SammanfattningFörmågan till ständig utveckling och omställning är central när det gäller tillväxt både för företaget och för samhället. Denna kvalitativa studie består av en litteraturöversikt, en enkätundersökning, samt en fallstudie av ett framgångsrikt företag. Syftet med studien är att undersöka hur framgångsrika företag beaktar faktorer, som enligt forskning, har betydelse för framgångsrik rekrytering. Resultaten bygger på svar från enkätundersökningen som genomfördes med tolv framgångsrika företag i Jönköpings län med en omsättning på> 499 miljoner kronor, samt resultat från fallstudien i ett framgångsrikt företaget. Fallstudien omfattar analys av fallföretagets enkätsvar, en djupintervju, samt en dokumentanalys av fallföretagets rekryteringsdokument.

Denna uppsats belyser att det inte är alldeles enkelt alla gånger att komma in på arbetsmarknaden trots hög utbildning. Jag har studerat åtta personer som haft det tufft i sin etableringsprocess, att gå från utbildning till arbetsmarknaden inom det område de utbildat sig. Samtliga intervjuade har en akademisk examen med minst 120 poäng. Metoden som används är kvalitativ forskningsintervju och vid tolkandet av intervjuerna använder jag mig av hermeneutisk ansats. Det jag kommit fram till i min undersökning är att familjesituationen har haft betydelse, kontaktnätverk, ålder och arbetslivserfarenhet.

Local charges may induce people to change their pattern of consumption by influencing investments and acts in certain directions. Some charges could for example give people incentives to use less natural resources. This study investigates four different local charges and whether they benefit an economical management with natural resources or not. This is carried out by investigating whether there is a polarity between local charges that may influence environmental actions or goods, and effective pollution control set to achieve certain nationally determined environmental goals. The study includes two economic perspectives and investigates on the one hand whether local charges counteract governmental subsidies and on the other hand whether the charges vary between the different municipalities since large differences may lead to cost inefficiency.

Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka hur ett antal olika faktorer påverkar arbetskraftsdeltagandet för kvinnor i Sverige från olika etniciteter. För detta har datamaterialet LINDA för år 2005 använts för att skatta probit-modeller.Uppsatsen visar att variablerna antal barn i hushållet, ålder, civilstånd, utbildningsnivå, makes lön och förmögenhet, egen förmögenhet samt antal år i Sverige påverkar arbetskraftsdeltagandet olika beroende på var kvinnorna kommer ifrån. Vi tror dock inte att det enbart är dessa variabler som påverkar engagemanget i arbetskraften. Andra variabler som kunde tänkas vara viktiga så som tillgänglighet på dagisplatser och lediga jobb i närområdet, hade vi tyvärr inte tillgång till..

IKEA is probably one of the most well known Swedish companies in the world. During thepast decades millions of people all across the globe have decorated their homes according tothe style of IKEA. But just exactly how big and influential are they? Many, if not to say all,municipalities in Sweden wants IKEA to establish and build their famous stores in one oftheir towns. But at what cost? When deciding on a municipality to establish in, IKEAnormally tends to have an advantage when it comes to controlling the conditions and terms ofthe establishment.To undertake this dissertation I use a theory based upon the inter-organizational theoriescalled resource dependency theory.

In this qualitative user evaluation, users from the Krami-programme in Borla?nge have been interviewed on what they consider to have been positive changes in their social situation after participating in the programme. The respondents also point out factors in the programme that have supported these changes. The method consisted of interviews with five men who have undergone the Krami programme.The results show that Krami primarily helps the users to get an employment which results in the repeal of criminogenic factors. This plays an important part in the positive change of the users self-esteem, which tends to lead towards ?unlabeling? of the individual as ?criminal?.The study also indicates other factors in the program that the users found helpful in their process of change highlighting the interaction between authorities, the approach of the Krami- staff and also the common rules that the participants has to agree upon.

Denna uppsats handlar om en kvinna och hennes yrkesutövning som den första utbildade barnmorskan i Tornedalen. Hennes namn var Matilda Fogman, hon växte upp i Övertorneå och när socknen ville ha en utbildad barnmorska skickades hon till Stockholm för utbildning. Uppsatsen gestaltar en stark och självständig kvinna som 26 år gammal börjar jobba som barnmorska i en fattig glesbygd utan närhet till läkare. Hennes jobb innebar att hon mötte mycket skrock och vidskepelse som kretsade kring barn och barnafödande. De flesta i Matildas omgivning var analafabeter och okunskapen om barn och barnafödande var stor.

Stump wood is a hot alternative when the heating plants demands more and more forest fuel. The aim with the study has bean to calculate the costs in four different systems for transportations of stump wood, examine if there are any differences in fuel quality for the stump wood in the different systems, analyse if the fuel quality in stump wood is affected with the time it lays by the road side and how much space the stump wood demands on the road side. To calculate the costs for the different systems a system analysis was carried out, where some of the costs were collected through field studies on Holmen Skog stump experiment and other costs were collected from literature and contacts. Data for the fuel quality study was collected from Eons heat plant in Norrköping. Data for the study of how much space stump wood takes along a roadside was collected from field studies.

Migration is a worldwide phenomenon that has occurred for thousands of years in a vast variety of species. The general knowledge of migrating animals is poor even though billions of animals from a range of different groups migrate every year. The human impact on migrating ungulates is high and many populations are declining globally due to direct and indirect causes. Hence it becomes vital to study the migration phase and the habitat and resources selected during migration. The objective with this study was to identify the habitat characteristics and resource selection of moose during migration and compare the selection between different seasons and utilization distribution (relative frequency distribution for the points of location of an animal over a period of time) categories.

Kunskap som en av de viktigaste resurserna är väl uppmärksammad hos organisationer, men vad kunskap är och hur kunskapen sprids är inte lika självklart. För att skapa mer förståelse, intervjuade vi anställda som via sitt jobb har spenderat en viss tid utomlands. Syftet med vår studie är att undersöka dels vilka kunskaper respondenterna fått från vistelsen, dels vilka kanaler de har haft tillgång till efter hemkomsten för att kunna sprida kunskaperna vidare. Studien visar att respondenterna har fått många nya kunskaper och haft tillgång till flera olika kanaler. Det finns hinder som lett till att kanalerna inte använts på bästa möjliga sätt för att sprida kunskaperna vidare till deras kollegor..

Denna rapport redovisar utvecklingen av en elektronisk portfolio som är avsedd att användas av personer verksamma inom eller med inriktning mot IT-branschen, till exempel webbutvecklare. Syftet med e-portfolion är att den skall representera en persons kunskaper och kompetens med hjälp av publicerat material som kan tänkas vara intressant för arbetsgivare. Tanken är att e-portfolion skall fungera som komplement till CV och personligt brev. För utvecklingen av e-portfolion har jag utnyttjat olika designprinciper och riktlinjer. Märkspråket HTML, CSS samt skriptspråken PHP och JavaScript har använts.

The purpose of this study is to investigate teachers 'and students' understanding of why students finish school with incomplete scores and which resources they consider necessary for students to accomplish the goals that are set for the students. Owing to the reuse of pupils and teachers' experiences, this study will highlight significant qualitative aspects of work with students who finish school with incomplete high school grades. Hopefully, will this study be a support and information base in secondary school.The material forming the basis for the report's theoretical assumptions and the basic assumption is based on Lev Vygotsky sociocultural perspective on learning that Olga Dysthe discuss and develop further in his book, Dialog, samspel och lärande.  The present work is based on qualitative research method. I selected this research method because I am interested in getting an understanding of the importance and significance of this research The study applied a qualitative interview format.As a result of the investigation as it has appeared that students difficulties to achieve the goals,depends on several factors, mostly on the student's socio-economic and psychosocial situation they live in. The life situation of the students determines the learning and knowledge process and how they reach their goals.
