During 2006 SNVDB (the national road data base for forestry) is being introduced to Holmen Skog. This data base contains all information about Holmen Skogs road systems. The information will then be used in different kinds of optimisation models which only produce correct and reliable results if the input data are of the adequate quality. Today there are reasons to believe that road data is of various qualities. The forest roads are often in a bad condition and have to be improved before a planned harvest. The cost of maintenance and construction of new roads is a large part of the total harvesting cost.

The aim of this study is to analyze the construction of "Christian masculinity" during the modern era. This is made in opposition to earlier research that has claimed that masculinity could not be constructed religiously, that is, without at the same time being constructed as effeminate or anti-masculine.Using a wide variety of theoretical concepts - such as discourse analysis, class, secularisation, masculinity as constructed from countertypes, and finally masculinity as a homosocial construction - I analyze a free church in Sweden, the Scanian Missionary Society (Skånes Missionssällskap), during the period of ca 1939-1945 (the society was a district of the Swedish Covenant Church, or Svenska Missionsförbundet), in order to argue for the standpoint that masculinity, in fact, could be constructed religiously. Bakgrund: I alla tider har kvinnor fått stöd i samband med förlossningen. Barnmorskan har haft en stor roll i detta stöd. På senare år har barnmorskans yrkesroll förändrats både genom att tekniken har utvecklats och att barnmorskan är ålagd att föra journal. Dagens barnmorskor har på grund av detta inte lika mycket tid till att enbart ägna sig åt den födande kvinnan Syfte: Syftet var att undersöka den födande kvinnans upplevelse av att barnmorskan utför elektronisk journalföring i förlossningsrummet, samt hur det upplevs påverka barnmorskans stödjande funktion. Metod: En enkätundersökning med slutna och öppna frågor genomfördes på ett sjukhus i Göteborg, Sverige.

While the technological infrastructure that enables collaboration between municipalities, counties and private health care providers improves, so does the need for health-care providers to gain access to the right patient journal at the right time. For doctors, nurses and other health-care organization employees this goal is achieved by NPÖ, National Patient Summary. NPÖ effectively enables health-care records to be shared across organizational boundaries. This thesis is based on a demand by a mobile application that can give district nurses access to health-care records wherever they are.This thesis describes the development of a prototype of a mobile application aimed for NPÖ. This includes investigating a suitable mobile platform, investigating available card readers for reading electronic identification from SITHS cards and the ability to connect to external services such as NPÖ.

Projektet omfattade en jämförelsestudie avseende stomsystem. Studien undersökte ramverk och fackverk/balk/pelar-system och genomfördes självständigt med stöttning av Ramböll AB´s kontor i Falun. Syftet var främst att undersöka vilka skillnader det finns mellan tvåledsramar och fackverk/balk/pelar-system för lätta hallbyggnader och försöka få klarhet i varför fackverk/balk/pelar-system är det dominerande systemet i Sverige eftersom övriga Europa har tagit en annan utveckling och domineras av tvåledsramar. Studien undersöker skillnaderna mellan systemen i en hallbyggnad med förutbestämda mått i stål.Inledningsvis gjordes en litteraturstudie för att få en bredare bakgrund av systemen och en bättre förståelse om förutsättningarna för varje system. Efter litteraturstudien kunde sedan ett typhus och beräkningsunderlag för jämförelsestudien tas fram.

In the 1969 Le Thor seminar, Heidegger stated that his philosophical journey could be characterized by three different themes: meaning, truth, place. The first two of these have been the subject of countless studies and discussions, but the question of place is still relatively unexplored in Heidegger?s thought, despite the increased interest for this topic in his writings. Even though scholars like Jeff Malpas, Edward Casey, Stuart Elden and Miguel de Beistegui have written books and essays on the importance of the conception of place in Heidegger?s thinking, there are still many important aspects of this theme to be discussed, given the importance Heidegger himself ascribed to this topic.In this essay, I therefore wish to pose the question of how one can understand the relation between place and the role of tragedy in Heidegger?s conception of truth.

I uppsatsen undersöks bildens betydelse för den svenska utvandringen till Amerika vid 1900-talets början. Utgångspunkten är i Västernorrland och en analys av Örnsköldsviks Allehanda,Allers Familj-Journal och Hvita Stjern-Liniens rederibroschyr. Under antagandet att varjebild fick ett större nyhetsvärde i en mer bildfattig kultur än den vi har idag och sparades underen längre tid är syftet att undersöka den blivande emigrantens bildvärld och världsbild. Frågorsom behandlas är: I vilket källmaterial förekom bilder, vilken funktion fyllde de och vilkenkunskap om Amerika kan den blivande emigranten tänkas ha haft? Vidare behandlasemigrantens bildbiografi, emigrationsbildens ontologi och bilden som emigrationspåverkandefaktor.

Bakgrund: ADA:s Nutritionsbehandlingsprocess (NCPM) är en modell som beskriver dietistens arbetsprocess ? nutritionsbehandlingsprocessen. Den har utarbetats av ADA (the American Dietetic Association) i syfte att effektivisera och evidensbasera dietistens arbetsprocess för att på så sätt höja dietistyrkets status, stimulera forskningsinsatser inom nutritionsområdet och säkerställa effekten och patientnyttan av den kliniska dietistens arbete. Föreliggande arbete ingår som ett led i implementeringen av ADA:s Nutritionsbehandlingsprocess (NCPM) vid ett svenskt universitetssjukhus.Syfte: Att ta fram ett journalgranskningsinstrument för granskning av dietistjournaler, samt att med detta instrument kartlägga nutritionsbehandlingsprocessen vid sjukhusets dietistklinik och hur denna journalfördes innan ADA:s Nutritionsbehandlingsprocess implementerades.Metod och material: Ett journalgranskningsinstrument med tillhörande granskningsanvisningar utformades med utgångspunkt från de fyra stegen i ADA:s Nutritionsbehandlingsprocess. Frågorna validerades och inter- respektive intrabedömarreliabilitetstestades.

Enligt Patientdatalagen (SFS 2008:355), 3 kap, 1 § har fastställts att sjuksköterskan är skyldig att föra journal. I varje patientjournal ska upprättas en omvårdnadsplan vilken ska vara utformad enligt omvårdnadsprocessens fem faser: bedömning, diagnos, mål, planering, genomförande och utvärdering. Omvårdnadsdokumentationen har som syfte att beskriva den vård som patienten erhållit genom att den beskriver vilka beslut som tagits, vilka åtgärder som gjorts samt vilka resultat som uppnåtts. Patienter som genomgår allogen stamcellstransplantation (SCT) upplever ofta en hög psykologisk påfrestning och själva transplantationstillfället är i sig komplext med många behandlingsrelaterade biverkningar som påverkar hela den transplanterades tillvaro både fysiskt och psykiskt. Syftet med uppsatsen var att undersöka sjuksköterskans  omvårdnadsdokumentation avseende omvårdnadsprocessen gällande patienters emotionella hälsa (EH) från utskrivningsdatum för SCT och ett år framåt.

Kvinnor upplever mer halsont än män efter endotracheal intubation. Smärtan skattas postoperativt enligt visuell analog skala (VAS), det är riktat gällande smärtan till följd av det operativa ingreppet. Smärtskattning gällande halsont efter endotracheal intubation existerar inte. Tidigare studier har visat att en smalare diameter på endotrachealtuben (ETT) har minskat skattning av halsont postoperativt. En smalare ETT har visat sig kunna innebära att gasflödet genom tuben hindras samt att den lättare kan täppas igen av sekret.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect the Nazi threat had on the swedish labour movement between 1932 and 1939 and to enrich what kind of pre-understanding they had about the fall of the Weimar Republic and the upcoming and effects of the Third Reich.Brought by the development in Germany, a debate and struggle took place in the Social Democratic journal Tiden over the meaning of concepts and there ability, in the hands of demagogs, to overthrow democratic structures. The concept of socialism and its concepts attribute play a major part in this investigation. By establishing fields of tension such as - nation vs internationalism, socialism in theory and in practice, political democracy vs evolved democracy and the diverse principles of neutrality, the first principle meaning the defending of national boarders, the other meaning not only defending your own country but taking an active part in defending democracy in the world - I was able to observe the movement and change of concepts within this fields. The result showing that the concept of socialism and near related attributes, in the hands of national socialists had undertaken a wast change of meaning, which applied in the Swedish debate threatened to undermine the power and force of the Social Democrats applied in the political discourse in Sweden. To defend itself and strengthening the Social Democratic hegemony as well as maintaining the goal of evolved democratic expansion, they were forced to win the confidence and votes of the middle class.

Psykisk ohälsa är ett av de största folkhälsoproblemen i Sverige. Varannan kvinna och var fjärde man riskerar att drabbas av depression någon gång under livet. Vid depression ses en ihållande nedstämdhet och en generell hämning infinner sig. Tankeinnehållet präglas av depressiva tankar som kan visa sig genom hopplöshet, skuldkänslor och känslor av misslyckande. Syftet med litteraturstudien var att, med stöd av Jean Watsons karativa faktorer nr 2, 4 och 5, belysa hur en relation mellan en patient med depression och sjuksköterskan kan skapas.

Many buildings are now nearing the end of their service life. This applies to both the older houses from the 40's and 50's to the million project houses that did not prove to be as sustainable in the long run. Often there is a desire to extend the service lifetime, but to do that you need to make detailed inspections. The Folkets hus in Gävle is one of those buildings that is in need of renovation and to fulfill the new requirements that must be met in today's buildings. It is desired to make the buildings rentable space more attractive and to extend the building with two more floors.
