???This research traces the trajectory of those methods of teaching grammar that five different teachers in Swedish from Stockholm municipality use in their practice. ?Their both constructive and negative attitudes towards grammar were in fokus when looking after the connection between their own experience of learning/teaching native language grammar and the methods that they are actually using in their own classes. I was trying to gain knowledge and achieve the purpose of this research by means of a qualitativ method.

Lagen säger att man inte får uppföra byggnader så att det riskerar människors hälsa. Trots detta uppförs byggnader så att ohälsa uppstår för de boende. Arbetet behandlar hur man i ett byggprojekt arbetar med fuktsäkring. Syftet är att undersöka hur man i projektet arbetar med att fuktsäkra byggnaderna. Målet är att lyfta fram var i processen det finns risker när det gäller fuktsäkring, och även ge förslag till förbättringar av arbetet med fuktsäkringen.

Marknadsvärdet på bostadsrättslägenheter ändras kontinuerligt men det är först vid försäljning som värdet konkretiseras och fastställs. En av mäklarens uppgifter blir att sätta ett utgångspris som i sin tur ska leda till ett försäljningspris. Som studenter på fastighetsekonomiprogrammet har vi saknat en tydlig förklaring till hur värderingen praktiskt går till väga och om det finns grundläggande faktorer som gäller alla mäklare. Syftet med uppsatsen är därför att studera vilka olika aspekter en fastighetsmäklare väger in vid en värdering av en bostadsrättslägenhet. Vi har då utgått ifrån redan kända teorier och sedan undersökt hur de påverkar värderingen och om det finns ytterligare faktorer.I intervjuer med fastighetsmäklare verksamma i Karlstad har vi undersökt påverkan av faktorer som läget, månadsavgiften, standard, skick, storlek, ränta och tidigare försäljningar.

The essay is written at the request of Nyköping municipality park management by PatRadestedt who wanted a design proposal for one of the five courtyards at the Tessin Schoolin Nyköping. The Tessin School is located 2 miles from the center of Nyköping and the schoolhouses approximately 900 students. To make a design proposal for the courtyard that lies atthe canteen I decided from the outset that I wanted to take some of the Tessin SchoolStudents' opinions and wishes regarding their own outdoor spaces. I had a workshop witheight students from the arts program with the image orientation in which they had to drawand tell them what they wanted to do in the courtyard. The outcome of the workshop, Iused to move forward in my future work with a concept that fit into the environment, wethen apply it in my final design proposal.

The focus of this thesis is on what is considered to be a suitable foster home. For the study to be carried out an application had to be made to get access to the foster home assessments in a medium-sized municipality in Sweden. With the support of attachment theory and theory of standards different categories have been picked out and analyzed in foster home assessements that have been approved. The conclusion to what is considered to be a suitable foster home is a complex issue, as there are many factors that are interacting. Social workers seem to focus on the importance of a family?s ability to provide some kind of stability and security for a child who is considered to be placed within their home.

Monuments are raised all over the world of several different reasons. A monument dosen´t only refer just to itself, it also tells something about the historical context they are risen into. The overall purpose of this study is to try to reveal how history is used through the process, and rising of the monument "Vindarnas Boning" in Karlstad, Sweden 16/6, 1967. The historical narrative around this monument is about to show the importance of the esthetics, the main forces around the monument and last, how the monument legitimacy is maintained. Throughout those analytic tools, according to this study, I will try to examine possible other reasons behind this monument than the official one, who is to act as a remembrance of the finnish immigrants who settled in the unpopulated deep forests of Sweden and enabled to maintain a minor community separated from other influences, during the 16 th century and onward.

The aim of this study was to examine how state representatives prepared domestic violence, regarding the economic consequences of women exposed to violence. In order to achieve a profound and comprehensive view of the governmental keyfigures discussion we performed five interviews and studied selected governmental preparatory works between the years 1995-2015. We used theory on social construction as an approach and certain themes were more regular in our empirical material, which we compiled in three different discourses. According to our empirical material the economic situation of women exposed to violence is caused by inequality and gender power structure. The solution given by state representatives are referred to the municipality and social services.

Vad är fastighetsmäklarnas attityder till användandet utav lockpriser? Ämnet har på senare tid varit omdiskuterat i media, som också gett sin syn på det. Vi genomförde därför en undersökning i form av en enkätundersökning med fastighetsmäklare och djupintervjuer med branschorganisationerna för att ta reda på deras attityder till fenomenet. Vi ville också undersöka om attityden till och användandet utav lockpriser skilde sig mellan städerna Karlstad, Göteborg och Stockholm. Intervjuerna och enkätundersökningen omfattade också branschorganisationernas åsikter om oärliga bud, samt mäklarnas syn på den oreglerade budgivningen.

This report is a case study of ?citizen forums? in the municipality of Uppsala. These forums are arranged to make people participate more in local politics. The aim of this study is to find out if the opinions and the wishes coming from the citizens are later involved in the planning process etc made by the authorities. The aim is also to explain why or why not the opinions from the citizens are of any importance.My empirical data come from interviews that I have made with seven different respondents, both politicians and civil servants.

SammanfattningI slutet av 1900-talet ansågs det inte längre möjligt att styra statens och kommunernas omfattande verksamhet i detalj. Offentliga organisationer ställdes inför nya problem, utmaningar och krav på förändrad styrning. Målstyrning sågs i mycket stor utsträckning som lösningen på framtidens problem. Målstyrning är en styrteknik som i korthet innebär att det är de övergripande målen som ska styra verksamheten genom att de inom verksamhetens olika delar konkretiseras och att kontinuerliga utvärderingar genomförs och ligger till grund för framtida beslut om verksamheten. Det blev dock vanligt i målstyrda organisationer att utvärderingarna endast behandlade de mål som föreföll enklast att mäta, det vill säga de kvantitativa målen.

This study was commissioned by the Västerbotten sports federation, whocalled for an overview of the policies that the municipalities inVästerbotten work after in the field of sport. The study aimed to identifysports policy programs or documents that have been produced by themunicipalities, and how they work with them. Furthermore, the studyhighlights the municipality?s politicians reasoning aboutsport andrecreation-sector,and how their sport policy-work was practiced. The datacollection was based on seven interviews and document-collections fromthe 15 municipalities.

Kronisk njursjukdom med livsuppehållande hemodialysbehandling medförde förändrade levnadsvillkor för patienter och närstående. Närvaro av närstående var en faktor som positivt påverkade patienten och utan närståendes stöd krävdes större insatser från sjukvården. Till närstående räknas anhöriga, men även andra som har nära relationer med patienten, som till exempel vänner eller grannar. Syftet med denna litteraturstudie var att undersöka hur litteraturen beskriver situationen för närstående till hemodialyspatienter och vilken typ av stöd de efterfrågade, samt att beskriva inkluderade studiers urvalsgrupper. Det är en beskrivande litteraturstudie där 10 kvalitativa artiklar från databasen CINAHL inkluderades.

The municipality of Enköping is presently working out a new layout plan for the town of Enköping and new residences are planned in the harbour area. Because of these plans, the municipal energy company ENA Energi may have to move its location from the harbour to another part of the city.The aim of this degree project is to investigate the possibility of building a new CHP plant in another area of Enköping. The future demand on district heating and infrastructure at the new location have been projected. A new CHP plant has been dimensioned and economic analyses concerning the project have been made.Results show that the future demand of district heating in Enköping will differ a little from the present needs. Today the school is a given place for preventing social problems. The school struggles continuously to live up to the expectations of balancing preventive social work with pedagogy in a satisfactory way.The purpose of this essay is to get a picture of priorities of social work in school. I want to know what it is that affects and controls the principal's decision about what kind of social project they will accept and be a part of.This essay shows that only one of the eleven principals interviewed apply projects based on evidence when they decide about participation in a social project. Instead, the decisions are based on references from other schools. The reason why the principals do not base their judgement on projects which are based on evidence is because they consider the search for results too time consuming.When there is no requirement that a certain part of the social work in a school must be based on evidence, it leads to the children taking part in different social projects which we can not guarantee are good for them.One solution can be to guide the principals through a national social teachingplan, which can assure that social work based on evidence are being applied in the municipality schools as well as the independent schools..
