Bakgrund: Bemanningsbranschen har vuxit väldigt mycket sedan 1990-talets början, då en avreglering av arbetsförmedlingsmonopolet skedde.Syfte: Att få en överblick över bemanningsbranschens utveckling samt att se vad den har för ställning idag på den informationella arbetsmarknaden.Utgångspunkter och upplägg: Uppsatsen börjar med en bakgrund och översikt över bemanningsbranschens utveckling sedan tidigt 1990-tal och framåt. Som teoretiska utgångs-punkter används begrepp som nätverkssamhälle, informationell arbetsmarknad, flexibilitet och individualisering. Huvudsaklig metod är fyra semistrukturella intervjuer som gjorts med fyra kvinnliga anställda på fyra olika bemanningsföretag. De teoretiska utgångspunkterna har sedan kopplats till empirin för analys.Slutsatser: Bemanningsbranschen är väl anpassad till den informationella arbetsmarknaden. Den har en stadig och stabil ställning, finns till för att den behövs och är här för att stanna..

In this study I have compared two systems of handling TMR, self-propelled/ self loading mixers and conventional towed mixers, what has been investigated is the time for filling, mixing and feeding TMR as well as maintenance and fuel consumption. The background of this study is the structural rationalization within the Swedish milk production that has put focus on efficiency and reducing of costs. Forage and labour are the two biggest costs in milk production today. The study has been performed by visiting three farms and with a stopwatch measured the times for filling, mixing and feeding TMR. At the time for the visits, the users have been interviewed regarding maintenance and fuel consumption. They have also had an opportunity to give comments of how they experience the mixers. The result of the study after processing is that the average stock in the study can save 74000 SEK a year by reducing time for filling, mixing and feeding TMR to cows with a self propelled/ self loading mixer . The conclusion I can make of this study is that it?s not the size of the stock that decides whether it?s interesting to invest in a self propelled/ self loading mixer, but the presumptions on the farms, for instance forage logistics and mechanical equipment..

The Swedish National Labour Market Administration wishes to acquire further knowledge about how the evaluation process of vocational rehabilitation at the employment service operates as a part of the quality assurance of this activity. The primary task for vocational rehabilitation at the employment service is to investigate the work capacity of unemployed people, to give them increased knowledge and better understanding of their own capacity concerning work or education. The aim of this study was to survey the evaluation process of vocational rehabilitation at the employment service in Sweden. Data were collected through telephone interviews with 15 occupational therapists employed at the employment service, who were working with vocational rehabilitation. The result shows that the investigation of work capacity can take place in different environments and that the space of time for an investigation can vary.

The purpose of this study was to explore if and how the Swedish Supreme Court are using the concept ?the child?s best interest?. This concept is used a lot in Swedish legislation, but it needs interpretation every time it´s used and is often perceived as unclear. This makes it interesting to see how this affects the individual child´s legal rights. Furthermore I want to see if the Supreme Court listen to the child´s own opinion and if not, are there any justifications to why not.

På EU:s inre marknad ska fri rörlighet råda. Trots det tvekar konsumenter inför att handla över gränserna. Många konsumenter känner en osäkerhet inför andra länders lagar och oroas över att skyddet mot ohederliga näringsidkare inte är det samma som i deras eget land. Denna osäkerhet undergräver den inre marknaden. För att motverka denna osäkerhet har EU antagit direktiv 2005/29/EG om otillbörliga affärsmetoder.

The world is getting smaller. Global markets, political processes and communication technology bring people together. Even though many of these processes are dynamic and constructive, they have also resulted in a need for better and more effective ways of international conflict resolution. This thesis investigates central issues connected to the concept of humanitarian interventions in relation to current and future legislation of the European Union. The overall question is whether the rapid globalization process has resulted in a change of international law towards more liberal view where authorization of the security council is not always needed? And, if there has actually been such a liberalization, how does that affect the legal possibilities for the European Union to carry out armed operations without the consent of the global community? The conclusion of the thesis is that international law has been modified mainly in two aspects: First, the concept of sovereignty is no longer seen merely as a right of the nation, but also as a responsibility.

Hur handskas vi med den arbetsrelaterade stressen och finns det faktorer som kan minska den? I denna studie undersöks upplevelsen av stress och socialt stöd i forskarmiljö. Undersökningens deltagare består av 45 forskare i Lund och Malmö som besvarat en enkät. Enkäten lämnades ut våren 2003 och 2005. Syftet var att undersöka om fritidsintresse och socialt stöd kan minska stressen som kan uppkomma i samband med arbetet.

Bullying is a significant workplace problem, a fact highlighted both by companies, government and social science. The purpose of this master thesis was to examine if workplace bullying is a result of group processes. This is a theory-based master thesis. A search of literature on bullying, mobbing and harassment was done in a database called ELIN, Electronic Library Information Navigator, connected to Lund University and 414 articles were singled out. The summary of the articles were studied and according to a list of criteria, I choose to study some of the articles in more depth.

Due to the growth of multinational concerns during the last decades, with large parts of international trade involving such corporations, the field of transfer pricing, including financial transactions such as internal loans, have received a great deal of attention in tax legislation. The internationally accepted foundation for transfer pricing is the so called Arm's length principle, expressed in Swedish law through the "Korrigeringsregeln". In the Diligentia court case, the concepts of transparency and control were given a crucial role in the calculation of an Arm's length's price of interest rates. The Swedish tax agency interpreted the ruling in that case as if a parent company always can be assumed to enjoy sufficient transparency and control to reduce the risk on their debt obligations. A great deal of uncertainty therefore surrounded their position and to what extent the Diligentia-ruling could be cited as precedent.

This report will try to evaluate the use of rented concrete casting moulds, which are used to build walls and system of joists. The evaluation is only examining the economical aspects.The cost of using concrete casting moulds is a big part of the total production expenses. Therefore it is important that the calculated price not exceeds the final costs of the casting moulds. The calculated price is the price used in the process of making an offer.The evaluation consists of a comparison of the calculated price and the final costs for three building projects. The Internet has played an important role for libraries giving them a means of fulfilling their democratic mission of giving equal access to everyone, including people with disabilities. In order to achieve this it is of the utmost importance that they ensure that their web sites are accessible. In this masters thesis we have examined to what extent the web sites are accessible. The thesis is based on theories of human-computer interaction, information architecture, pedagogy and a checklist. The checklist is derived from established international guidelines from W3C, which has been adapted to, and is used by Swedish public authorities to achieve the mission of a ?24-hour authority?.

The purpose of this paper was to examine how youths, age 18-20, experience the verdict to the probation service and how it affects their lives. We have examined the relation between youths and the probation service from a youth perspective, what kind of support and intervention they receive and how their surroundings react and respond on the verdict. Our research was based on a qualitative method consisting of individual interviews with eight youths and one interview with a social worker from the probation service. We have used Urie Bronfenbrenner's "the Ecology of Human Development" as our main theory and the conceptions labeling, participation and the key terms adversity and protective environment to analyse and comprehend the material. We found that all eight youths were satisfied with the probation service and the help they had received.

Det övergripande syftet med denna uppsats är att bland patrullerande poliser visa, genom en empirisk undersökning, hur yttre krav på att vara effektiv internaliseras av den enskilda polisen och bidrar till en omtolkning av den egna yrkesrollen.Uppsatsen baserar sig på en kvalitativ studie bestående av sju kvalitativa intervjuer med poliser i yttre tjänst. Undersökningsresultatet analyseras huvudsakligen ur ett struktur/aktörperspektiv, med hjälp av Anthony Giddens och George Herbert Meads teorier.Studien visar att patrullerande poliser i viss utsträckning offrar polisutbildningens legalistiska perspektiv till förmån för arbetslivets krav på effektivitet. Studien visar också att det finns en gemensam uppfattning bland poliserna om att överträdelser av lagen är nödvändiga för att samhället skall kunna fungera. I intervjumaterialet framgår att denna omtolkning av yrkesrollen hör samman med sociala strukturer som omger polisen; allmänhetens förväntningar och gruppens krav på anpassning..

That an auditor brings good quality to the work he is performing is of great importance, not only for the company in question but also for its stakeholders. The information that the company disclose gets more credibility because of the auditor quality assurance. That the auditor tenure would affect the quality has been researched with different results, dependent on the legislation in the current country or region. In this paper we study how audit quality is affected of the audit tenure in Sweden. Based on research made in Belgium we have formulated hypothesis with factors that can affect the audit quality.

Title: Notification of animal welfareAuthor: Helen ÖhlundThe purpose of this study was to examine the routines of the county administrations in Sweden when it comes to receiving notification from the public about the welfare of animals. According to Jordbruksverket at least 50 % of the screening of animal welfare should be based on routine controls on existing farmers. Today the routine controls only reach a 43 % average for the whole country. A big part of today?s result depends on the amount of time it takes the administrators of animal welfare to process the notifications from the public.
