Energieffektiva värmesystem : Lösningen till att nå energimålen i byggbranschen?
Sweden has an environmental goal to achieve until the year 2020. To achieve this goal the construction business has to take an initiative to use the modern techniques that are available to lower the energy consumption I buildings. There?s also a debate going on today regarding the energy demands set by the Swedish government through Boverket, some communities throughout Sweden thinks that the demands are to low and have therefore set up own demands regarding energy in buildings.The possibility to construct energy-saving buildings is today very great, with energy-efficient heating-systems and dense climate envelope. The interest to raise energy-efficient buildings have also increased as a consequence that the population have become more aware about their impact on the environment.
Generation Y i arbetslivet - Vilja till framgång eller rädsla för misslyckande : En kvalitativ studie om vad som får unga arbetstagare att göra ett bra jobb samt hur chefer arbetar för att få de unga arbetstagarna att göra ett bra jobb.
Arbetstagare tillhörande Generation Y tillskrivs ofta olika typer av egenskaper och beteenden, både i media och av forskare inom området. De sägs vara egoistiska, kravställare, frågvisa, individualister och illojala. Syftet med den här studien är att belysa det som driver arbetstagare tillhörande Generation Y att göra ett bra jobb, samt hur cheferna arbetar för att få de unga arbetstagarna att göra ett bra jobb.Studien bygger på sexton semistrukturerade intervjuer och det är därför en helt kvalitativ studie. Författarnas förhoppning var att respondenterna genom intervjuerna skulle kunna reflektera, argumentera och resonera fritt kring de olika frågeställningarna och där resultatet av det kunde bidra till att skapa ny kunskap och förståelse kring det undersökta området.Resultatet i studien visar på att unga arbetstagare tillhörande Generation Y drivs av ett antal olika faktorer för att göra ett bra jobb. För att de skulle kunna göra ett bra jobb, blev det i resultatet tydligt att de hade höga förväntningar på sin chef och arbetsgivare.

The purpose of this study is to find out how housebuilding meets the demands of availability for people with some sort of disability. The rules and demands of availability are stated in Boverkets byggregler, BBR and the Swedish standard, SS 91 42 21:2006 (publ.5). The projects in this study are compared to the rules and demands of BBR and SS 91 42 21:2006 (publ.5). Den representativa demokratin och kompetenskraven : En studie av kompetensnivå och kompetenskrav på kommunpolitiker
The local politicians in Sweden are responsible for a great deal of the welfare system why one would assume that there are a lot of demands put on them - demands for certain skills or a certain level of competence. I have in this study tried to find out how the demands on the local representatives concerning the demands for competence and the actual level of competence among the politicians are affecting the local politics. This was done through investigating how the local politicians are perceiving their level of competence and the demands put on them, but also how the employees are perceiving the demands and the level of competence put on the politicians. The study was made in the municipality of Gislaved in Southern Sweden. I was using both quantitative method (an opinion poll among the politicians and employees in the municipality) and qualitative method (interviews with three politicians and three employees and literature studies).In order to investigate the demands for competence I split the concept into ?soft? competence (socially and emotionally based skills), and ?hard? competence (skills based on knowledge, education and experience).

The field of work and employment is constantly undergoing changes. In order to help organizations to adjust to new conditions, different models for organizing have been developed. Many of these models are spread worldwide, due to the need for organizations to meet demands of flexibility and efficiency. In this study, a small number of models, which contains solutions of how to organize work in Human Resources, have been selected. The author and scientist Dave Ulrich, who has had a large influence on the development of the work in Human Resources, originally founded these models.The aim of this study was to examine how these models were functioning, in reference to the different departments of Human Resources labor within the township of Uppsala.
Jobbcoachers inverkan på motivationen hos arbetssökande
Studien syftade till att undersöka om det fanns en skillnad i upplevd motivation mellanarbetssökande som hade en intern eller extern jobbcoach. Samt om ålder hade någon betydelse och ifall motivationsförändringen gav resultat genom fler sökta jobb. 42 arbetssökande svarade på en enkät med 28 frågor om motivation och jobbcoaching. Resultatet visade ingen skillnad i motivation mellan arbetssökande oavsett om de hade intern eller extern jobbcoach. Däremot blev äldre mer motiverade än yngre.

That in turn means more packages, more transports, more storage space and more staff. On the basis of a specification of demands ? which take quality and environmental influence, as well as transport, handling and economy in account ? we have developed suggestions on new packages that will facilitate handling and lower the total costs, The time of handling will in some cases abbreviate to just a few seconds with the new packages.

The purpose of this Master?s thesis is to examine the information needs of reporters at a Swedish daily newspaper, and see if they are met by the information resources provided by the newspaper. It examines if there are resources which are not used and why. The examination is based on Henczel?s model for information auditing.

The purpose of this study was to examine what participants in the third phase (fas 3) of the Swedish unemployment program, Jobb- och utvecklingsgarantin, think about their situation, what they think about the program and if they feel stigmatized due to their unemployment. The data for the study was collected at one of the organizers of the program, which provides an introduction program for the participants. A qualitative method was used and the data was collected through six semi-structured interviews. The results were analyzed using Antonovskys theory of Sense of Coherence (SOC). The conclusions of the study were that the participants felt support from the staff at the organizer.

The study shows that when the demands are the result of institutional pressure rather than an ambition to generate learning and control, the demands tend to be unrealistic and the NGOs therefore decouple the formal fulfilment of the demands from the actual activities. It is argued that a partnership, which incorporates trust and dialogue, is a prerequisite, not only for learning, but also control.

?Jag vill bara ha ett jobb? : En kvalitativ studie om arbetslösa ungdomars upplevelser av sina möjligheter på arbetsmarknaden
I denna studie var syftet att utifrån ett aktörsperspektiv undersöka vad arbetslösa ungdomar inskrivna i Jobb- och utvecklingsgarantin upplever har betydelse för sina möjligheter på arbetsmarknaden. Syftet omfattade vidare att genom analys försöka skapa en förståelse för ungdomarnas upplevelser. Kvalitativa intervjuer genomfördes med sju stycken ungdomar inskrivnai Jobb- och utvecklingsgarantin i Sollefteå kommun. Resultatet visade på att samtliga ungdomar ville ha ett arbete eller en högre sysselsättningsgrad än de för stunden har. Arbetet var centralt församtliga, men orsaken till detta varierade.

We are currently in the midst of the current information revolution and it is increasinglyimportant to allocate and utilize the resources spent on IT. To accomplish this, one solutioncould be to work together with IT. For municipalities, this can be a complicated process whenyou are dependent on the resources that are given and subject to laws regarding procurement,this places great demands on the Swedish municipalities.One solution could be to work collaboratively with IT across municipal borders, this studyexamines the advantages and disadvantages of this. The study was conducted using interviewand survey of various municipalities in the Gothenburg region. The study shows that there isjoint work across municipal boundaries but that communication sometimes fails, this provesamong other things that some communities feel they have a partnership with a municipality,while the other sees that they have no partnership.With the results from the study are discussed and problematized the current conditions thatexist between the municipalities today, and how they could change.
Psykisk ohälsa hos barn : Hemmets resurser i förebyggande syfte
During the later part of the 20th century the amount of children and adolescents in Sweden who reported psychosomatic illness have greatly increased. The main reason is estimated to relate to weak resources in school and school healthcare. Increased resources do not always have to encompass investments for school and school healthcare. Other resources play an important part as well. A child?s domestic situation serves as one of those resources where fundamental knowledge and values are set.
Förberedelse för internationella studier, praktik och jobb i gymnasieskolan : En studie av hur elever ser på förekomsten av information om möjligheter till internationella utbyten
Syftet med denna studie har varit att undersöka hur väl informerade och förberedda svenska gymnasieelever blir när det gäller internationella studier, jobb eller praktik. Resultatet visar att 85 procent av de elever som svarat på enkäten inte anser att de får tillräcklig information när det gäller utlandsstudier, jobb eller praktik. Detta kan sättas i perspektiv till att 79 procent av eleverna själva är intresserade av internationell erfarenhet. Alltså finns det ett behov av information som inte är tillfredsställt..
