Material handling is a term that includes all kinds of handling of material from a raw product to a finished one. ABB is active in the following segments; foundry, packaging and palletizing, metal industry and plastics industry.The demands for efficiency and reliability have been set very high in the industrial sector. Optimizing of the material handling will give the company higher cost-effectiveness. Around the robot there are different kinds of material flows, to optimize the cycle time, consisting of carriages combined in different ways.Motion Control is a complex system with main functions such as; positioning, synchronizing, indexing and more. The products in the system need to cooperate to make these functions possible therefore integration of motor- and servo products are important.

This paper presents the results from an osteological method study of the Ringsjöholm fishbone material. Ringsjöholm is located in Scania, southern Sweden and is 14C dated to 5960-5200 B.P. The aim of this paper is to critically analyse methods used on fish bone material in estimations of season. Three different approaches were used to estimate the fishing season at the Ringsjöholm settlement; 1) identified species, 2) size estimations of the pike based on Enghoffs (1994-95) regression formulae of os dentale, and 3) growth rings of the pike vertebrae.The identified species and the size estimations of the pike points to the fishing being active both during spring and summer. Growth rings analysis of the pike vertebrae didn?t give any quantitative results because of fragmentation.

Syfte: Syftet är att göra en redogörelse av förutsättningar för destinationsutveckling genom en film. I den här redogörelsen kommer vi att testa valda teorier på Öland.Metod: Vi valde att utgå från en deduktiv ansats för att på så vis kunna pröva våra valda teorier om filmturism på vårt empiriska material. Utifrån våra teorier kom vi fram till kategorier som vi utgick från vid insamlandet av vårt empiriska material. För att samla in information till vårt empiriska material intervjuade vi respondenter från Öland. När vi prövade teorierna på våra intervjurespondenter ställde vi frågor utifrån de kategorier vi kommit fram till.

Aim: The aim of this study was to examine health professionals´ experiences of giving advice regarding sleep to parents of infants and to perform and evaluate an intervention in the form of introducing information about the sleep of infants.Method: The study was designed as an intervention study with a qualitative approach where data was collected from two focus groups in the form of interviews. The intervention consisted of the information material Sugen på sömn. There were five participants whom three of them participated in the second interview. The interviews were processed by content analysis.Results: Health professionals´ experience of giving advice on sleep was summarized in three themes. The experiences of giving advice in interaction with parents, health professional themselves experienced the power to influence the parents with the advice they gave, while the parents' previous experience and knowledge impacted on how the advice came into practice.

The size of the warehouseand the layout are physical limitations for the quantity of articles that can be stored.

Att undersöka andraspråkspedagogers attityd till uttalsträning. Ett underliggande syfte var också att utröna om det fanns något samband mellan lärarnas formella utbildningsnivå i ämnet svenska som andraspråk och det antal lektioner som avsättes för uttalsträning. Undersökningen utfördes vid två skolor i Norrbotten och omfattade lärare som undervisade på gymnasienivå. Mätmetoderna jag använde var enkäter och intervjuer. Litteraturstudier har använts för att ge mig djupare insikt i ämnet.

SammanfattningDet här projektet behandlar området Additiv Tillverkning (AM) för metalliska material och undersöker om det är lämpligt att använda vid produktion inom flygindustrin. AM är en relativt ny tillverkningsmetod där föremål byggs upp lager för lager direkt ifrån en datormodell. Teknikområdet tillåter i många fall större konstruktionsfriheter som möjliggör tillverkning av mer viktoptimerade och funktionella artiklar. Andra fördelar är materialbesparing och kortare ledtider vilket har ett stort ekonomiskt värde.En omfattande litteraturstudie har gjorts för att utvärdera alla tekniker som finns på marknaden och karakterisera vad som skiljer de olika processerna. Även maskiners prestanda och kvalité på tillverkat material utvärderas, och för varje teknik listas möjligheter och begränsningar.

Arbetets art har en grund baserat på elevers egna upplevelser om hur gruppkänslan byggs upp. Den informationen jämförs med skolverkets förordningar och regler. De berättelser eller aspekter av livsberättelser som framkommer från interjuverna analyseras genom en narrativ analysmetod som skapar en mer konkret massa av informanternas berättelser som gör att det är behändigt att arbete med. Vad som kom fram vid analysen av berättelserna var att eleverna hade nästan bara positiva upplevelser från skoltiden, och att det överensstämde med skolverket och barnkonventionens regleringar. Men det som även visade sig är att det självklart förekom situationer som var tvivelaktiga när man ser till lärarens agerande och att det kan ha funnits grund till anmälan.

Syftet med min rapport är att skapa förståelse för hur lärare bör stödja elever med koncentrationssvårigheter under matematiklektioner. Resultatet har framkommit genom kvalitativa intervjuer med fyra specialpedagoger. I rapporten tar jag del av hur specialpedagogerna anser att koncentrationssvårigheter uttrycks under matematiklektioner samt hur de anser att man bör stödja eleverna. Resultatet visar hur man genom inlärningsmiljö samt inlärningsmetod kan stödja eleverna. Specialpedagoger menar att eleverna fokuserar bäst i ett avskalat klassrum.

Byggsektorn har fortfarande svårigheter med att hantera fuktproblematiken.  Vi har valt att fokusera på hanteringen av material i produktion. Den informationssamling vi utfört ligger till grund för vår analys och slutsats. Vi har intervjuat flera olika entreprenörer från byggbranschen för att ge oss en helhetssyn av fuktsäkerheten ute på byggarbetsplatserna. Studien påvisar att det råder brister både på beställar- och entreprenörssidan. Vi ser att det finns potential för förbättring när det så krävs.

Ett flertal undersökningar i Skolverkets regi har de senaste åren visat på en negativ utveckling avseende elevers kunskaper och inställning till matematik ? ett ämne som allt oftare upplevs som svårt, tråkigt och verklighetsfrämmande. Jag har i denna utredning undersökt ett möjligt tillvägagångssätt för hur man som matematiklärare kan bryta denna utveckling, nämligen tillämpning av ämnesintegrering mellan matematikämnet och gymnasieprogrammens karaktärsämnen ? ämnen som eleverna ofta hyser ett större intresse för och mer konkret upplever ett mål och syfte med. Mitt syfte har varit att utreda vad en sådan ämnesintegrering innebär, om det kan vara en gynnsam undervisningsmetod som inspirerar eleverna och ökar deras motivation och intresse för matematik samt hur man praktiskt kan realisera ämnesintegreringen.För att besvara mina frågor har efterforskningar i befintlig litteratur och övriga pedagogiska publikationer i frågan kompletterats med enkätundersökningar och/eller intervjuer med såväl matematik- och karaktärsämneslärare som elever.

Fuel pellets are a refined bio fuel mostly consisting of residues from sawmills and wood industry. At Rindi Västerdala AB's combined bio energy plant in Vansbro fuel pellets are produced, while the waste heat from the process is used for district heating. The pellets are produced from sawdust, wood shavings and dry wood chips that is dried, milled and pressed into small cylindrical rods. The advantage of refining the wood material in this manner is that the energy value is greater per unit volume and unit weight, thereby the cost of transportation per energy unit is reduced. Also, less storage space is needed.Pellet manufacturing is a complex process since many parameters affects the final results.

Since the down of archaeology much of the resurges has focused on graves andgrave materials. This essay is an attempt to interpret a grave material to the society of the living, to investigate what a megalithic grave material can tell us about the society that made them and the people that were buried in them. The study is focused upon two megalithic graves in Löderup; Ramshög and Carlshög. A study of the bone materiel, building construction and building material at Ramshög and Carlshög is done and then compared with different theories that are made of Ramshög and Carlshög and of other megalithic graves. By studying different theories of megalithic graves and comparing these with Ramshög and Carlshög I have tried to evaluate which ones that are relevant in this case.The megalithic graves primarily shows some kind of change, in society or in their way of looking at the dead or the life after this.

The main project Dry preservation of source-separated organic household wastes involves a new technique for treatment of biowaste through drying. Investigations are going on to determine how the dried biowaste best can be used to close the natural circular flow of nutrients. The objective of this degree project is to determine if the dried biowaste can be used as a soil conditioner. By restoring the nutrients in the material to the ground, the natural circular flow is closed. A declaration of contents, including the nutrient levels, C/N ratio, pH and the electrical conductivity of the dried biowaste, was constructed and a germination test was done to make sure that the material did not inhibit sprouting.
