The study will focus on the ideological similarities or differences between the two largest parties in Sweden, the socialdemocratic and the conservative party. Therefore, the main research question is:? Are there any ideological similarities or differences between the socialdemocratic and the conservative party?To be able to answer this question, I have used Herbert Tingsten?s idealanalysis. This type of analysis examines how someone, in this case a political party, describes reality.

Arbete med Ständig förbättring har blivit en allt vanligare arbetsmetod inom dagens verkstadsindustrier. Arbete med Ständig förbättring handlar idag inte enbart om att förbättra produkter och arbetsprocesser utan är även ett sätt att ta vara på och utveckla medarbetarnas kunskaper i arbetet.I denna uppsats har jag valt att studera arbete med Ständig förbättring utifrån medarbetarens perspektiv och vad denna arbetsform har inneburit för industriarbetares utveckling av sitt yrkeskunnande i ett företag. Studien har formen av en fallstudie med halvstrukturerade intervjuer som datainsamlingsmetod.Studiens resultat visar att förbättringsarbetet bidragit till individens utveckling av sitt yrkeskunnande genom möjligheter att kombinera teori och praktik i arbetet samt genom en ökad kunskap om vikten av samarbete i arbetet.Förbättringsarbetet har även bidragit till en större förståelse för arbetsprocessen samt en större noggrannhet och ansvarskänsla i arbetet. Hög produktionstakt och svårigheter med att identifiera problem i arbetet har dock visat sig försvåra intervjupersonernas utveckling av sitt yrkeskunnande.Förbättringsarbetets låga prioritet vid hög produktionstakt, samt begränsade möjligheter till delaktighet då det gäller målformulering och riktlinjer för företagets verksamhet, påverkar således individens motivation och engagemang i arbetet..

The aim of this study is to enlighten how todays working environment affects young individuals descriptions of how to reach success in work life, now often titled as ?career?. Our purpose has been to analyse how the term career is constituted discursively among young people in jobs characterized by flexibility. The study is based on six qualitative interviews with young adults in the media industry, all between 20-30 years old. By utilising a Foucaultdian discourse analysis we want to expose how the competing and dominating discourses, that our interviewees? statements are based on, can be associated with a wider social context.  The study reveals that our interviewees describe career in two separate ways, both positively and negatively.

In this study, my intention has been to examine how the ambiguous concept of corruption is constructed by the press. Emphasizing the media?s representations of the socially constructed and context-specific concept, this work adopts a critical perspective on discourse, together with an approach of conceptual history. Finland has for many years been appointed as one of the least corrupt countries in the world, signing several international conventions against corruption since the 1990s, which in turn has led to an increase in discussion regarding the phenomenon. By conducting a multi-method study, my aim has been to analyse the possible changes in the definition of ?corruption? in the Finnish newspaper Hufvudstadsbladet during the period 2000-2013.

Purpose of this thesis is to study the impact of wind turbines on their surroundings. It also aims to analyze how the communication looks between the authorities, the planner and local residents prior to the establishment of wind turbines in Lännäs/Odensbacken in Örebro, where three wind turbines set up in a group.The results of this survey show that the participants experience themselves not as especially disturbed of the turbines in the form of large noise, shadows, and sleep disturbance indoors and outdoors. Participants felt that no change had taken place on the natural environment (52%) since the turbines became operational. It was 49% of participants had got no information about the establishment of Örebro Municipality, Örebro County Administrative Board or Wind Power Company. Scientists/­experts had the highest confidence of 86%, politicians and the media/journalists had least confidence.

The taxation of various kinds of income which Sweden requires taxpayers to pay results in people undertaking sophisticated tax schemes to avoid paying tax . As a result of this Sweden had to develop its tax laws and insert a general clause in the legislation because the legislator wanted a more preventive effect. This preventive effect results in that the clause is applicable to more various types of tax situations. The clause, found in § 2 law (1995:575) against tax treaty override, states four requisites that must be met for a procedure to be considered tax treaty override. The relevant point for this paper is the fourth item which created interpretation problems among courts.

Uppsatsen baseras på en studie på en förskoleenhet bestående av tre förskolor, vilka angripit problematiken kring sjukskrivningar genom ett projekt, i syfte att skapa en friskare arbetsplats.Det empiriska arbetet grundar sig på tretton intervjuer bland de anställda på förskolorna och dessa analyseras med hjälp av Anthony Giddens, Ulrich Becks analyser av det samtida risksamhället samt Bosse Angelöw, Christina Maslach och Michael P. Leiters teorier om arbetsplatsens påverkan på individers välmående.I uppsatsen försöker jag besvara vad som orsakar psykisk ohälsa på en arbetsplats, vad intervjupersonerna anser psykisk ohälsa är och hur projektet fungerat. Intervjupersonerna har lyft fram arbetsbelastning som en viktig faktor för att motverka psykisk ohälsa i arbetslivet. I projektets regi har två personer anställts till en pool, med effekten att vikarier finns att tillgå då ordinariepersonal är frånvarande, men även för att garantera gemensam planeringstid för avdelningarna samt reflektionstid.Projektet har varit väldigt uppskattat bland samtliga intervjupersoner. Somliga har menat att ännu mer kan göras, men samtidigt sagt att det är en god start.

The purpose of this thesis is to investigate whether the lower secondary school teaching in religion leads to a positive understanding and openness, concerning different religions and cultures. We want to study how pupils in grade eight and nine in two lower secondary schools in a multicultural community comprehend different religions. Since we choose a pupils perspective we decided to do a questionnaire to get a wide ground. As a complement we interviewed twelve pupils and also did observations during their religion classes. During our study we focused on three different themes.

Jag har gjort en kvalitativ, empirisk undersökning av explorativ karaktär gällande vilka hinder som finns för lärande inom organisationer. Jag genomförde kvalitativa, semistrukturerade intervjuer med personer som arbetar som Arbetsförmedlare inom en mindre svensk kommun.Mitt syfte är att undersöka huruvida hinder för lärande är tydliga redan innan anställning och, om så är fallet, belysa vad som utgör hinder för individens lärande i arbetslivet.Vilka hinder finns för individens lärande att förändra sin inställning mot arbetssökande individer som betraktas som "icke-anställningsbara" till att betraktas vara "anställningsbara".Mina frågeställningar är således:1. Hur beskriver arbetsförmedlare arbetsgivares krav på arbetssökande?2. I vilken utsträckning utgör arbetsgivares krav och förväntningar hinder för arbetssökande?3.

We have during these three past years been getting formal knowledge in business economics and believe that, now in the end of our education, we are qualified to the demands that are put on the labour market. The purpose of this report has been to write about, such an extensive subject area as public purchase though we feel the education is lacking this area and have therefore decided to do our dissertation in public purchase.Due to lack of time we have not been able to investigate in the extent we wanted, we had to delimit in sort of municipality and purchase product. We have been investigating in how the process of purchase of aid in Malmö municipality approaches because we wanted to enter deeply into those studies.This rapport represents the process of public purchases of aid from both the suppliers point of view as well as the purchase units. All the steps in the process are presented in our investigation.By writing this rapport we have presented the division of responsibility of aid, it is divided between Region Skåne and the municipality in Skåne. In Malmö the responsibility is divided between two activities, one of them is Hjälpmedelcentrum who is responsible of the municipality part and the other is Hjälpmedel Malmö who.s responsible of the regional part.We have decided to investigate only on the municipality part of the responsibility division and have gradually found out that they in Hjälpmedelcentrum reuse their aids after them being returned from the needed ones in the municipality or even after that the need has stopped, the unit can by reuse save on new purchases.In the end of writing this rapport we noticed that owners of small businesses have a difficult time of getting in the market of public purchase.

Kriminalvårdsanstalten i Kristianstad/Vä har under det senaste året drabbats av omfattande besparingskrav. Detta har i sin tur inneburit genomgripande omstruktureringar och förändringar i verksamheten, framförallt i form av nerskärningar i personalstyrkan. Syftet med studien är att synliggöra och analysera konsekvenserna av det gångna årets besparingsåtgärder. Utifrån detta syfte har jag också formulerat min frågeställning: Hur har vårdarnas arbete och inställning till arbetet påverkats till följd av de nedskärningar och omstruktureringar som, under det senaste året, ägt rum på kriminalvårdsanstalten i Kristianstad/Vä? I min studie har jag använt mig av kvalitativa intervjuer.

The purpose of this thesis is to describe and analyse the development of the public library in the district of Österåker during a period of 1958-1983. The main goals have been to identify the crucial events in the history of the library within their historical context and to analyse the factors that have been important for the development: financing, location, staffing, stock of books, book-lending level and different activities for children, youngsters and adults. The consideration has been taken to reasons and consequences of these events. The hermeneutic interpretation model of interaction between parts and wholes, between reasons and results is the basic method in this research which leans mainly upon local archives in Österåker. The public library in Österåker was established in 1952 as a fusion of previously existing small libraries: the parish library in Östra Ryd, the Labour Movement?s library and the temperance movement?s library.

This project is based on my fathers farm which lays outside Löberöd, twenty kilometres south of Eslöv in Skåne. While my family for some time have thought about building a new milkingstable with AMS(Automatic milking system) I decided to compare the AMS with a conventional milkingstable. We are abit concerned about how many cows we should have in the new stable. Because of that I calculated with two different number of cows. I have compared three different types of milking stables: One alternative is 180 cows milked in a double eigth hearing bone milking stable. The second alternative is 128 cows milked with two DeLaval VMS-robots. The third alternative is 171 cows milked with three DeLaval VMS-robots. One salesman from DeLaval and one salesman from A-betong helped me to get marketprices on the milkingrobots, building, ventilation and prices on all the concrete. In all the costs labour is included. The rest of the costs are calculated in a softwareprogram called K-data 03 which is a program with predicted costs. The calulations from the program showed that the price in the milkingpit system was 51 000 sek per cow.

Eutrophication was recognized in the early 1900's and results in severe algal blooms, increased biomass production and eventually leads to an altered ecosystem. In Mälardalen we find the most eutrophic lakes. Most of the applied phosphorus and nitrogen into seas and oceans comes from agriculture, and the nutrients losses are affected by local weather conditions and soil type. Guidelines for storage and distribution of manure were introduced in the 80s, and the rules were strengthened January 1, 2010. Localities and previous county administrations can whether there are special reasons, grant an exemption for manure application during winter-periods despite the current ban.In this essay I have examined how many exemptions of manure application that has been granted at the Sagån river, and what implications it has for the eutrophication of Lake Mälaren.

Studiens syfte är att undersöka spelaktörers konkurrensförutsättningar över Internet på den svenska spelmarknaden.Den teknologiska utvecklingen har bidragit till ökad tillgänglighet vilket lett till att spelande över Internet vuxit sig starkt. Spelmarknaden är komplex gällande marknadsföring och på grund av att aktörer ska sälja en produkt till konsumenten som samtidigt kan ge negativa påföljder. Spellagstiftningen i Sverige är inte uppdaterad och är orsak till att landet blivit kritiserat av EU-kommissionen. Egentligen ska det råda monopol på den svenska spelmarknaden, men monopolet har blivit utsatt för konkurrens av externa aktörer som kan verka fritt på Internetmarknaden.Teorier som appliceras i denna studie är Internets påverkan på branschstrukturen och teorin om konkurrensutsatta marknader.Slutsatsen är att befintlig reglering med det svenska spelmonopolet kan ses ur olika perspektiv. Det ena är att marknaden kan betraktas som fungerande på grund av det ?Moment 22? läge som uppstått.
