of the fourdifferent functions the library can have for their users. Inorder to illustrate the degree of children?s involvement weuse Roger Hart?s model of participation.The thesis is based on qualitative interviews with seveninformants working at six different libraries.As a result of the thesis we can see that priority have beengiven to the function concerning how to find your way in thelibrary as a user.

What every theory of democracy has in common is a reference to ?a people? who are, in one way or another, collectively self-governing. Given that, surprisingly little attention has been paid to the so called boundary problem of democratic theory, or, in other words, the question of who should be included in the democratic community. Lately, the historically given boundaries have been questioned in favour of a cosmopolitan democracy. Still, little has been said about the boundary problem in general, especially from a theoretical point of view.

In the constitution of Sweden everyone has the right of common access in the nature. Toprotect these rights, as well as the nature, in areas close to shores the environmental law ofSweden (miljöbalken) protects areas within 100 meters from the waterline. Due to amendmentin this law, Swedish municipalities have to present countryside development areas close toshores. Within these areas, which are to be displayed in the municipality?s comprehensiveplan, it will be possible to get exemptions from the protection if the planned measure willbenefit the development of the region.

The “peer to peer” (P2P) is a technology of downloading and filesharing between online - Internet - users by the mean of specified software. Since June 1999, the Napster software has made the happiness of millions of individuals who used it to obtain and share free audio files Mp3. Rapidly, the major recording companies have prosecuted the Napster Company and managed to force it to close down. They were arguing against it for it is supporting the development on a large scale traffic of files protected by copyright and thus was threatening the whole music and movies economic world. Since fast Internet connections multiplied, "peer to peer" software and networks improved, so that this mode of exchange became an unprecedented success. Today all cultural products, in particular films and music, are concerned with this free –of– charge distribution without any financial counterpart for the copyright holders. Two tools hold today the top ranks and concentrate large traffic: eDonkey and eMule.

Sammanfattning.Uppsatsen är baserad på de intervjuer som jag gjort. Jag tar reda på bakgrund och orsaker till varför man väljer att komma till Sverige för att leva och arbeta. Det kan finnas många skäl till varför man väljer att flytta till ett annat land.Vi lever idag i en globaliserad värld där allt som görs lokalt får en global påverkan. Pengar och företag flyttar runt i världen utan att ta hänsyn till nationella gränser. Människor i västvärlden har stora möjligheter att resa och arbeta i större utsträckning än tidigare.

Denna rapport är sammanställd av två studenter vid Luleå tekniska universitet under sommaren och början av hösten -08. Rapporten grundar sig i att IT-företaget Medius AB har haft en kraftig tillväxt och vill se över möjligheterna med att expandera delar av sin forskning och utveckling (FoU) utomlands. Under de senare decennierna har det blivit allt vanligare för företag i västvärlden att flytta delar av sin verksamhet utomlands. Till en början var det främst de stor industriföretagen som stod för utlandsetableringarna och då handlade det främst om att etablera försäljnings- och produktionsanläggningar. Företagen har på senare tid kommit till insikt om den stora potential som finns med att även förlägga FoU-verksamhet i andra länder.

Abstract: The purpose with this study is to analyse the political debate about freedom of speech in Sweden and Denmark, after the caricatures of the Islamic Prophet Mohammed that the Danish newspaper Jyllandsposten published in September 2005. For this debate four political parties have been chosen. These are: Socialdemokratiska Partiet and Moderata Samlingspartiet in Sweden and Socialdemokraterne and Venstre in Denmark.An idea analysis has been chosen as method, and dimensions as an analysing tool. The overall result of the analysis is that right- and left political parties in Sweden and Denmark are more alike, than different in their political debate about free speech. They all wish for total freedom of speech, and see that as the foundation of the democratic society.

Internpriserna sätts utifrån organisatoriska mål, däribland vinstmaximerande mål, vilket innebär för den multinationella företagsgruppen att den globala vinsten ska bli så stort som möjligt. Följaktligen leder detta incitament till att intäkterna fördelas inom koncer-nen, dels för ett vinstutjämnande syfte och dels i beskattningssyfte, som kan åstadkom-mas genom prissättning på transaktioner mellan företagen i gruppen. Vinstutjämnande syfte kan innebära att moderbolaget skjuter in kapital i ett dotterbolag som presenterar ett underskott genom en högre internprissättning av produkttransaktioner mellan de båda. Dessutom kan det genom en högre prissättning av interna transaktioner ske en dold vinstöverföring genom att företagen överför vinster från företag i ett land med hög skat-tebas till ett land med låg skattebas och på så vis undkommer en högre beskattning. Det ligger således i skattemyndigheternas intresse att interna priser är korrekta och inte manipuleras.

The overall objective of our research is to understand  how social workers in social services protect the individual's autonomy, integrity and a coercive law which deprives the individual of his rights.In this study, we bring out social secretaries perspective on how they see the compulsory treatment and the problems that can arise in a detention. This study is based on the questions; How are power between social worker and client? What is the social secretary of the law on compulsory as a tool to help clients?We interviewed eight social workers who work specifically with compulsory treatment. We used the result to answer our questions. As a theoretical background, we chose to use the power perspective, the concepts of flexibility and freedom of action and categorizations.The results that emerged from our study are that compulsory treatment is considered to be a positive and negative thing.

Syftet med undersökningen var att med hjälp av lämpliga statistiska metoder testa det så kallade ?Första petropolitiska lagen? med vilket menas en negativ korrelation mellan priset på råolja och graden av friheten hos petropolitiska länder. Med stöd av ett lämplig teoretisk referensram och diskussion över de kausala mekanismerna, har en hypotes över sambandet tagits fram. Trettio tre petropolitiska stater har identifierats vilket omfattar hela populationen. Demokratiska friheter och priset på råolja har definierats och omvandlats till en kvantifierbar form och sedan testats statistiskt.
