Genom att analysera domstolsmaterialet från rättegången mot fildelningssiten The Pirat Bay, i relation till en idéhistorisk diskussion om äganderätt, har uppsatsen funnit att den liberala tanketraditionen och dess juridiska institutioner står inför en betydelseglidning vad gället begreppsparet ?Egendom? och ?Stöld?. Det har visat sig att Lockes naturtillstånd, varseblivningen av ?det oändliga? på jorden, har skiftat plats; från ?naturen? ut till ?cyberspace?, vilket har resulterat i att fildelningstekniken skapat en ny matematik som omöjliggör tidigare egendomsdefinition..

Larsberg på Lidingö byggdes sent sextiotal i tidstypisk anda. En ny stadsdel anlades med fj orton tiovåningars skivhus, tre lägre lamellhus och ett mindre centrum för service och handel. Området anlades som hus i park, på det viset att man lade bostadshusen i en stor båge kring befi ntlig natur som genomskars med gångvägar och kantades med extensiva gräsytor. De öppnare ytornas solitärträd har med tiden lyckats skapa vacker rumsbildning och som besökare i parken fi nner man en stor kvalitet i den ständiga glänta som skapas mellan vildare natur och det gräsbeklädda landskapet. Tyvärr håller inte övrig miljö samma klass. Mellan husen är funktioner dubbelt inramade av växter och staket.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is about facing responsibilities towards a company?s employees, customers, stakeholders, suppliers and the environment. As customers and consumers came to seek companies that were dealing with CSR a rapid wave of ?forced? implementations of social responsibility began. Fair Travel Tanzania, which has CSR as the foundation of the company, says that they are transparent about what they do and how they give back to the locals, could it be a problem with this? And how do they actually give back to the locals? Is it possible to measure the impact of CSR activities within the company? And if so, how?.

Jag har utgått från en fallstudie. Arbetets syfte har varit att få kunskap om orsaker till det beteende som eleven i fallbeskrivningen uppvisar, samt hur man hanterar och bemöter problemet i en undervisningssituation. Svaren på frågeställningarna har sökts i litteratur av bl.a. Karin Taube och John Holt, och i intervjuer med prakticerande lärare. Resultatet visar att beteendet antagligen kommer sig av att eleven är rädd för att misslyckas och gör sitt bästa för att behålla den självkänsla han fortfarande har kvar.

2004 pa?bo?rjades ett projekt inom Fo?rsvarsmakten, vilket syftade till att ta fram och implementera en gemensam va?rdegrund fo?r hela organisationen. Ansvariga fo?r projektet blev konsultfo?retaget Bikupan AB. Under de 6 a?r som Bikupan var ansvariga fo?r va?rdegrundsarbetet genomfo?rdes en ma?ngd medarbetarunderso?kningar och intervjustudier, i syfte att lyfta fram de va?rderingar och tankar som fanns hos de ansta?llda inom Fo?rsvarsmakten.Denna studie lyfter fram vad som egentligen gjordes under va?rdegrundsarbetet.

This thesis is a queer masculinity reading of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle?s short story collection The Memoirs of Sherlock Holmes (1894). The analysis focuses on the dissonances, tensions and queerness that reside within the text itself. This has been done from my problem statement: How is Sherlock Holmes and John Watson?s sexuality and masculinity portrayed within the boundary of the text? What is being said, what is hidden, and what is dealt with silently? To reveal these queer parts this analysis has been focused around five themes: the late Victorian male, the Woman, countertypes and decadence, the homosocial sphere and sexuality.

The aim for this study where to investigate the frequency of cutting cracks in saw timber harvested in the storm-damaged forests in regions where the storms Hilde and Ivar hit. The idea for this work came from one of the region?s biggest actors, SCA Skog and Jämtlands district. The purpose where to find out how big proportion of the saw timber that contains cutting cracks, their financial cost in lost wood value and also give advice and suggestions on how to work against the frequency of cutting cracks. For the field-study some guidelines where used to make sure that the samples were taken under the same conditions, they were: ? The field-study must be performed under harvesting of storm-felled forest, which are horizontal/inclined trunks. ? The averaged sized tree will make it possible to harvest saw timber. ? The trunks can?t be root cut. A methodology called in Swedish ?Trissmetoden? was used because it is the most frequent used methodology in earlier performed studies and the only one that can be used I field. Under the field-study data were collected from 570 saw timber logs, 30 logs from each one of the tested harvesters.

Many organisations uses this method to collect money and for me the lack of a thorough expressions are consistent. The objective with this project has been to renew these diplomas for Ett Klick för Skogen and in the long run increase the collections and preservation of endangered forests in Sweden.The idea has been to vivify hardwood trees in a new and rather poetic than pedagogic manner.

Penningtvätt är ett ämne som under de senaste åren fått mycket uppmärksamhet. Nya lagar och regleringar med målsättningen att förebygga och bekämpa penningtvätt har införts. För att uppskatta problemets storlek har ett flertal estimat beräknats med hjälp av olika metoder. I denna uppsats har vi valt att fokusera på de metoder som används för att beräkna estimat, då det finns tecken som tyder på att estimaten som beräknas sällan utsätts för kritik.Syftet med uppsatsen har varit att undersöka och jämföra tre av de idag vanligaste metoderna för att beräkna penningtvättens storlek. De vanligaste modellerna är Walkermodellen, Zdanowicz metoder för handelsbaserad penningtvätt och en två-sektor modell vilka har utgjort fokus i denna studie.

Young people?s political influence has been surveyed, studied and discussed several times in Sweden during the last decade. There is a fear among the politicians that the young people are not interested in politics, especially not in party politics. On the other hand there is, among the youngsters a feeling of invisibility, not being seen or heard or for that sake respected. There are a lot of formal possibilities for young people?s political influence, but there are not as many real possibilities or situations to actually practice these possibilities.

Författaren John Ajvide Lindqvist väckte stor uppmärksamhet med debutromanen Låt den rätte komma in, som när den utkom 2004 blev starkt kritikerrosad. As the companies of today are good at protecting themselves against external threats, but are having problems with internal threats, we focused on how information can be protected from ending up in the wrong hands. First and foremost to protect information from employees who might steal it and sell it to another company. Since the security investments needed are connected to the financial costs of implementing them we have tried to create a balance between the investments needed and the cost of implementing them. The different kinds of protection needed are first and foremost protection to make data less accessable, passwords and traceability. While it is hard for us to estimate the amount of money a company lose by the hour when the production stands still, we have not been able to use any of the excising models to calculate the profit of installing countermeasures.
