Studien undersöker hur religionsundervisning kan utvecklas för att göra det mer intresseväckande för eleverna i gymnasiet. Genom tre intervjuer med både elever och en lärare har synen på religionsundervisning kommit fram. Utifrån olika tema har intervjuerna analyserats i relation till teoretisk bakgrund. Detta för att uppnå syftet och målen med denna uppsats nämligen att svara på hur man kan diskutera och reflektera kring elevernas religionsundervisning samt hur man få undervisningen mer närvarande för eleverna. Med närvarande menar jag relationen mellan elevernas deras vardagsliv och religionskunskap.Ulf Sjödin och Jönsson Rune, Perssons Liljefors Bodil har ägnat sig åt studier om religionskunskap engagemang i grundskolan.

The study is aimed at investigating the Slovenian philosopher Slavoj ?i?eks theories ofthe ontology of the subject, the crisis of our modern society and his views on how theology,especially Christian theology, can provide the answer for the threats to our society.My main object is the article Descartes and the post-traumatic subject (2008)where ?i?ek elaborates thoughts about the subject and our capitalistic society. To be ableto grasp these thoughts in full I have undergone an investigation not only on the writingsof Slavoj ?i?ek, but also on the philosophers to whom he owe much of his theories,such as G.W.F. Hegel, Friedriech Schelling, Karl Marx and Jaques Lacan.In the study I have shown how the subject is, according to ?i?eks psychoanalytictheories, decentered.

Abstract: In this following thesis I enquire the teaching of reincarnation within the New Testament. More specifically I examine how the author Paramahansa Yogananda?s interprets the teaching of reincarnation and his analysis of the prologue to the Gospel according to John. The idea of reincarnation is not a teaching commonly associated with Christian teachings and it has never been advocated within Christian orthodoxy. However, the idea of reincarnation has recurringly been advocated by Christians.

AbstractIn this essay I examine the exegetical problems concerning the interpretation of the metaphor ???????????????? in 2 Corinthians 2:14.The regular idea of the metaphor is that the apostle Paul is using the picture of a Roman triumph to describe the apostle?s and his co-worker?s service for God. This includes that God is leading them into many sufferings finished off with a martyr death as the triumph was very painful for its prisoners and mostly ended with an execution. But since A.D 300 such an interpretation has been questioned. Scholars react primarily to the cruelty of it and ask if that really was Paul?s meaning.

In this textual analysis I have examined the book Att följa Jesus by Ulf Ekman and information from Word of Life's official website. The aim of this study is to see how a religious leader is shaping the identity of the groups members after a certain pattern that differs from the surrounding, secular society. The research focus  of this essay includes several aspects:  how a culture is formed in a religious minority in contrast to the prevailing cultural context; how the material can be explained by Paul Pruyser?s theory on the psychological worlds; how what Ulf Ekman writes about distinguishing themselves from the environment differs from how other religious minority groups distinguish their identity;  and,  how the psychological world, expected behavior, and context of Word of Life can be structured by Valerie DeMarinis? model of assessment. I have placed Word of Life in a realistic illusionistic world developed from Paul Pruyser?s theory of psychological worlds.

Denna rapport handlar om den kristna gudsbilden. Kristendomen har en monoteistisk gudsbild men sammanfogar den till den treeniga bilden Gud Fader, Jesus Kristus och den helige Anden.Rapporten vill visa att nutidens människor brottas med samma problem som urkyrkans medlemmar. Nämligen frågan om att de tre delarna är en sammanhängande bild av en enda helhet, som är Gud.Till att börja med innehåller rapporten en genomomgång av urkyrkans, högmedeltidens och reformationens olika problem med gudsbilden. Dagens gudsbild presenteras utifrån biskop Lennart Koskinens personliga vinkel.Därefter följer ett kapitel om livsåskådningsundersökningar som har genomförts både i Europa och i Sverige under slutet av 1900-talet. I dessa har jag främst tagit del av det som handlar om nutidsmänniskans gudsbild i ett samhälle som blir allt mera sekulariserat.Slutligen har jag genomfört en enkätundersökning bland vuxenstuderande vid Mjölby komvux.

Traditioner och berättelser lever idag kvar om sockensamerna. Sockensamerna har en egen historia i mellersta Sverige. I de flesta socknarna i länet finns det spår kvar efter dem. Det förekommer till exempel lämningar från där de bodde, bevarande föremål samt ortnamn som återger ett samiskt ursprung. Dessutom har de satt spår i texter och till exempel domstolsförhandlingar.

Christianity has for a long time played a significant role in the Swedish school system, which can be seen in the syllabus of the course religion in 2011 where Christianity got a special status and the Christian alignments were explicit named. The aim of this essay was to see whether, and if so how, Christianity and its three alignments ? Catholicism, Orthodoxy and Protestantism ? had developed a greater impact in religion textbooks for grades 7?9 adapted to Lgr 11 compared to Lpo 94 and partly to see if there had been any changes and to what extent. The main question concerned whether Christianity had a greater impact in religion textbooks adapted to Lgr 11 than Lpo 94 and how Christianity could be seen as culture-religion. The sub-questions concerned whether there was any differences in what Christianity is and to what extent Christianity were represented in religion textbooks, but also if any difference to what range the three alignments where represented. The study consisted of six religion textbooks for grades 7?9, where three were adapted to Lpo 94 and three to Lgr 11.

Det främsta syftet har varit att se hur vägen varit för de kvinnliga prästerna, och även den teologiska argumentationen för och emot kvinnliga präster. Jag har jämfört denna studie med judendomen. För att få ytterligare ett sammanhang gör jag även speglingar av den katolska kyrkans hållning i frågan. Jag kommer först och främst att visa hur Svenska kyrkan tagit emot kvinnorna till prästämbetet. Kanske utgör också det en perfekt utgångspunkt för att studera vad som överhuvudtaget händer när kvinnor kliver in i den dominerande manliga kyrkliga maktstrukturen.

The Church of Sweden has in recent years offered activities such as Christian deep medita-tion, mindfulness and health days. This may be a way for the Church of Sweden to reach the modern man who would not otherwise have come to the church, but there are critics who argue that new spirituality has made its entry in the Church of Sweden. The phenomenon of Christian deep meditation has become increasingly common in the Church of Sweden. In order to satisfy my curiosity about what a Christian deep meditation is, I decided to write an essay about this. My question is as follows: How important is Christian deep meditation as a religious practice in the Church of Sweden? This essay is a qualitative study and I have cho-sen to perform eight pieces of interviews, two of them are recorded.

Three main questions give the fundamental structure for this master thesis: 1) In what way is the notion of law being perceived in the following theologians respectively; David P. Scaer, Dietrich Bonhoeffer and Wolfhart Pannenberg? 2) In what way is the notion of law being perceived in the encyclical Veritatis Splendor? 3) Which similarities and divergences can be found in the respective expositions of the notion of law?For the purpose of comparison, I have employed four questions of analysis. These are: A) What is ?the law?? B) Is the law being effected, or is it working, in the world and if so - in what ways and for what purposes is it meant to serve? C) Does human beings have any capacities to understand and/or live in accordance to the law? D) Does the Gospel, perceived as the earthly life, actions, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ, effect any alteration with respect to the purpose, range, function or interpretation of the law?In order to better understand Roman-Catholic concepts of law, the treatise on law of Thomas Aquinas Summa Theologica is briefly presented.

Selma Lagerlöf var en mångsidig författare med skiftande religiösa föreställningar och litteraturvetaren Sven Stolpe har lyft fram flera av de andliga element som förekommer i författarens romaner, brev och dagböcker. Utifrån hans teori om Lagerlöfs tro har vi undersökt dessa drag i tre av författarens verk och tolkat dessa med inspiration från den hermeneutiska metoden. Romanerna är Gösta Berlings saga, Herr Arnes penningar och Körkarlen.Frågorna vi har utgått ifrån är:Vad visar Lagerlöf för exempel på luthersk kristendom, katolicism, folktro, och andra ockulta läror i Gösta Berlings saga, Herr Arnes penningar och Körkarlen?Hur gör Lagerlöf för att förena dessa?Finns det några tendenser till att de olika trosföreställningarna ställs emot varandra och i så fall hur?I texterna vi studerat har vi funnit ett antal detaljer och motiv som kan förknippas med de olika andliga föreställningarna. Lagerlöf tar upp Gud, Jesus och djävulen men visar även prov på spiritistiska och teosofiska influenser.

This study deals with questions about male and female, power and church, related to the Mariologies of three prominent leaders in the Church of Sweden in the last century: Erling Eidem, Paulina Mariadotter and Cristina Grenholm. The mentioned topics are important for conservative High Church people as well as for radical feminists, and they are therefore necessary to address in the context of discussions about the church´s identity and the search of greater unity.Each Mariology is related to contemporary ideas about the relations between male and female, and to the tradition of the church as the leaders themselves see it. During the years 1920-2010 the relations between the sexes changed a lot as a result of the impact of modernity, which also affected how people perceived the relationship between the individual and the tradition/authorities. The present study concludes that there is a connection between Mariology and contemporary ideas about male and female. However, the Mariologist´s attitude to the tradition of the church seems to decide which perspective is allowed to dominate.

Denna uppsats består av en jämförande studie av två ärkebiskopar ? KG Hammar (Svenska kyrkan) och Rowan Williams (Church of England) - ur ett postmodernt teologiskt perspektiv. Syftet var att söka finna postmoderna influenser hos de båda ärkebiskoparna i såväl teori som praktik och undersöka konsekvenserna av ett postmodernt teologiskt agerande.  Undersökningen visade att båda ärkebiskoparna influerades av postmodern teologi i teorin. Hammar förde också som ärkebiskop fram sina personliga postmoderna insikter, medan Williams av olika anledningar generellt valde att endast föra fram kyrkans åsikt. Båda handlingsalternativen medförde såväl kritik som uppskattning.

Vår startpunkt inför denna c-uppsats var att vi hört talas om personer som arbetar med socialt arbete inom kristna organisationer. S:ta Clara kyrka kom i fokus. Syftet men uppsatsen formulerade vi så småningom till att öka kunskapen om anställdas och volontärers upplevelser av deras tros betydelse i det sociala arbete som de utför inom S:ta Clara kyrka.Studien har genomförts utifrån tio kvalitativa, semistrukturerade intervjuer med personer som är anställda eller volontärer inom S:ta Clara. Resultatet av studien har vi analyserat med hjälp av tidigare forskning samt teoretiska resonemang knutna till de teman som formats av våra intervjuresultat. Vi har även analyserat våra slutsatser utifrån Aron Antonovskys teori om Känsla av sammanhang (KASAM).Resultaten visar att våra intervjupersoner upplever att deras personliga tro har betydelse i det sociala arbete de utför inom S:ta Clara.
