Studien undersökte faktorer som kan förklara bristen på kvinnliga chefer och frågeställningarna berörde vilka egenskaper kvinnor och män tillskrev sig, om en önskvärd chef tillskrevs feminina eller maskulina egenskaper samt även könsskillnader angående balansen mellan familjeliv/arbetsliv. Ett bekvämlighetsurval gjordes på ett privat företag (n=82) och instrument som användes i undersökningen var BSRI-SE (Bem, 1974; Persson, 1999) (?=0.85) samt en omarbetad version av Work/family pressure scale (Marongiu & Ekehammar, 1999) (?=0.71). Resultatet av en One-Way ANOVA analys visade signifikanta skillnader mellan respondenterna angående femininitet (p=0,001) men inte gällande maskulinitet (p=0,103). Maskulina och feminina egenskaper var önskvärda hos en chef dock skattades maskulina egenskaper något högre än feminina egenskaper.

This essay investigates how the author Oline Stig creates identities for her main characters in three short stories; Midsommar, Polly Maggoo and Den längsta dagen from the collection Den andra himlen (2007).My investigation is based on concepts chosen from psychology and narratology: First, Jonas Stier?s definition of human identity. In his definition he focuses on a person?s social context. He also considers identity formation as an ongoing, ever- changing process.

Detta examensarbete är en beredning för Fortum Distribution AB. Avsikten är att ansluta två stycken nybyggda vindkraftverk till det befintliga elnätet. Samtidigt genomförs en förstärkning av distributionsnätet genom kablifiering (kabelförläggning i mark) samt rasering av det befintliga luftnätet. Abstract (in English) The report clarifies how the economy of Värnamo and Tingsryd area experiencing and implementing APL, it also reveals their need for jacking from the school to improve students achievement.By highlighting some of the requirements, expectations, obligations and rights as schools, businesses and students have between each other can enhance our understanding of each other's activities. With increased understanding of each other's needs, function and values can be a more seamless cooperation take place which can increase the efficiency, usefulness and effectiveness of APL and apprenticeship.The investigation of the report includes a survey of 25 questions that companies involved in APL answers and interviews by two well-designate individuals in the subject, Jonas Olofsson, who among other things, wrote the book "Krisen i skolan" and Annika Jervgren is research assistant in the National Apprentice Committee.The supervisor's actions during the APL are addressed and they are critical to student achievement and how the profession is perceived. Denna undersökning är en analys av fem ungdomar med invandrarbakgrund. I uppsatsen har jag använt mig av intervjuer för att få fram den empiri som jag grundar min analys på. Adriana kommer från Bosnien, Zelko är född och uppvuxen i Sverige av kroatiska föräldrar, Natasha kommer fram Tjetjenien, Noah kommer från Irak och Albina kommer från Montenegro. Genom att fått ta del av respondenternas berättelser om vem de är, hur deras liv sett ut och hur de har upplevt sina migrationer har jag undersökt hur deras identitetsskapande påverkats av detta. Syftet är att analysera och få en inblick i hur några ungdomar med invandrarbakgrund identifierar sig själva i samhälle där de ses som invandrare.

This thesis deals with past and present political attitudes towards the Öresund bridge. It describes the decision making process which preceded the construction of the bridge, and has a short historical introduction to it. It then presents the attitudes towards the bridge of five different political parties, all represented by regional politicians. This empirical information was obtained through interviews with politicians and literature studies. The author then analyzes the empirical information with the help of the human ecological triangle developed by Steiner, and the center-periphery theories of Wallerstein and Persson.To conclude, the author describes what the central problem is in the case of the Öresund bridge from a human ecological perspective and analyzes the empirical data collected..

SammanfattningKonsthantverk är ett begrepp som förändras i förhållande till hur samhället förändras. Denna studie är därför inriktad på hur detta begrepp uppfattas i nutidens svenska samhälle eftersom den ligger så nära andra begrepp såsom ?design?, ?slöjd?, ?konst?, ?hantverk? och ?formgivning?. Syftet är att skapa en större förståelse för hur begreppet kan tolkas och ge en tydligare bild för de som intresserar sig för konsthantverk men också för de som verkar inom eller i de närliggande begreppen. Studien är uppbyggd på litteratur som berör konsthantverk där olika personer har tolkat och försökt sig på att identifiera begreppet.
