The aim of the present thesis is to find deeper knowledge about women?s experiences of sexuality, desire and pleasure during childbirth. In this thesis there are statements of women?s different kinds of pleasurable and sexual feelings and experiences during birth. Furthermore, factors that may influence some women?s feelings and experiences of a sexual kind are discussed in relation to the common notion that women above all feel fear and pain when giving birth.

Chile and Santiago are struggling with heavy environmental problems as a consequence of urbanisation and industrialisation. In the Santiago region the air is seriously contaminated and most of the rivers are classified as heavily polluted.The aim of this thesis is to survey the industrial fluid waste situation in the Santiago region and to make suggestions on technological improvements or process changes. The purpose is also to study five different enterprises more closely and to give more detailed suggestions for improvement. Another purpose is to summarize relevant Chilean legislation.Information, provided by the supervisory authority, about the release of industrial wastewater to rivers has been analysed. Deep interviews have been made with authorities and consultants.

It is crucial for fashion companies to allocate their activities in their value-chain effectively in order to reduce lead-times.

A Swedish company, company F, will establish a new factory in China. Company F is adivision within Company F. The factory in China will manufacture wire products. Thepurpose of this final thesis is to analyse which legal and practical measures the company hasto undertake during the process of localization to get approval from the Chineseenvironmental legislation.An analysis of the influencing factors on the environment from the production in theconstruction in Sweden was carried through. A material-balance was analysed according tothe flowchart of the production.

Europe has, since the economic crisis of 2007, gained increasing social segregation. The gap between rich and poor has increased and the large number of hidden statistics regarding people excluded from the labor market is greater than in many years. Social exclusion has thus taken a toll on community groups that already before the crisis had a hard time getting included. Groups such as young, elderly, immigrants and people with mental of physical disabilities. To curb this development, the European Commission have, since the 2004 directives, enabled public sector clients to, through procurement of goods, services and contracts, include measures that promote social consideration.Social consideration is a term that have been a part of Swedish procurement legislation since 2007, and was updated in 2010.

The aim of this paper was to study incoming complaints to The County Administrative Board in Västra Götaland during 2011 and examine if it was possible to see a connection between warranted and unwarranted complaints and informer, animal species and type of inadequate. In Västra Götaland, a complaint is classified as warranted if the inspection leads to a reprimand, whether it regards what was reported or not. Data were collected during three weeks through The County Administrative Board´s record system Platina and a total of 456 complaints were studied. The parameter ?complainant? was categorized into four groups according to The County Administrative Boards own division; public with the subgroups anonymous and non-anonymous, animal health staff and others.

The aim of this essay was to describe the power elite of the Swedish town Karlshamn, and its influences on the local political process before the realization of the narrow-gauge railway Karlshamn-Wislanda-Jernväg. During the mid 19th century, a revolutionary period began in the Swedish pre-industrial epoch. The political and institutional regulatory frameworks were disassembled and restructured, away from protectionism and centrally controlled administration, for the benefit of free trade, local self-government and liberalism. The changes were carried through during times marked by a drastic increasing native population and upcoming demands for adjustments to meet the growth of the industrial-, trade- and labour markets. An essential industrial development factor was the building of the national railway network, which started after some important decisions in the Swedish Riksdag during the 1850´s.

The digitization of patient data and medical records used by the healthcare-industry in Sweden is rapidly developing. However; developing and changing things in this field is not an easy task because of the circumstances surrounding it. Digital systems intended to process, and hold, sensitive personal data, such as medical journals, must be developed with laws, confidentiality, integrity and availability in mind to secure that none of this data gets compromised.A complicating factor in regards to this is the fast rate of development within IT in contrast to the much slower bureaucratic process of the justice system. Within the union barriers for trade has been abolished in order to create more open market. This open market has also contributed towards a more globalized market for dairy products. What used to be a domestic market has become globalised with increasing trade among the members.

Syftet med uppsatsen är att få en förståelse för hur polisens barnutredare i Sverige upplever och hanterar känslor i yrket. Detta undersök genom en kvalitativ studie med en fenomenologisk ansats. Intervjuer användes som datainsamlingsmetod och totalt åtta barnutredare från fem olika polisdistrikt i Stockholms län som skiljer sig med avseende på ålder och arbetslivserfarenhet intervjuades. Fenomenologi handlar om att ge en beskrivning av vad och hur deltagarna kontextuellt upplever fenomenet som studeras. Fenomenet som studeras i studien är barnutredarnas upplevelser och hantering av känslor i yrket.

In fact, businesses are required to go above their ordinary operations and involve all potential stakeholders that can be affected by their strategies. Companies also need to communicate social, environmental and economic consequences of their activities along with their CSR commitments to their internal and external stakeholders in order to make a better corporate image and improve their market opportunities.

The distance between home and work has increased in recent decades. By the development of infrastructure and public transport, jobs farther from home have become more accessible and this development has in turn increased commuting. Commuting travellers often pass over administrative boundaries which often serve as borders for public transport pricing. Also the market control prices. Research shows that travel times and costs significantly affect commuting choice.

Arbetslösheten är ett stort problem i dagens samhälle både för samhället och för flertalet av dem som hamnar utanför arbetsmarknaden. Det finns både fördomar och myter om hur de arbetslösas situation ser ut och hur denna grupp upplever sin situation. Forskning visar på att de arbetslösas upplevelser påverkas starkt av ekonomisk påfrestning och skamgörande erfarenheter bland flera andra påverkande faktorer.Syftet i studien är att undersöka hur ett antal arbetslösa ungdomar upplever sin situation och vilka konsekvenser arbetslösheten har för dem. Dessutom har studien som syfte att skapa en inblick i och förståelse för vad det är som gör att arbetslösa ungdomar upplever sin situation så olika ifrån individ till individ.Genom en kvalitativ studie med en explorativ ansats har fem arbetslösa ungdomar mellan 22-30 år blivit intervjuade. Dessa intervjuer har med hjälp av sociologiska utgångspunkter så som Jahodas teori om manifesta och latenta funktioner av arbetet, Ezzys tre huvudtyper av reaktioner på arbetslöshet samt Starrins ekonomi-skam modell skapat en större förståelse för de arbetslösa ungdomarnas upplevda konsekvenser av utanförskapet på arbetsmarknaden och hur det kommer sig att arbetslöshetens konsekvenser upplevs olika från individ till individ.

Vilka upplevelser har hälsoutvecklare av bemötandet av det hälsofrämjande perspektivet på arbetsmarknaden? Vilka upplevelser har hälsoutvecklare av sin utbildning?Metod: För att hitta nyanser och ett ökat djup i forskningsfrågan genomfördes kvalitativa intervjuer med respondenter från Hälsoutvecklarprogrammet som examinerats mellan 2004-2007. Intervjuerna transkriberades och därefter genomfördes en innehållsanalys där teman, kategorier och subkategorier utformades.Resultat: Respondenterna upplever att en bred utbildning försvårar möjligheten att professionalisera sig på arbetsmarknaden där det finns en del legitimitetssvårigheter.

In a business environment where the stakeholder perspective is evolving and sustainable development is receiving increased attention, it is of importance for companies to adjust. The demand and pressure is exerted from several stakeholders who force companies to take action and live up to the expectations because if failing to do so, negative consequences will most likely be the case. The attention of this study is on ABB Power Products (ABB PP) and their environment and working environment risk management. The aim of this thesis is to identify and describe how perceived environmental risks are managed and what the incentives are to work proactively to minimize the risks. The incentives for a proactive risk management strategy are researched through both a strategic and operational perspective.
