Coaching har blivit mycket av ett slagord inom företagsvärlden och olika konsultfirmor. Men vad innebär det konkret för individer och organisationer? Denna studie kommer att behandla coaching utförd av en ledare. Därav kommer både ett öppet och modernt ledarskap som coaching kräver behandlas, samt huvudämnet coaching.Bakgrunden till studien är främst att allt för många ledare idag fortfarande rekryteras med auktoritär ledarskapsstil som inte prioriterar utveckling av de anställda, samt att coaching som definition ibland misstolkas. Så syftet är att behandla dessa frågor och diskutera kring frågeställningarna: Vad är coaching? Vilken betydelse har coaching? Metoden som tillämpas i denna uppsats är en kvalitativ studie med fyra representanter från Brynäs IF hockey A-lag, tränaren Niklas Czarnecki, assisterande tränare Tommy Jonsson, spelarna Ove Molin och Emil Sandin presenterar deras verklighet omkring ledarskap och coaching..

Det sociala arbetet är konstruerat kring mänskliga möten och kommunikation.Syfte: I denna studie har vi valt att belysa aspekter kring bemötande och vad som sker mellan klienter och dem professionella under ett samtal. Vi valde att studera fenomenet genom deltagande observation. Frågeställningar:? Vad sker under mötet mellan klienten och terapeuten?? Hur upplever klienten och terapeuten mötet med varandra?? Vilka tankar har klienterna och terapeuterna kring aspekter om bemötande?Resultat: Klienterna är nöjda med det bemötande som de får av terapeuterna. De uppgav att ett gott bemötande handlar om att möta individen där han/hon befinner sig.

Syftet med uppsatsen är att göra en marknadsundersökning på drivmedel, som har till ändamål att klarlägga den rådande marknaden liksom hur marknaden kan komma att se ut i framtiden. Med drivmedelsmarknad avses distributionskedjan och kostnader för drivmedel ur slutkonsumentens perspektiv, samt slutkonsumenternas efterfrågan på förnybara drivmedel.För att komma fram till syftet har vi tittat på vilka drivmedel som finns, vilken tillgänglighet de har och vilka kostnader som användningen av varje drivmedel medför. För att titta på marknadens efterfrågan på förnybara drivmedel har vi intervjuat ett transportföretag och ett landsting om hur de ställer sig till miljövänligare drivmedel och kostnaderna dessa medför. Vi genomförde då en kvalitativ undersökning genom att intervjua Caland Transport AB och Landstinget i Värmland.Marknadsundersökningen på drivmedel omfattar de fossila bränslen bensin, diesel och naturgas, biobränslen etanol, metanol, biogas och vätgas, samt eldrift. Vi har tagit reda på kort om drivmedlets aktuella/potentiella produktion liksom energiinnehåll (produkt), men har lagt fokus på distributionskedjan (plats) och kostnader (pris) ur slutkonsumentens perspektiv.

This is a study about a company in Norrköping, called Stadium AB, and its first steps into the global market. We have studied how the conditions of the company have changed during their expansion. This study is not written from the viewpoint of business economics, it is rather a study from a cultural and social studies perspective. The study deals with subjects such as the globalization of society, organizational theories and leadership. The empiric material consists of Stadium?s staff magazine Tracks, the company?s swedish homepage on the Internet and an interview with Sussi Calås-Jonsson, Chief of the Department of Information at Stadium AB.

During the 1960s and 1970s an increased interest in Native Americans can be seen in Sweden, e.g. through the establishment of organizations such as the Indian Club of Sweden. The aim of this thesis is to study the portrayal of Native Americans and its role through Albin Widén, a Swedish author, ethnologist and member of the Indian Club, and his non-fictional works on the Swedish migration to America, Swedish-America and Swedish contacts with Native Americans. The study is divided into four parts. The first part looks at the portrayal of the Native Americans in Widén?s writings, in comparison with Euro-Americans? and Europeans? traditional stereotypic images of a good and a bad Indian.

The purpose of this study is to understand and analyze why individuals develop and manage to leave drug abuse. The material consists of interviews with eight individuals who have gone through a life of addiction and managed to change their lifestyle. We contacted the participants through the organization called KRIS (Criminals Redress with Society). The results indicate that the participants have had a troublesome upbringing and been labeled by society as outsiders which have led them into addiction. The results also show that they have all gone through a social conversion from the life as an addict to become sober.

The purpose of this paper is to examine how six students who attend a high school relate to their multilingualism and emphasize how their multilingualism has affected their views of themselves and their identity. The fundamental questions were:How do six students who attend a secondary school relate to their multilingualism?How has students' multilingualism affected their views of themselves and their identity?I did use a qualitative research method in terms of interviews to receive answers for my inquiries.Carla Jonsson (2010) speaks inter alia about ?the third space? which concerns adolescents creating a ?third room?. Almqvist (2006) believes that adolescents that are exposed to discrimination and prejudices can lead to them turning their backs on society in disappointment. The dependent variable youth unemployment is explained by five independent variables.

Background: The stress in the society seems to having become more amplified and more trying. Statistics show that the appearance of stress related industrial diseases have increased strikingly. What can be stressing at the workplace? The work conditions are not the only thing that causes stress but no matter what the causes are employers have to restore the employees to their former positions. How are companies dealing with the problems of stress in reality? Do they have formulated strategies for how to manage the problems? Purpose: The purpose with this essay is to try to see pattern in how companies manage and treat stress and stress related industrial diseases.

This is a report written for an examination project C-level, on the subject of energy. The examination project is a product of the FVB Sweden AB (district heating bureau). It started with a meeting with Stefan Jonsson FVB Sweden AB, were he explained the content of the project, and from this a presentation of the problem was made. The problem that needed to be solved was how they could control the valves in the system to provide heating to everyone in the system. The valves are often oversized so the pump in the heating plant would have to be enormous to be able to provide enough flow to be sufficient, if everyone in the system had there valves fully opened. I came up with two solutions to the problem, one was a wireless network that could keep track of the valves and the other solution was an extra sensor that was placed on the radiator.
