Through our study we have found that there are moresimilarities than differences in leadership styles. The dominant leadership style of managers in both private and public sector is the democratic leadership style, often in combination with other styles; most notably the authoritarian leadership style. In the theoretical framework we discuss theories of authoritarian leadership, democratic leadership, laissez-faire leadership and charismatic leadership.

  Aim. The aim of the study was to describe how nurses in home care experience to pursue palliative care in ordinary housing. Methods. The study had a descriptive design with qualitative approach and was carried out through semi-structured interviews with 14 nurses in home health care from two medium-sized Swedish municipalities. The material was analyzed with manifest and latent content analysis. Findings. The underlying theme that emerged in the study was: Working with palliative care in the patient´s own homes is positive but challenging. Informants describe among other things that they perceived palliative home care as meaningful and that relatives have a central role in the palliative home care since they are close to the patient around the clock. The stress that emerges from the heavy work load and the long geographic distances are described as strenuous and to affect the care in a negative way. Informants describe the home environment as challenging as it is often not adapted for care and the collaboration with the palliative team is described to be experienced as both positive and negative.

Social and emotional learning is getting more and more common to work with in Swedish schools today. That has made it more actual to do studies of how you best can implement a method in health prevention and promotion in schools and how you do for to keep the work sustainable. There are some American studies that describe implementation of methods in schools and a few studies that describe implementation of methods for social and emotional learning in schools. It is important to see implementation as a process and not as an individual event. The process never end but continues as a cycle in three phases; readiness phase, planning phase and implementation phase.The aim of this study was to describe teachers and principals experiences of obstacles and possibilities at implementation of an evidence based program for social an emotional learning in compulsory school as a part of the schools health promotion activities.

Abstract Background Todays guidelines for advanced CPR emphasize chest compressions with good quality and early defibrillation. Prehospital CPR performed by ambulance crew, an automated external defibrillator (AED) is used. The AED analyzes the heart rhythm and the performer is following the advice to chock the heart or not, given by the AED. During on-going CPR there are sequences when no chest compression is performed known as hands-off time. Hands-off time includes the time for the AED to analyze the heart rhythm and the time when advice is given to the crew.

Sedan folkskolan införande (och troligtvis ännu tidigare) har föräldrar haft synpunkter på deras barns undervisning i skolan. Politiker och andra styrande inom skolan har också förstått vitsen med föräldraengagemang i de egna barnens lärande som en tillgång för skolan. Sällan eller aldrig har eleverna frågats vad de tycker om föräldraengagemang i slan. I samarbete med en lokal skolstyrelse med föräldramajoritet är detta arbete gjort under vårterminen 2003. Syftet med arbetet är att ta reda på vad eleverna tycker om föräldrarnas engagemang i skolan och i klassrummet.

Background and problem: In March 15, 2009, the third piece of money laundering directive was introduced which mean a more strict legislation in control against money laundering and terrorist financing. The directive is based on a risk based point of view which means that the resources should be used where the needs are. The responsibility for financial companies and other parts are bigger then before which means that they have to get a more extensive customer knowledge etc. It has however been appeared that the directive in some cases lack of precision and clarity which creates an insecurity among those who are included by the law. Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to examine which consequences the third piece of money laundering will bring on the banks customer relationships and how the employees work assignments at the banks will be affected. The authors also want to examine how the extension of money laundering will be affected and clarify if there is any indistinctness about how the application looks around the banks.Method: The authors choose to use a qualitative method and the empiric material has been collected through personal meetings, telephone interviews and through e-mail answers. Conclusion: The majority sees the third piece of money laundering directive as something positive which will protect both the banks and their customers.

SammanfattningJag har valt att problematisera varför vissa grupper och aktörer inte vill kalla sig för feminister och istället säger att de är för jämställdhet. Jag påstår därmed att på grund av det avståndstagandet har antifeminismen vuxit fram.Ordet feminist kopplas ofta samman med en vänsterpolitik, därför har jag valt att belysa högerns åsikter angående feminismen och jämställdhetsbegreppet. Skogsindustrin har de senaste decennierna ökat anslag och ansträngningar för att utveckla nya och mer högförädlade produktsegment för att motverka trenden att substitut tar marknadsandelar från träprodukter. Innovation, marknadsföring och kundrelationer är traditionellt områden som skogsbranschen har åsidosatt då ansträngningar och kapital investerats på processutveckling. De är därmed, överlag, mindre erfarna på dessa områden än andra industrisektorer vilket resulterat i att nya produkter och innovationer sprids långsamt på marknaden samt att medvetenheten om dessa produkter bland slutkunder ofta är bristfällig. Mellanstruken panel är en industriellt målad panel med två lager färg som började produceras 2007 och kan anses vara innovativ vidareutveckling av den grundmålade panelen. I dagsläget säljer de flesta byggvaruhus produkten via beställningssortiment eller lagerhållning men användningen bland hantverkare är mindre utbredd. ABSTRACTClimate Change in the Daily PressAn Analysis of the Representation Swedish Daily Papers Convey Through Their Editorials About the Climate ChangeThe purpose of this essay is partly to present how swedish daily papers describe the climate change through their editorials and partly to examine if their politcal affiliation effect their point of view about the climate change. The search incluedes editorials from 6 daily papers (Aftonbladet, Dagens Nyheter, Expressen, Göteborgstidningen, Nerikes Allehanda and Svenska Dagbladet) from the year 1997 to the year 2003. Three discourses and the order between them, found by a former analysis (Adger and others, 2001) of the international politics of climate change, are used as types of ideal in a form of an analysis of idea.The analysis reveals that the swedish daily papers don?t give the problem any major attention. Only a total of 65 editorials about the climate change could be found even though the papers produces several thousands during the period.

AbstractSyftet med studien är att få ta del av elevers och lärares egna erfarenheter och tankar angående specialklassundervisning. Det finns behov för anpassad undervisning för en del elever. Skolor har nedskärningar och hårt drabbade är de elever som är i behov av särskilt stöd. Begreppet en ?skola för alla? är något pedagoger försöker att nå i skolorna i dag.
