Syftet med detta kandidatarbete inom ämnet landsbygdsutveckling, är att undersöka och beskriva hur ideellt engagemang rörande flyktingintegration- och miljöfrågor kan organiseras på lokal nivå. Jag har studerat ett projekt som i dagsläget drivs på Alsike kloster som ligger strax utanför Knivsta, i Uppland. Projektet syftar till att etablera en ekologisk klosterby vars mål är integrera flyktingarbete med ett hållbart ekologiskt levnadssätt. Föreliggande studie bygger på intervjuer med projektdeltagare samt observationer från planeringsmöten med projektet. Med hjälp av begreppen sociala nätverk, ideell organisation och komplexa system försöker jag beskriva och förstå hur detta specifika projekt organiseras, vilka drivkrafter som ligger bakom engagemanget hos projektdeltagarna samt vad som upplevs som möjligheter och svårigheter i projektets arbetsprocess.

Uppsatsens syfte är att belysa hur samhällsutvecklingen avspeglas i barnbilderböcker och hur barn och vuxna inom sjukvården framställs. De barnböcker som ingår i undersökningen ärNär Lasse Larsson åkte ambulans av Ann Mari Falk och Tord Nygren (1966), Emma hos doktorn av Gunilla Wolde (1977), Malin på besök hos doktorn av Bengt Fahlström (1983), Aj! eller när jag hamnade på sjukhus av Ann Forslind (1994) och Händiga Hanna lagar pappa av Titti Knutsson & Lisen Adbåge (2007). Utifrån metoden och teorin kritisk diskursanalys belyses böckerna, och textanalyserna kompletteras med analys av bild och grafisk form. Resultatet visar att budskapet framförs allt mer i bilderna. Olika former av påverkan från medier i det omgivande samhället, och samverkan mellan bild, text och grafisk form blir tydligare än i de tidigare böckerna.

Examensarbete: Regnbågen har många färger - Bifrostinspirerad undervisning. Författare: Erik Nygren. Syftet med denna undersökning är att beskriva ett Bifrostinspirerat tematiskt arbetssätt samt visa på lärares, elevers och föräldrars uppfattningar kring denna undervisningsform. Jag vill ge sken åt en pedagogik olik en förmedlingspedagogik där katederundervisning utgör arbetssättet. (se bilaga 1). För min undersökning har jag intervjuat lärare, elever och föräldrar på en skola som arbetar Bifrostinspirerat. Tre olika perspektiv som ger en djupare bild av arbetssättet och verksamheten.

Adam Smith?s economic theory is often subject to criticism, in which it is claimed to be inherently inconsistent. Recently, criticism from well-known scholars has arisen claiming Smith should be characterized a labor value theorist anticipating Karl Marx. This study seeks to analyze whether such criticism is legitimate. Firstly, the economic theory of Smith is discussed in terms of consistency, and secondly, a number of typical and main points of the critique, from the most influential of his contemporary critics, are lifted up and analyzed.

The aim of this Master?s thesis is to examine how nuns regard reading. The reading of the Bible is a regular element in their everyday life. This study however, focuses mainly on the nuns? self-chosen reading beyond the reading of the Bible.

This essay describes the philosophy of science that Thomas Kuhn puts forth in his work The Structure of Scientific Revolutions. The question is, does his description of the scientific paradigm work as well today as in the examples he gave in the book?The conclusion is that there are certain factors that make for a number of differences between science today and, for example in the seventeenth century. There is also a growing theory or vision of a post normal science laid developed by among others Jerome Ravetz. This theory or vision is an idea of a science close to peer-communities and fast as well as critical decisions involving opposite values..

Because social media is personal and reaches users directly, it has become an important means of communication for companies trying to reach out to their audience (Nygren & Wadbring, 2013). Especially the possibility of interactivity has been discussed as social media's big advantage. But how much two-way communication is actually possible on social media? This is a quantitative study that focuses on how Swedish Facebook users in the ages of 16-25 interact with companies on the social network. The aim was to contribute with increased information and knowledge about how the users mentioned above interact with the companies as well as how the users perceive the companies communication and presence on Facebook.

Denna uppsats har sin utgångspunkt i hur läroböckerna bidrar till historiemedvetande och källkritiskt tänkande hos gymnasieelever samt hur läroböckerna stämmer överens med rådande styrdokument. I undersökningen har en kvalitativ samt en komparativ metod använts. Teorin författarna utgått ifrån i sin analys är de tre olika förhållningssätten att förstå omvärlden på; som fakta, som mänsklig erfarenhet samt som generaliserbar teori. Analysen har gjorts i läroböcker under perioden 1968-2004 på tre historiska händelser: upptäckterna, Karl XII och första världskriget. I sin undersökning har författarna kommit fram till att läroböckerna mer styrs av marknaden än av rådande styrdokument, att läroböckerna inte tillräckligt uppmuntrar till källkritiskt tänkande samt att läroböckerna ger en ensidig blick av historia.

Author: Karl LarssonTitle: Samverkan mellan skola och socialtjänst ? en studie i attityder och kunskapThe overall purpose of the studie has been to explore inter-professional work between social workers and teachers. The main focus has been on the link between attitude and knowledge. Attitude and knowledge has also been tested for any connection to age, gender, what kind of a teacher you are and for how long you have been a teacher.The collected data has been analyzed in a descriptive part, one part with correlations and in one part with t-tests. The terms samsyn (consensus) and attitude has been reviewed in its connection to the results.The study shows a significant correlation (0.222*) between knowledge and attitude.

Is the Swedish author Stig Dagerman an existentialist? This work takes a close look at Dagerman?s novel Island of the Doomed to see if it is possible to consider it an expression of existentialist thinking and to see if it interacts with any specific existentialist tradition. Dagerman?s novel was compared with select works of five existentialist thinkers ? Søren Kierkegaard, Martin Heidegger, Jean-Paul Sartre, Albert Camus and Karl Jaspers, all read in the light of the four categories of existentialistic thinking identified by the Swedish scholar Lennart Koskinen. All the four categories appeared to be central themes within the novel and a few subcategories were identified.

This thesis is based on the conception that class is relevant. The thesis discussesclass relevance and consciousness of class amongst personal at the department ofsocial welfare in Lund.I have studied different theories of class from Karl Marx, Max Weber and PierreBourdieu. The study´s empirical survey is based on interviews with the personalat the department of social welfare in Lund. Then I have applied their view onclass on models based on the theories mentioned above.Out of my analysis I can draw the conclusion that the consciousness of class ishigh and that the applied models matches the interviewed personal. An importantaspect is that class perspective is bound to class.
