Den här uppsatsen handlar om EMDR- metoden.En psykoterapeutisk metod som syftar till att bearbeta minnen från traumatiska händelseroch mildra de psykologiska konsekvenserna. Francine Shapiro utvecklade denna metod 1989 för behandling av trauma. Det påstås att 84- 100 % av dem som behandlas mot Post traumatisk stress syndrom med denna metod blir fria från symptom på endast 1-3 behandlingar. Shapiro påstår att metoden är effektivare än någon annan terapeutisk behandlingsmetod.Huvudsyftet med att välja att skriva om detta, var att införskaffa kunskap om EMDR- metoden i sin helhet. Om dess uppkomst och utveckling.

En kvantitativ studie med experimentell design har genomförts i syfte att jämföra natur- respektive urbanmiljöers påverkan på känslomässig och fysiologisk återhämtning efter en stressupplevelse, samt utslag på kognitiv prestation. Hypotesen var att naturstimuli genererar högre grad av känslomässig och fysiologisk återhämtning än urbanstimuli. Frågeställningen var om vi kunde se någon skillnad mellan gruppernas prestationsförmåga efter genomförd återhämtning, vad gäller riktad uppmärksamhet. Återhämtningsgrad har mätts i förändring i blodtryck, puls och självskattning av känslor.  Resultatet visade att naturmiljön genererar en högre nivå återhämtning med avseende på sänkt diastoliskt blodtryck, ökade positiva känslor samt minskad oro. Däremot visades ingen skillnad i kognitiv prestationsförmåga mellan grupperna.

Syfte: Syftet i denna litteraturstudie var att utifrån vetenskaplig litteratur undersöka patienters livskvalité efter ett hjärtstopp. Metod: En litteraturstudie baserad på 11 vetenskapliga artiklar. Resultat: Patienternas livskvalité påverkades efter att ha överlevt ett hjärtstopp, i resultatet framkom det förändringar i fysiska-, psykiska- och kognitiva funktioner samt sökande efter mening.

Bakgrund: Ökad stress hos unga genom allt högre prestationskrav från skola och omgivning leder till allt mer ohälsa. Samtidigt minskar fysisk aktivitet drastiskt hos unga i allt lägre åldrar. Fysisk inaktivitet kan leda till många negativa effekter på hälsan.Syfte: Syftet med studien var att beskriva hur fysisk aktivitet inverkar på elevers skolprestation.Metod: En systematisk litteraturstudie gjordes för insamling av aktuell forskning inom området för fysisk aktivitets inverkan på skolprestationer. Litteratursökningen utfördes i databasen PubMed. Till studien valdes 18 artiklar med fokus på elever i åldrarna 13-18 år.

The purpose of this study is from a case study develop a model that aims to cost effectively improve productivity in a manufacturing production process. The study highlights the importance of having knowledge about customer needs and using a holistic process perspective when improving productivity to identify the relations between the process stations and by this find problems that cause waste and losses in productivity. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the innovation process of companies, and to analyse how important success factors and obstacles are in their innovation process.Method: The investigation strategy used for this essay was to interview companies that work with innovations. The essay has a qualitative approach. Both primary ? in the form of interviews - and secondary data ? literature found in books, scientific articles and internet - have been used to achieve our results.Results: The result of this essay is: there is not just one inovation process that is applicable to all companies. On the other hand, there are some guidelines that could be followed in the process.

Democratic equality entails that all individuals are equal and therefore they should be included in the process of making the decisions. This part we have studied, and we have analysed the process it self and otherthings connected to the process.We see the planning- and production process in the Company as complex.

Personalvetarprogrammet är en bred beteendevetenskaplig utbildning som leder till yrken rörande personalfrågor. Syftet med studien var att studera attityder kring personalvetarutbildningen hos studenter och yrkesverksamma från Umeå och Stockholms universitet. En enkätundersökning genomfördes på totalt 67 deltagare där samtliga studerar eller har studerat vid Umeå respektive Stockholms universitet. Dels undersöktes huruvida det finns skillnader mellan två olika modeller av personalutbildningar (A- och P-modellen), samt om det finns skillnader mellan yrkesverksamma och studerande. Resultatet visar att det finns signifikanta skillnader mellan hur de olika undersökningsgrupperna upplever utbildningens innehåll.

Opcon Powerbox is a product developed by Opcon together with the underlying company SRM (Svenska Rotor Maskiner) where surplus heat from the industry is used through an Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC)?process to produce electricity. Den vård som har starkast evidens vid behandling av tvångssyndrom, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), är kognitiv beteendeterapi (KBT), innehållande exponering och responsprevention. Idag är tillgången till denna vård begränsad främst på grund av för få behandlare. Tidigare forskning pekar på att personer med OCD kan bli hjälpta av mindre terapeutintensiva behandlingar. Att leverera vård stegvis med ökande behandlingsintensitet; Stepped Care, kan vara ett sätt att öka tillgängligheten av KBT. Denna pilotstudie har undersökt Stepped Care för OCD i form av tre steg, på Ångestenheten, Karolinska Universitetssjukhuset.

Arbetet som behandlare kan vara påfrestande då behandlaren ständigt möter klienter. Således kan en behandlare utsättas för både psykiska och fysiska risker som eventuellt kan påverka behandlarens arbetsmotivation.Syftet med detta examensarbete är att utifrån behandlarens egna upplevelser få en djupare kunskap om behandlarens arbetsmotivation och om faktorer som påverkar motivationen i arbetet. Studier har visat att faktorer som högt engagemang och en känsla av att de, som behandlare, har möjligheten att göra en avgörande insats i klienters liv är viktiga i relation till arbetsmotivation. Faktorer som utmaningar, varierande arbetsuppgifter, relation till arbetsgruppen och klienter samt vikten av ledningens styrning framhävs i uppsatsen som andra viktiga motivationsfaktorer.Uppsatsen bygger på tre teorier; Herzbergs two-factor theory, social kognitiv teori och Self determinationsteorin. Intervjuerna genomfördes genom en semistrukturerad kvalitativ intervju.Resultatet visade att behandlarna har en hög inre motivation till sitt arbete.
