The aim of the project is to develop a tool for a management system at the advertising agency ofConfetti. The company has during a longer period of time felt a need of introducing a quality and environmentalsystem but have a lack in resources of knowledge, time and money. Their goal is to have aconcrete documentation which describes their quality policy and the function of the activity.The work has been performed by mapping and analyzing the processes of the company according tothe process model with focus on one pilot process. New routines have been developed and documentedin a management system.Confetti would like their management system to fulfil the ISO-standard so that they eventually inthe future can be certified. Therefore a literature study has been done according to management systemsand standards.

This study examines patterns of consumption during the 1780s in Öjaby and Virestad parishes. I have examined the clothes and jewelry in estate inventories using the concept of status. Then I have used Pierre Bourdieu's theories to understand fashion mechanisms.I have identified five different groups, each distinguished by their formal wear. Men have similar clothes but in Virestad they have more items and more silver. Four people were divergent, they choose other materials and models.

Today you can pay in many different ways. You can for instance use cash, credit cards, internet and now even with your mobile phone. Today we can also see new types of technical payment solutions being developed, such as Near Field Communication (NFC), mobile banking or through the use of QR-codes. We have today many different payment methods; therefore it?s interesting to see which payment method people prefer the most.

The purpose of this study is to examine certain aspects of work with men who use violence in intimate relationships. In a Government bill in late 90s the Government presented its action plan on what is expected to be done in each municipality, but investigations show that the work is stationary. 46 percent of the men, who are in treatment, choose to cancel it. We wanted to find out how society will meet up with men who use violence in their intimate relationship and how to go about in the meeting. Those who lead us to the answers in this qualitative method are three social workers and a therapist who has the task of helping these men. The study is based on interviews from three municipalities in southern Sweden, the municipalities made ??as in between 30-60 000 residents and businesses are startups; theoldest has been in operation for five years.The results showed that they had chosen to put these activities under the sections of the Social Services but is counted as a separate project, as the driving force may apply for funding via the County Council.

Konflikterna i södra Afrika under 1900-talets andra hälft är något som idag är främmande för många och som direkt för tankarna till apartheid regimen. Hårt pressat av omvärlden på grund av deras raspolitik kämpade Sydafrika i många år en oftast anonym konflikt mot kommunistiska styrkor som hade stöd från Kuba och Sovjetunionen.Under vissa perioder, speciellt mot krigsslutet, eskalerades stridigheterna och stora konventionella operationer bedrevs långt in i Angola för att hindra framfarten av fientliga styrkor.  Sydafrikas användandet av stridsflyg kopplas i denna studie till John A. Warden III:s teorier om hur luftmakt bör användas.Warden är mest känd från perspektivet att hans teorier var grundläggande i planerandet av Gulfkriget i Irak och andra amerikanska luftoffensiver under 1990- och 2000-talet. I detta arbete undersöks i hur stor utsträckning det är möjligt att finna spår av Wardens luftmakts-teorier i Sydafrikas gränskrig.Resultatet av studien visar, genom en analys, hur enskilda händelser och operationer korrelerar med utvalda begrepp ur Wardens teorier. Däremot finns det inga indikationer som pekar på att det större strategiska perspektivet överensstämmer med Wardens större konceptuella idéer..

SammanfattningMedieämnets korta historia som skolämne och dess splittrade karaktär gör att det finns en avsaknad av nedtecknad forskning kring utarbetade arbetssätt och arbetsformer. Detta gör det svårt för lärare och speciellt nya lärare som inte har en bakgrund inom Mediebranschen i utformningen av undervisningen. Förut fanns det mycket tydligare instruktioner i styrdokument riktade till skolan, men i och med nya pedagogiska synsätt är det kanske främst läromedlen som nyblivna lärare kan vända sig till för att få hjälp när det gäller utformandet av undervisning.Denna studie syftar därför till att undersöka vilka arbetssätt och arbetsformer som tar sig uttryck och erbjuds medieämnet i ett läromedel riktat till gymnasiets medieprograms karaktärskurser. I studien har jag kvantitativt studerat sex stycken av tolv böcker som ingår i läromedelsserien ?Medieboken? genom att räkna förekomsten av ord som sedan fått bilda kategorier för olika arbetssätt.

I den försvarsdebatt som förts under 2013 och 2014 har det förekommit tydliga skillnader mellan den politiska och den militära nivån avseende syn på hur Försvarsmakten och de svenska luftstridskrafterna ska utvecklas.Varför finns det då denna skillnad? Eftersom det är en nu pågående process är det svårt att finna svaren då slutresultatet saknas. Istället söker denna uppsats förklaringen genom att jämföra skillnader och likheter i synsätt på luftstridskrafternas utveckling mellan den mili-tära och den politiska ledningen mellan 1948 och 1958, vilket omfattar en hel försvarsbe-slutsperiod. Analysen genomförs genom ett verktyg baserat på John Wardens 5-rings modell, applicerat på de svenska luftstridskrafterna, i syfte att identifiera mätbara variabler som se-dan jämförs utifrån den militära respektive den politiska synen.Undersökningen påvisar såväl skillnader som likheter i synsättet där skillnaderna i huvud-sak omfattar de stödjande delarna som till exempel infrastruktur som inte direkt ger militär effekt i duellsituationen vid ett militärt angrepp.Förklaringen till skillnader och likheter finns sannolikt i den maktkamp som enligt teorin na-turligt uppstår i en byråkratisk organisation som samtidigt ska vägas av mot den inre och den yttre strategin i det här fallet svensk säkerhetspolitik..

This thesis suggest an explanation for is how it is possible to understand that the large arena project in Växjö grew to cost sums of money that initially in the project not would have been an alternative to discuss, how goals changed and how the institutional environment changed the prerequisites of the project. As empirical part of the research, to describe and analyze the project, the municipality?s documentation of the project have been analyzed and semi-structured interviews have been made. Theoretical perspective is taken from the neo-institutionalism in sociology of organizations and change, and theories of the complexity of large projects with major symbolic value and importance. The project starts with the municipality?s investment and cost to be hold back, defined as a necessary condition in order to fulfil an ambitious drive towards new sport arenas.  Eventually the necessary condition was abandoned and the arenas were built with the municipality responsible for the investment, cost and risk in the project.

The aim of this Master?s thesis is to examine how the introducing of municipal library plans has influenced some compulsory schools in Malmö. I wanted to know if the library plan is a possible way to improve the quality of the school library. Through qualitative interviews with four school librarians and four headmasters, I investigate their knowledge of the library plan and their opinion of the possibilities to realize the directions of the plan. The theoretical framework is based on a model of organizational culture by Bakka, Fivelsdal and Lindkvist.

When the Eolshällproject was completed for the first time, a great deal of moisturedamage was discovered. Therefore the structure completion was removed andreinstalled. The project was originally planned to cost a total of 126 million SEK, but thefinal costs landed on 271 million SEK. What caused this failure? Were the designs poor,was the technology used too advanced, or was the project not managed properly?Based on the Eolshällproject, theses will be presented about what may have caused themoisture damage.

Denna studie tar upp betydelsen av arbetet för individen idag i det som brukar kallas för det senmoderna samhället, hur yrkesidentiteten formas samt hur viktig denna är för vem människan är inför sig själv och andra. Det teoretiska och begreppsliga ramverket utgår ifrån ett symboliskt interaktionistiskt perspektiv och innefattar teoretiska begrepp från Erving Goffmans teori om definitionen av situation och den bakre och främre regionen samt Richard Jenkins och John P Hewitts teorier om identitetsskapandet. Även begrepp som reflexivitet och individualisering från Anthony Giddens samt Thomas Scheffs teori om emotionerna skam och skuld tas upp i studien, vilket har hjälpt till och skapat en förståelse av det aktuella ämnet. Med den hermeneutiska metodansatsen som utgångspunkt har vi sökt efter en djupare förståelse av fenomenet. Detta genom intervjuer med tio personer från yrkeslivet som sedan tolkats och till slut visar på att arbetet utgör en stor och central roll i en individs liv samt dess betydelse för identitet/erna i sin helhet.

The first part of this essay is about a single-family house that we have planned and projected. Thesecond part is a deeper study in ways to further insulate windows when they are not in use.In the first part the building?s design and its most important construction elements are described.The planning of all major installations (heating, domestic water, ventilation, sanitation, electricity)are reported so that one can in principle start construction of the house. In addition there arecalculations done on the building?s energy management.The result is a two stored house angled toward the south.

How the running and controlling goes, vary on different municipalities, depending how the organization is constructed and what is being prioritised. There exist laws and directives which the businesses have to follow, but beyond this the organisations are quite free to prioritise and to decide what the best is for the community as a whole unit. The municipality has access to different tools which purpose is to help them running the organization as good as possible, so they can create a well-operated business. This is very important, regarding that the tax money should be spent in an effective way, and be able to do so it is required good and well-functioned system of control.A big change has happened when the instrument BSC (Balanced Scorecard) was introduced in certain municipality. In this essay the focus lies on two municipalities, Vellinge and Kristianstad.

During the recent financial crisis there has been an intense debate regarding small enterprise?s possibilities to borrow money. Statements from interest groups and results from surveys among Swedish non-financial companies indicate that their situation has worsened. Credit worthy enterprises that under normal circumstances would not have any problems getting financing are now facing financial difficulties. In contrast, an economic report from the Bank of Sweden concludes that Sweden does not suffer from a severe credit rationing due to the financial crisis.
