The purpose of this study was to examine in which extent the comments about news inthe comment fields, on Swedish news sites Facebook pages were deliberative.To fulfill this purpose we used a quantitative content analysis as a method to interpretthe data that we collected about 2203 reader comments from three news sites Facebookpages. Ju?rgen Habermas theory about deliberative democracy together with theoriesabout public space and Web 2.0 were the theories we based our study on. To determinethat a comment was deliberative it had to contain an argument and be written withtolerance and respect. Our result showed that most comments lacked either one or bothof these criteria?s and therefore weren?t deliberative.

Syftet med uppsatsen är att med hjälp av Stockholms stads renoveringsprojekt Järvalyftet som fallstudie söka skapa förståelse för hur nyckelaktörer vid renoveringar av bostadsområden ser på och använder sig av brukarmedverkan. För att nå denna förståelse ämnar jag att besvara följande frågeställningar: Hur uppnås ett aktivt deltagande hos de boende? På vilka teorier eller erfarenheter grundar sig projektörernas syn på brukarmedverkan? Vilka effekter förväntar sig de ansvariga att ett deltagande från de boende ger? Mitt empiriska material utgörs av en fallstudie av renoveringsprojektet Järvalyftet inom Stockholms kommun. För att granska detta har intervjuer med aktörer med inflytande över processen gjorts och exempel från tidigare brukarinflytandeprojekt använts. För att analysera materialet använder jag mig av Ju?rgen Habermas teorier om kommunikativt handlande och Abdul Khakees utvärderingsmodell av kommunikativa processer.

The aim of this Master?s thesis is to examine attitudes and standpoints amongst librarians at the Swedish public library towards literary awards and awarded literature. The questions posed in the study are: What attitudes are expressed amongst these librarians towards the Nobel Prize in literature, the August Prize and literary awards and awarded literature in general? What significance do the Nobel Prize in literature, the August Prize and other literary awards have concerning purchase and display at these public libraries? How is awarded literature perceived and how do they talk about it concerning quality and are questions of quality significant? Qualitative interviews with seven librarians at four different public libraries have been done. Theories regarding J?rgen Habermas the bourgeois public sphere and Pierre Bourdieu?s terms habitus, field and capital have been used as to explain the library as a public sphere.

Every year, Swedish municipalities transfer considerable amounts of profit from public housing companies to the owner municipality. Municipalities are allowed to do this, provided that the money is used to pay for certain purposes. But there are no legal repercussions if they do not comply. Not all municipalities choose to transfer profits. Based on partisan theory, this difference could be explained by the political governance of the municipality.

The digitalisation of adolescents? everyday lives has created new contexts in which intimate partner violence can occur. Digital intimate partner violence includes controlling, monitoring, and harassing behaviours carried out through digital tools such as social media, messaging applications, and location-sharing services. These behaviours are often normalised among young people, which makes the violence difficult to recognise and address. This study aimed to explore how school counsellors perceive and define digital intimate partner violence among students, how they describe their work with identifying and managing such violence, and which organisational and communicative opportunities and barriers they experience in preventive efforts.
