AbstractThe purpose of this study is to examine how children interact with each other and what social positions they assume when using the learning pad. The social positions reffered to is the Owner, the Participant and the Spectator, defined by Ljung Djärf (2004). According to Ljung Djärf (2004), the Owner is defined as the one in control of the mouse and keyboard. The Owner is expected to be in charge of what is happening on the screen. The Participant is typically found on a chair near the computer.

For some time now, there has been a debate concerning the relationship between the Cultural Heritage of Sweden and the public. It is said that mediation has been, and still is a, one-waydialog between the two. As a result, people have found a new way to interact with our heritage, thru cultural tourism. This area has been blamed for commercializing our CulturalHeritage, but also ignoring the great problems concerning fragile monuments and sites, which can be destroyed by tourism. Is it possible to find a solution regarding these problems, andcan these two areas benefit from each other?.

The cadastral index map is a great benefit to the surveying and governments. The map's main purpose is to show how the overall cadastral division looks in Sweden. The lack of quality of the cadastral index map dose not allows property-owners to know where to draw the boundary between their and others' property. In order to know where to find the boundaries between two properties, is it up to the property-owners themselves (self or in company by the other property-owner) to construct various usucaption at the boundaries. The main objective of the study is to verify the existence and extent of usucaption on forest properties in Bodan, a village outside Skellefteå.

Merparten av det svenska folket kan idag räkna med att vid arbetslivets slut erhålla viss ersättning i form av pension. Nuvarande pensionssystem kan sägas bygga på tre delar, dels allmän ålderspension som tillhandahålls alla som har bott och arbetat i Sverige genom socialförsäkringssystemet, dels tjänstepension som kompletterar den allmänna pensionen, vilket utgör utfästelser till viss pensionsrätt av arbetsgivare gentemot sina anställda. Utöver detta kan var och en välja att spara till sin pension privat, antingen genom en pensionsförsäkring eller individuellt pensionssparande. Ett sådant privat sparande är för vissa av ytterst stor vikt, exempelvis för den som driver enskild firma och därmed inte är anställd och berättigad tjänstepension. Även för dom som genom sin anställning erhåller tjänstepension kan ett privat pensionssparande vara av stor vikt, om inte annat för att dryga ut sina inkomster efter arbetslivets upphörande.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to do a brand survey of Metro in Karlstad. The study will originate from the terms ?brand identity? and ?brand associations?, where the brand identity is the organization?s desired view of the brand, and the brand associations define the associations held by the consumers.Issues: What is Metro?s brand identity? What are the brand associsations of Metro in Karlstad? How well do the brand identity and the brand associations correspond?Theoretical framework: The study is done from the perspective of media and communication studies, where the theoretical terms are defined from literature regarding brands.Method: The study is carried out using a qualitative document analysis, interviews, and a quantitative survey. The document analysis was made on Metro?s own documents regarding values and target audience.

Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to create an understanding of how customer engagement, communication / interaction and customer insight are driving forces behind the use of Social CRM from a leadership perspective.Method: The purpose of the study, we believed it was appropriate to use a qualitative approach to conduct the study. The empirical data were collected through semi-structured interviews. The sample consisted of 10 companies located in the Gävle area who are active on social media. The interviews were coded to obtain keywords and patterns. These patterns and keywords are then analyzed to arrive at the study's results.Results and contributions: Our results suggest that all the identified benefits, customer engagement, customer insight and communication are driving forces to make use of social CRM.

Att gå i pension kan innebära en stor förändring i livet för en människa.Vissa upplever pensioneringen som något negativt medan andra ser det som enchans att få tid för sig själv och sin omgivning. Att lämna arbetslivet kanmedföra att vi äntligen får tid att sysselsätta oss med det vi alltid drömtom, men inte haft tid för. För att en människa ska behålla sin hälsa ochsitt sociala välbefinnande är det viktigt att hon fortsätter vara socialtaktiv. Syftet med denna kvalitativa studie var att ta reda på hur pensionärer upplevt pensioneringen samt vilken inverkan pensioneringen haft på deras sociala liv. Åtta intervjuer har genomförts med nyblivna pensionärer där intervjupersonerna fick berätta fritt om sina erfarenheter av att bli äldre.

ALA-fatty acids have previously been associated with decreased blood pressure. Flaxseed oil is very rich in these fatty acids and has also been highlighted as an affordable and sustainable source.Objective: To investigate whether ALA-fatty acids from flaxseed oil may affect blood pressure in people with high risk for cardiovascular disease.Search strategy: Two searches in PubMed and Scopus were performed. The sample was specified by using specific keywords.Selection criteria: The criteria for inclusion of studies required that flaxseed oil was compared with a control and that blood pressure was measured as an endpoint.

This bachelor thesis in Landscape Architecture is about the planning and design of public spaces in small towns in Sweden. My opinion is that the small towns often are overlooked and my determination is to see if that is right. The purpose with this thesis in Landscape Architecture, with focus on a durable society is to find the central public places in small towns and evaluate their function. This thesis has a focus on good design of central public spaces, designed for the inhabitants of the small towns. A small town, which is the focus of this thesis, is defined to have 200-2000 inhabitants. The small towns, which often are built around industries or the railway, have since the nineteen seventies a problem with people leaving them for the cities in the urbanization. Currently there is also the opposite trend with people moving out from the cities, but to live on the country side, not in the small towns.

This study has been conducted on behalf of Vectura Consulting AB with the purpose to examine how different actors perceive the dimensions of sustainability and sustainable construction. The purpose is also to provide an understanding of existing barriers and opportunities for sustainable construction within the industry and exemplify with different directions for the actors in order to develop sustainability. The study has approach the research problem by using systems theory, developed by Checkland, to identify the relevant system. Other systems theories has been used as an theoretical framework in order to identify barriers and opportunities, which in this study are based on Hughes?s theory about reverse salients and salients.

During the 19th century the Elementary school and its teachers emerge in the city of Halmstad and in the parish of Veinge as well as in Sweden overall. A new generation has entered the labour market. The group is presented as Generation Y andis described as egocentric, spoiled, unloyal and money oriented. Lecturer advice companieson how to understand and lead this new generation. The advisement creates stereotypicalcharacteristics of the group, which then reflects on the generations own identity development.But aside the stereotypes that are created on the labour market, the generation puts a lot oftheir spare time into volunteer work, which is seen as altruistic. Previous studies of central tire inflation (CTI) in truck transport of roundwood have shown potential benefits to include more even wood flow and reduced road damage. The greatest benefits are found to be during periods of low bearing capacity such as spring thaw. No previous studies have examined geographical variations in the potential benefit of CTI-equipped trucks. The aim of the study was to develop and use a simple method for geographically prioritizing the use of CTI-equipped trucks within a forest company´s sector of activity.The host company for the study was Holmen Skog. The area studied consisted of Holmen Skog?s entire sector of activity extending from the province of Västerbotten to the province of Småland.
