Under Ären som gÄtt har kritiken mot den befintliga lagstiftningen vuxit, vilket kulminerade i att regeringen tillsatte en utredning som 2010 kunde överlÀmna betÀnkandet Mutbrott. Enligt direktivet skulle utredningen se över hur lagen kunde moderniseras samt ta fram ett förslag till en kod för nÀringslivets sjÀlvreglering. Efter att det sedvanliga remissförfarandet genomförts kunde propositionen 2011/12:79 - En reformerad mutbrottslagstiftning antas av riksdagen och den kommer att trÀda ikraft den 1 juli 2012. In July 2010 the curriculum Lpfö 98 was readjusted and was enhanced with new chapter, and the purpose of this essay is to study how preschool teachers discuss and describe how their conduction to the new chapter 2.6 of the readjust Curriculum Lpfö 98. I want to understand how they experience their work with the documentation.My question formulations are:How do three pre-school teachers reason around what they document in the pre-school?Which practical conditions do the pree-school teachers claiming to have on the pre-school to perform the documentation?How do they describe that they use the documentation to advance the tutoring in the preschool?In order to find out more, I interviewed three pre-school teachers, and analyzed the results I got based on prior research on documentation, and quality in preschool. My results show that the main focuses for documentations are how the children interact with each other, how they react and behave with new materials or activities. My informers emphasize that the main purpose of documentation are to be able to show the children their own process of learning.The practical conditions differ among my informers, which can lead to consequences when they want to make documentation and/or use the documentation for its purpose.  My results also indicates that the documentations are used to plan the pedagogical activities in regard to the children?s interests and according to the curriculum Lpfö98 rev.2010.

Syftet med studien var att undersöka hur skillnader mellan den samiska minoriteten och den svenska majoriteten Ă€r diskursivt konstruerade i nyhetstexterna som publicerades i Aftonbladet, Dagens Nyheter, NorrlĂ€ndska Socialdemokraten och Östersunds-Posten i maj och oktober 1970 respektive 2010. En teoretisk utgĂ„ngspunkt var att etniska skillnader Ă€r socialt konstruerade, samt att medier utgör en inflytelserik arena för dessa konstruktioner.I studien kombinerades kvantitativ innehĂ„llsanalys, som inbegrep en tematisk analysdel, och transitivitetsanalys, vilka inordnades i ett kritiskt diskursanalytiskt ramverk. Den kvantitativa undersökningen omfattade 187 nyhetstexter, som handlar om samer och/eller samiska frĂ„gor. Som en följd av detta kom Àven den svenska grundskolans nationella styrdokument LÀroplan för grundskolan, förskoleklassen och fritidshemmet 2011 (Skolverket 2011), att innehÄlla skrivningar om entreprenörskap. Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka, beskriva och bidra med kunskap om hur lÀrare förstÄr och tar sig an det entreprenöriella uppdraget i Lgr 11 samt hur man ser pÄ lÀrarrollen i en entreprenöriell praktik. Studien har en fenomenologisk forskningsansats och med fallstudien som forskningsstrategi genomfördes semistrukturerade intervjuer med sex lÀrare som undervisade i grundskolans Ärskurs 7-9. Resultatet av studien visade att lÀrarna upplevde att det entreprenöriella uppdraget i Lgr 11 till stor del handlar om att eleverna inom ramen för undervisningen ska utveckla entreprenöriella förmÄgor som kreativitet, ansvarstagande, samarbetsförmÄga och initiativförmÄga.

The design regulations of Boverket (BKR) have long been the mandatory standard for construction design in Sweden. However from the end of the year 2010, the BKR will be replaced by the European standard Eurocode (EC). The transition to EC has been delayed and it is not until the second of May 2011 that the use of EC will be mandatory. Because EC and BKR differ from each other it is highly interesting to investigate and explain these differences.The purpose of the thesis is to compare the two standards and investigate how they give different results or not for the dimensioning of structures of steel with associated loads. The current project HVC (Pets Science Center) in Uppsala is used as a model for the design of the steel structure used in this study.

To answer that, I have done a case study about how Karlstad municipal administers citizens? proposals. The research assignment is: Does Karlstad municipal have adequate institutional conditions to make the best use of the citizens? proposals? The perspective is a democracy perspective and the theory is institutional theory and policy process theory.A selection of citizens? proposals that have arrived to Karlstad municipal between 2008 and 2010 have been studied in detail to analyze how the proposals have been administered and if it matters how the proposals are phrased.

This study is about young girls' mental health. In Sweden, the mental health deteriorated in recent years among adolescents, particularly among young girls. Results of the Liv & HĂ€lsa Ung in 2011 in the southern part of the county of Örebro is the basis for the study. The results of the survey showed that a remarkable number of young girls rate their mental health as poor. The purpose of this study was to examine what young girls in southern part of the county of Örebro County believes are contributing factors for good mental health and the method used is qualitative.

In this two years master?s thesis I examine the library?s representation of research and its influence upon the relationship between the library practice and the research practice. I also intend to find out what controls the representation and if it is possible to see changes in the representation over time. My source material has been texts published in the Swedish library journal ? and social domain ? Biblioteksbladet during the last decennium (2001?2011).

Som en följd av de ekonomiska och politiska reformerna pÄ 1990-talet i Ryssland utökades möjligheterna för internationell handel och samarbete mellan Ryssland och andra lÀnder. NÀr lÀnder med olika nationella revisionssystem börjar samverka pÄ en internationell marknad förekommer kommunikations- och förtroendeproblem, vilka kan lösas genom tillÀmpning av ett dubbelt revisionssystem: nationellt och internationellt. De ryska lagarna om revisionsverksamhet ? 307-?3 7§ och ? 208-?? föreskriver vilka företag som Àr revisionspliktiga enligt bÄda standarderna. Det finns dock företag som inte Àr revisionspliktiga, men som frivilligt vÀljer att ha sin verksamhet reviderad.
