Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka tandstatus fem år efter genomförd radioterapi mot huvud- och halscancer och jämföra med status omedelbart före radioterapistart. Ytterligare ett syfte var att undersöka hur patienterna upplever sin munhälsa. En kvantitativ deskriptiv tvärsnittsstudie har utförts på 21 patienter som har behandlats med radioterapi involverande hela eller delar av munhålan som stod på tur att kallas för en femårskontroll. Patienterna kallades från ett patientregister tillhörande sjukhustandvården på Käkkirurgiska kliniken i Lund. Studien delades in i tre delar: Journal- och röntgengranskning, klinisk undersökning samt att patienterna fick besvara ett antal frågor rörande deras munhälsa.

Bakgrund: Det finns lagar som reglerar att man vid vård av patienter skall föra Journal. Traditionellt har Journalerna dokumenterats på papper men inom vården har det under senare år införts datorJournaler. Som exempel har hela Landstinget i Blekinge någon typ av datorJournal. DatorJournalen kan ge ökad säkerhet och kvalité i ornvårdnadsarbetet, men påverkar den omvårdnaden patienten får? Syfte: Syftet var att undersöka med vilka faktorer som datorJournalen eventuellt påverkar patientomvårdnaden.

Hemsjukvårdens arbete utgår från teamarbete med patienten i fokus där distriktssköterskan samarbetar med flera aktörer för att samordna vården. Syftet med studien var att beskriva hur distriktssköterskor upplever samarbetet med olika professioner inom den kommunaliserade hemsjukvården. Åtta distriktssköterskor i fyra norrbottniska kommuner intervjuades. Intervjuerna analyserades med en kvalitativ innehållsanalys och resulterade i fem kategorier; Bristen på riktlinjer i en ny organisation, Användning av olika datasystem komplicerar det dagliga arbetet, Bristande kommunikation påverkar arbetet i hemsjukvården, Arbeta tillsammans med patienten i fokus och Tiden är av betydelse för att kunna samarbeta. Resultatet visar att distriktssköterskor upplevde att samarbetet i den kommunaliserade hemsjukvården var bristande när det fattas tydliga riktlinjer och rutiner.

Preventive measurements as well as clinical caries diagnostics are vital to retain a good dental health in the population. In order for optimal caries diagnostics radiographs are used. There is a great intra- and intervariation regarding cariesprogression. A large number of tools for cariesprevention at home or in the clinic are today used. The aim of this Journal study was to compare the progression of carieslesions in the approximal area, diagnosed on radiographs, and preventive measures used to reduce cariesprogression between two examine dates on two dental clinics.

On the 11th of march 2006, the Journal Landskrona Posten began an article series with the ambition to review the juvenile gangs in the city of Landskrona. The articles received heavy response from the readers. About six months later Landskrona was the centre of attention in the Swedish media. 22,3 percent of the city's population had voted for the nationalist party ?Sverigedemokraterna? in the municipal election.

The change in the information society has affected the development of the labour market for information specialists and informants as well as their roles. Companies are now aware of the fact that information specialists have a variety of important skills and competence that is important for them. The goal of this thesis is to see what defines an information specialist and an informant and also to find out their situation on the labour market. The similarities and differences between the two professions will also be discussed in the thesis. The main method used is the investigation of the job advertisements in the Journal DIK-forum from the year 2000 and year 2004.

The purpose of this study is to find out how and to what extent doctors use the hospital library?s collection of print and electronic medical Journals. Major changes have the last years occurred in the Journal collection. The Journals are very costly and little is known about the user satisfaction with them. Therefore it?s important to examine how satisfied the users are with the collection and how they utilize it.

This essay is a selective review of Nordic literature with the aim to explore contemporary conceptions of male-on-female rape, to increase the understanding of how these can construct ?a real rape?. To achieve this two questions were formulated: What circumstances can cause an incident not to be defined as rape? What circumstances can cause an incident to be defined as rape? Searches in international and Swedish databases led to initial selection of peer-review Journal articles and dissertations that were reviewed against set criteria. These criteria were met by 8 studies, that were assigned codes, from which comprehensive categories were developed.

The purpous of this master?s thesis is to explore how the swedish public library evolved between 1890-1911, before the state implemented the library reform in 1912. The material used to cunduct the study concists mainly of texts published during the time frame of the thesis in the form of books, booklets and articles from Folkbiblioteksbladet, a Journal dedicated to the subject of the swedish public library.Drawing upon Habermas theory of the structural transformation of the public sphere and Bourdieus theories about taste as social distinction and symbolic capital, the thesis seeks to show how the public participated in the evolvement of the public library and which aspects of society that contributed to the public library?s establishment as an institution. The findings are also discussed in relation to previous research of the history of the Swedish public library.

Given the possibility that the world, as we know it, is a consequence of human interaction and verbal communication our understanding of the world can be seen as contingent rather than essentially given. Conceptions such as "entrepreneur", "woman" and "man" can then be understood as socially constructed subjects. Departing from poststructural and social constructionist perspectives I will examine medial representation of women and men as entrepreneurs. My main purpose is to examine how the entrepreneur is constructed as a discursive subject in the Journal Eget Företag. Drawing upon Ernesto Laclau´s and Chantal Mouffe´s Discourse Theory and the poststructuralist feminist theoretical perspective of Judith Butler I will discuss both the construction of the entrepreneur as well as the more explicit question; is gender significant for the construction of the entrepreneur and entrepreneurship in Eget Företag? In this study I come to the conclusion that the discourse of entrepreneurship, as well as the Journalistic discourse, draws upon discourses of femininity and masculinity but also upon discourses of ethnicity.

Concurrently important benefits have been noticed from the effects of massage, effects that can be assumed to restore individual?s health with depression and depressed mood. The aim of the study was to examine the importance of gentle massage in connection with depression and depressed mood. The research was based on scientific studies that were applied through the databases Cinahl, elin@Kristianstad, PsycARTICLES, PsycINFO, PubMed and the Journal Vård i Norden as well as by manual searches.

The purpose of this Masters thesis is to analyze the research front within medical ethics. We wish to identify which research themes that are included in the subject field of medical ethics. The research themes can be identified by a couple of bibliometrical methods and techniques. In our case, it is bibliographic coupling combined with a cluster analysis. The analysis is accomplished by the extracted references from articles in the two Journals Bioethics and Journal of medical ethics.
