In order to counteract and to discover unethical actions within an organisation, a growing number of Swedish companies implement a so-called whistleblowing system. The purpose of our essay is to study the mindset of companies and further analyse how this mindset affects the design and quality of companies' whistleblowing systems. To do this, we have used a qualitative approach by interviewing different Swedish companies about their mindsets and systems. The study determines that there seemingly are three different categories of systems of varying quality. In this study we have chosen to call them "internal system", "external system" and "combined system".

Inledning: Offentliga organisationers upphandlingar är ett ämne som är intressant både ur ett rent företagsekonomiskt perspektiv och ur ett medborgerligt perspektiv. Dels på grund av att den offentliga sektorn utgör en viktig del av den svenska ekonomin och dels för att dessa upphandlingar regleras i den omskrivna och omdebatterade lagstiftning Lagen om offentlig upphandling (LOU). Till detta kan läggas de problem och svårigheter som existerar vid inköp av komplexa tjänster. Syfte: Att analysera hur offentliga organisationer hanterar sina leverantörsrelationer i upphandlingsprocessen för att säkerställa en god tjänstekvalitet, vid inköp av komplexa tjänster, med perspektiv på fri konkurrens och nära relationer. Disposition: Vi har valt att disponera vår uppsats som en vandring offentliga organisationer vandrar för att nå sitt mål som vi definierar som god tjänstekvalitet.

To implement an ERP-system is not an easy process. The success of the implementation depend on many different variables. The most important one is perhaps the requirement process, to define what the organization wants and expects from the system. In this study, the advantages of a process mapping are examined, in relation to the phase where the requirements are expressed in an ERP-implementation. The conclusion is that a process mapping generates an increased communication with the supplier of the ERP-system, hence the business knows their processes and thereby what they want from the system.

För att dagens system och deras allt mer komplexa applikationer ska kunna integreras medvarandra krävs det att de kommunicerar via tjänster. Denna tjänsteorienterade integrationuppnås genom att man använder sig av Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) som bygger pålöst kopplade tjänster som kommunicerar med varandra på ett standardiserat sätt. En viktigdel i en integrationslösning är Enterprise Service Bus (ESB). I denna rapport kommer viförklara grunderna i tjänsteorienterad integration och sedan fördjupa oss i ESB. Då ESB är ettluddigt begrepp ska vi på ett enkelt och lättbegripligt sätt ge vår syn på begreppet, samt dessfördelar och nackdelar.

Can the Danish "Aftalesystemet", a system with the intention to simplify the use of services within health care, be used in Sweden? This project has investigated the possibility by installing and testing the system and explored its functions to detect any eventual problems. Analyses were made of the system's graphical part and the underlying code to see in greater detail how the communication between units occurred, since no actual documentation of it existed. Discussions with the developers took place regarding how the current system works and how further development should continue. In order to test the system, a completely virtual environment was used.

Examensarbetets syfte är att studera hur nyexaminerade grundskole- och gymnasielärareupplever sig ha beredskap för sitt kommande yrkesliv.Studien har genomförts med fem semistrukturerade intervjuer. Det empiriska materialet haranalyserats utifrån en fenomenografisk ansats där vi har försökt finna likheter och avvikelseride intervjuades uppfattning angående sin beredskap. Vi har även undersökt likheter ochskillnader mellan de intervjuades uppfattningar och de komplexa problem somlitteraturstudien belyser.Samtliga intervjuade lärare uttrycker att de inte kände sig förberedda för yrkesrollen. Definner en trygghet i sina ämneskunskaper de fått från utbildningen men saknar beredskap förexempelvis konflikthantering och dokumentation. Det finns likheter i de intervjuadesuppfattningar kring vilka saker som var mest komplexa.

This report treats a Master Thesis performed at Scania CV AB. The task was to create a computer model of a hydraulic actuator system in the software AVL Hydsim. The system consists of two spring-loaded masses with surrounding hydraulic components. The purpose of the model is to study phenomenon and problems in the system, as well as to be a support in the development of the system. It is not supposed to be used to study absolute values in its current form.

Den här rapporten har som syfte att utreda vilket eldistributionssystem för offshoreenheter som sparar mest vikt och utrymme. De två elsystem som jämförs är GVAs standard system och Siemens Blue Drive System. Rapporten innehåller en teoretisk bakgrund för båda systemen och dimensionering av systemens kraftkablar samt beräkning av kabelvikter och komponentvikten för systemen. För att uppskatta kabel- rutter och längder kommer ritningsunderlag för GVAs offshoreenhet 7500 att användas.Resultatet visar att GVAs standard system är det eldistributionssystem som har den lägsta totalvikten med 168 ton, GVAs standard system har en vikt som är 101 ton lägre än Siemens Blue Drive System som har en vikt på är 269 ton. GVAs standard system har en lägre ström vilket gör att ledararean blir mindre och i med det blir kabelvikten mindre.

I dagens kursplaner betonas att elever ska utveckla komplexa förmågor och inte enbart fakta och färdigheter. Vid bedömning av sådana komplexa förmågor ställs krav på de bedömningsverktyg som används att de ska kunna bedöma dessa på ett tillförlitligt sätt. Ett verktyg för ändamålet som ofta lyfts fram är bedömningsmatriser. I denna studie analyseras filmad interaktion mellan lärare för att synliggöra hur lärare skapar mening kring sin uppgift att bedöma mer omfattande elevarbeten med stöd av bedömningsmatriser, vilka överväganden de gör och vilka dilemman som uppstår. Resultaten visar att lärare vid bedömningen förutom de instruktioner som tillhandahålls även lyfter in andra faktorer som blir avgörande vid bedömningen. Utifrån resultatet förs även en diskussion kring utveckling av bedömarkompetens hos lärare..

Mental ljudföreställning (eng. auditory imagery) innebär att uppleva ett ljud för sitt inre i frånvaro av yttre sinnesintryck. Tidigare studier har visat att ljud­föreställning kan inverka såväl faciliterande (t.ex. Farah & Smith, 1983) som interfererande (t.ex. Okada & Matsuoka, 1992) på perceptuell ljuddetektion.

The purpose of this essay is to do an ecocritical reading of Vilhelm Moberg?s The Emi-grants from 1949. By asking and answering the three following questions; How does a system present itself, What are the different reasons for emigration; Why does differentsystem fit some well and some not.By using two articles from Green Planets - Ecology and Science Fiction to illus-trate two different views; Different parts value in an ekosystem and The Ship as an ecosystem. I have also created, based on the literary text four different terms concern-ing the dynamic system; Stable, Static, Unstable and Collapsing systems. I have found that all system goes through changes, some drastic, that changes the way the parts of the systems fit with in it.

The study aims to give a description of the conditions in which matters is prepared withinSwedish Government`s offices, to describe the adaptive capacity in the agency`s internalprocesses by investigating the experiences of some civil servants restricted to the Ministry ofEnterprise and the Ministry of Environment in their work with the EU Maritime Policy GreenPaper. The results have been analyzed against the basis of eight identified criteria of buildingadaptive capacity in socially dominated systems. The criteria are comprised of both individualand organizational abilities. Only two of them were fully met; the criteria about diversity inexperiences and knowledge and the criteria about information and how the information hasbeen applied. However, the process has traces of all the identified criteria.

This Thesis aims to explore how to integrate an IT-system for facilitating anorganizations work with Continous Impprovements.This is done here by examining and analyzing the process within a handful ofcompanies who seem to have been successful with their own implementations. This thesis aims to develop a control system for measuring electromagnetic compability (EMC). This has meant that a controller designed around an ATmega8 microcontroller has been manufactured and programmed. It has also meant the development of a comprehensive control software in the program MATLAB. The control system has been tested with satisfactory results and can now, monitor and control measurements of the EMC-type..
