The E-department at GETRAG All Wheel Drive in Köping have problems with the efficiency on parts of their production equipment. The equipment with the most significant efficiency problems are four automated multifunctional production cells that produces housing for rear drive units. The major part of the problem is the large amount of small stops that causes the low efficiency.The department already worked with logging of interruptions and efficiency calculations before this project started. However this work was not done to the extent considered necessary for a systematic follow-up of the interruptions.The aim of this paper is to point out a more effective and systematic way to work with logging of interruptions and the follow-up. In addition the equipment were studied with a method for efficiency calculation that ? if used properly- is a more powerful and a visually better method than the one used by the company today.As the initial current state analysis of the equipment was made a lack of documented knowledge about the equipment was discovered.

This report relate a concept study that consider a number of different proposals to improve the overcharging system in BAE Systems Ha?gglunds tracked vehicle series BvS10, to maintain sealevel power at extreme altitude.At high altitude the power losses beacuase of the air density that decreases, which results in less fuel can be burned. The decreasing of air density also gives rise to fatigue failure of the turbocharger unless power is reduced.The proposals shall be as required by BAE Systems Ha?gglunds economically sustainable and defensible from a packing perspective. That means the selected solution must have a reasonable price tag and at the same time a minimal impact on adjacent components.The basis for this thesis is based on benchmarking of both the auto industry as the flight industry, to find inspiration and tips for improvement.Some of the concepts have after gathering facts and calculations been excluded while other solutions has been considered as workable and thus interesting for BAE Systems Ha?gglunds.Initially the current turbochargingsystem was analyzed in order to determine the starting point and thus be able to fix the current problems surrounding high altitude driving.

Sjukdomen har en allvarlig påverkan på kroppen och gör att personers hälsa sätts ur balans. Syfte: Syftet var att belysa upplevelser av att leva med diagnostiserad hjärtsvikt med minst NYHA II. Metod: En litteraturstudie har gjorts och baserats på 13 vetenskapliga artiklar. Resultat: Personer med hjärtsvikt upplever fysisk, social och psykisk påverkan på livet på grund av sjukdomen.

    AbstractThe aim of the study was to describe factors of nurse?s experiences when they give NIV treatment to patients with acute respiratory failure in a lung department. Semi structured interview questions about how nurses experience to give NIV treatment on a ordinary lung department was done on 10 nurses, who work in a lung department were NIV treatment is given. Data were analyzed with content analysis. In the result there was shown two themes.

A study of communication content, frequency and problems was performed at the Swedish Air Force Air Combat Simulation Centre, FLSC. The purpose was to investigate the connection between team communication and performance variables, to study communication problems during air combat and to employ and develop the PILOT method of communication problem analysis. Ten fighter pilots and four fighter controllers engaged in simulated air combat beyond visual range in teams on two sides, Blue and Red, with four pilots and one fighter controller each. Patienter med hjärtsvikt är en stor patientgrupp som har ökat i antal då hjärtsjukvården förbättrats samt att medellivslängden har ökat i Sverige. Hjärtsvikt karaktäriseras av påfrestande symtom och påverkar både patient och anhöriga i deras vardag. För att individen ska kunna hantera sin livssituation behövs stöd ifrån både omgivningen och vården. Syftet med studien var att belysa betydelsen av stöd till patienter med hjärtsvikt. Metoden var en litteraturstudie innehållande totalt 13 vetenskapliga artiklar.

Problem: De flesta människor associerar entreprenörskap med framgång, vilket också är den bild som massmedia vanligtvis ger av entreprenörskap. Men att vara entreprenör är kopplat till risk, risk som ibland leder till misslyckanden som kan uppfattas negativt av samhället. Utifrån detta resonemang har vi intresserat oss för hur entreprenörer själva ser på misslyckande. Syfte: Syftet med uppsatsen är att öka förståelsen för hur entreprenörer ser på misslyckanden. Vår förhoppning är att detta ska inspirera till entreprenörskap genom att minska rädslan för misslyckande. Metod: För att uppnå vårt syfte och besvara vår frågeställning har vi utifrån tidigare forskning byggt upp en teoretisk referensram som vi sedan utgått från för att samla in empiriskt material. To determine if the descriptions of lung oedema in the literature accurately describe the presence and frequency of radiologic signs, thoracic radiographs of 55 dogs with mitral regurgitation due to endocardiosis (ME), 46 dogs with dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM), 9 dogs with hunting oedema, and 20 cats with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) were analysed. The location, type (diffuse or patchy, without or with air bronchograms) and presence of pleural oedema, bronchial wall thickening, widened pulmonary veins, and heart enlargement with subjectively and by the VHS measurement, were determined, and analysed by chi squared test with respect to disease. The dogs nearly always had diffuse oedema, whereas 35% of the cats had a patchy pattern, which agreed with the literature. The common occurrence of cranioventral and caudioventral oedema in heart failure was not described.

Syftet var att utifrån aktuell vetenskaplig litteratur beskriva människors upplevelser av att leva med hjärtsvikt. Sjuksköterskans uppgifter är att planera, genomföra och utvärdera omvårdnaden kring hjärtsviktspatienten. En systematisk litteraturstudie gjordes för att belysa aktuell forskning inom ämnet. Artikelsökningarna gjordes i databaserna PubMed, Blackwell Synergy och Cinahl. För att säkra studiens kvalitet användes kvalitativa och kvantitativa granskningsmallar.

Introduktion: Patienter som av någon anledning blir inneliggande på sjukhus får oftast problem med sin sömn. Detta kan leda till försämrad hälsa. Syfte: Att beskriva vad som påverkar patientens sömn på sjukhus. Metod: Denna studies datainsamlingsmetod är en litteraturstudie som består av redan befintlig vetenskaplig litteratur. Sökningarna skedde i CINAHL och PubMed och resulterade i 12 artiklar till studiens resultat.

When the Eolshällproject was completed for the first time, a great deal of moisturedamage was discovered. Therefore the structure completion was removed andreinstalled. The project was originally planned to cost a total of 126 million SEK, but thefinal costs landed on 271 million SEK. What caused this failure? Were the designs poor,was the technology used too advanced, or was the project not managed properly?Based on the Eolshällproject, theses will be presented about what may have caused themoisture damage.

Bakgrund: I Sverige drabbas varje år 600 personer av kronisk njursvikt. Ett tillstånd som bidrar till att blodet inte renas från restprodukter. För att ersätta njurarnas förlorade funktion kan hemodialys utföras, en behandling som blir en stor del av patienternas vardag. Med god insikt kring hemodialys kan sjuksköterskan möta patientens sjukdomsupplevelse och lidande och så långt som möjligt lindra detta genom adekvata åtgärder. Syftet: Syftet var att belysa patienters upplevelse av att leva med hemodialys i det dagliga livet.

Denna rapport behandlar utvecklingen av en prototyp för en absolutläges-sensor, benämnd AOS. Audit is a service of society that takes place in the public interest. To guarantee the quality of auditing a quality control is done with predetermined time intervals. The purpose of this paper is to investigate and analyze the concept quality and the procedure of the quality control and further to tie concepts like trust and ethics to the audit profession. To make the picture complete the paper also provides an insight regarding what deficiencies in quality, in other words failures, means to the audit profession. By performing semi-structured interviews with seven qualified auditors, active on different auditing firms in Skåne, substantial information was collected.
