Skolverkets granskningar visar att betygssystemet då Lpo94 var gällande styrdokument hade tydliga brister. Kritik som riktades mot Lpo94 har främst gällt otydlighet om hur betyg ska sättas, samt otydlighet i målen som ska uppnås tillsammans med det faktum att mycket av det som står i Lpo94 kan tolkas olika. Syftet med den här uppsatsen är att genom intervjuer undersöka hur lärare förhåller sig till den nya läroplanen, LGR 11, samt lärarnas syn på vilken eventuellt påverkan den nya läroplanen kan komma att ha på själva undervisningen och vilken betydelse den kan komma att ha för eleverna. Resultatet av studien visade att lärarna ansåg att den nya betygsskalan förenklade lärarnas arbete när det gäller en enklare och mer rättvis bedömning samt betygssättning. De ansåg även att fler betygssteg på skalan var mer rättvis för eleverna.

Bemanningsbranschen har de senaste åren fått utstå mycket kritik för sin hantering av personalen. Detsamma gäller dock inte för konsultbranschen, detta trots att man delar grundkonceptet; att hyra ut personal. Personalomsättningen inom bemanningsbranschen är väldigt hög vilket möjligen kan peka på att kritiken mot branschen är berättigad. Men hur hanterar bemanningsföretagen personal som alltid är ute på uppdrag och hur kommer det sig att konsultbranschen som har samma situation ändå fått ett betydligt bättre rykte?Syftet med den här uppsatsen är att undersöka hur hanteringen av personal och personalomsättning inom bemanningsbranschen och konsultbranschen ser ut samt att om det finns likheter som sträcker sig förbi grundkonceptet; att båda hyr ut personal.För att svara på detta har intervjuer genomförts med bemanningsföretaget Uniflex och konsultföretaget Crescore.

Idag kommunicerar allt fler företag externt om sitt CSR-arbete. Då den externa kommunikationen inte samstämmer med det interna arbetet så uppstår särkoppling som kan ge kritik som greenwashing. Företaget Vattenfall har fått sådan kritik, vilket gör det intressant att studera företagets interna arbete. Syftet med uppsatsen är att beskriva och få en ökad förståelse för hur CSR används och uppfattas internt bland medarbetare genom att undersöka problem som företaget kan möta i sitt interna CSR-arbete. Studiens syfte är att skapa en djupare förståelse för delaktighetens betydelse vid användning av budgetstyrning i en föränderlig miljö. Forskningsfrågorna utformade för studien är hur företag anpassar sin budget vid omvärldsförändringar samt om delaktighet vid budgetstyrning är viktigt bland ledning och anställda i en föränderlig miljö, och i så fall på vilket sätt. En fallstudie har genomförts på två kommunikationsbyråer i Luleå som båda använder budgetstyrning och befinner sig i en konkurrensutsatt miljö där utvecklingen går snabbt framåt. Empirin har samlats in genom semistrukturerade intervjuer med respektive ekonomiansvarig och två anställda på varje företag. Genom den insamlade empirin undersöktes om delaktigheten i budgetarbetet har betydelse för lyckad budgetstyrning.

Detta är en undersökning som är gjord för att jämföra prissättningen av fastigheter som är till salu i Sverige och Spanien. För att avgränsa oss har vi valt att jämföra Stockholms innerstads prissättning med prissättningen i Palma på Mallorca i Spanien. Lockpris fenomenet har fått hård kritik under den senaste tiden i media. På grund av denna kritik så har många mäklare, speciellt i Stockholms innerstad, gått ihop och arbetar mot att undvika lockpriser och har infört begreppet accepterat pris. Dock kan accepterat pris uppfattas som ett nytt ersättningsnamn på lockpriser.

Denna uppsats handlar om de kreatörer som använder datorn i sitt bildskapande och hur de ser på sitt skapande. Inblicken i deras tankar sker via intervjuer som utförts på distans via internet. För att komplettera intervjuerna har två konstforum analyserats. Den främsta orsaken till att användarna publicerar sina bilder på internetforum är att få kritik från andra användare så att de kan förbättra sitt skapande. Många har svårt att se på sig själva som konstnärer, kanske p.g.a.

I denna uppsats undersöks den kritiska realismen som vetenskapsteori för samhällsvetenskaperna. Tillvägagångssättet är en immanent kritik, där den kritiska realismen följs genom dess grundläggande argument, för att sedan vända dess egen begreppsapparat mot sig själv för att visa på spänningar och motsägelser i teorin. Särskild uppmärksamhet kommer genomgående att riktas mot den nära relationen till marxismen, samt synen på abstraktioner som ett centralt samhällsvetenskapligt verktyg. Undersökningen tar sin utgångspunkt i argumenten för en realistisk vetenskapsteori utifrån det naturvetenskapliga experimentet som oomstritt faktum, och upplyftandet av ontologin framför epistemologin. Den kritiska realismens ontologiska modell presenteras, liksom dess kritik av empirismen och idealismen.
