In the current situation in the housing market and in particular the inner city much attention is directed towards achieved prices per square meter in sales. The indicator is as a principle an appropriate measure of the housing market?s health and development, and can to some extent be used to make approximations of the general economic health status of municipalities and counties. It occurs occasionally that questions about whether prices are based on fundamentals at all times.The thesis questions that very issue, not from a macro accompanying financial perspective but rather from a microeconomic perspective, where each tenant ownership in the study is a micro-object. Are the observed prices per square meter rational relative to housing cooperative?s assets or is there a lack in the observed prices anchoring the respective association's finances.

Examensarbetet har utförts på Skatteverkets kontor i Visby. Eftersom Skatteverket arbetar med ett befintligt projekt som medför en kommande förändring på filformatet från flatfil till XML-fil så fanns en oro över att det nya formatet skulle medföra prestandaproblem. Därför ville Skatteverket göra en utvärdering på inläsningen från filformaten till en databas med fokus på prestanda men även andra kvalitetskriterier.Målet med examensarbetet var att jämföra inläsningen av de olika filformaten där systemet skulle klara av hundratals till hundratusentals kontrolluppgifter för att sedan sammanställa resultatet av jämförelsen i en rapport.För att arbetet skulle kunna utföras så behövdes en lokal utvecklings- och testmiljö installeras. Testdata behövde även tas fram för att kunna utföra utvärderingen.Slutsatsen blev inte helt oväntat att flatfilsformatet är snabbare att läsa av än XML-formatet. Detta grundar sig i att XML-formatet innehåller betydligt fler tecken än flatfilsformatet.

The purpose of this study was to examine how commitment to a cause on a local basis had developed in four smaller groups during one decade. In 1996 I interviewed representatives in Åsele, Borrby, Hasslarp and Tving about their commitment and citizen initiative. Now, ten years later, I followed it up by interviewing them again. I wanted to know if the groups/associations still existed, if they had achieved their goals as they where pronounced ten years ago and how a strong commitment on a local basis can develop during ten years. Which phenomena decide whether the group develop or phase out? I use the term citizen commitment instead of citizen initiative to stress the fact that it is no longer an initiative but an on-going commitment.

Denna rapport riktar sig mot utvecklare och teknisk kunniga personer. Arbetet är avsett att ge insikt i smartTV världen och även dela med sig av de erfarenheter vi har fått lära oss. Vi fick i uppdrag från Eniro att skapa en smartTV applikation som använde sig av deras tjäns-ter, utmaningen var stor och området okänt. Vi använde oss utav agila metoder för att ut-veckla smartTV applikationen. Det var två av oss som par programmerade och ledde pro-jektet.

Datormobiler (smartphones) har blivit ett populärt fenomen bland mobilanvändare. Det har dykt upp ett flertal stora aktörer på marknaden och i takt med att fler smartphones har utvecklats har också intresset för applikationsutveckling blivit större. En av dessa aktörer är Apple som idag har en betydande marknadsandel efter lanseringen av iPhone. Dock har Google tillsammans med Open Handset Alliance blivit en betydande konkurrent med deras mobila plattform Android.Syftet med denna uppsats är att göra en jämförande studie av applikationsutveckling för dessa plattformar. I detta ingår att undersöka plattformarnas programmeringsspråk med tillhörande aspekter, utvecklingsmiljöer, krav på utvecklaren och de ekonomiska aspekter som hör till utveckling och publicering.

This essay focus on the social media Twitter and how three Swedish PR practitioners view and use communication strategies for this social media. Twitter was created 2006 and is kind of a new channel in the digital world. The micro blog has over these few years attracted 175 million users across the world. In Sweden there is 91 000 registered users and according to a survey, 11 000 of them are active by tweeting once a day.Twitter is highly current and all kinds of people are using the social media, for example, artists, companies and individuals. Twitter is with its highly number of users building a new market for organizations to find their stakeholders.

The main objective of this essay is to examine how the identities of young people are influenced by their choice of an individual sport or a team sport.The following questions are the focus of the essay:? How does the sport influence the creation of an identity for active young people?? How will the choice of an individual sport or a team sport affect the development of an identity in young people who practises sport?To achieve the objective of this essay I have used a qualitative research approach. The empirical material has been collected with help of eight semi-structured interviews. Four of them were held with young people who practised swimming and the other four with young people who played soccer. The essay is structured from Derek Layders model regarding how to understand the social reality.

 Bakgrund: Sedan 1988 har alla svenska aktiebolag oavsett storlek varit tvungna att ha en kvalificerad revisor som granskar företagets räkenskaper. Idag är Sverige ett av två länder i EU som fortfarande har kvar revisionsplikten för små företag. Inom EU finns bestämmelser som medger medlemsländerna att undanta små företag från revisionsplikt. Utifrån undantagsbestämmelserna har en utredning gjorts i Sverige och ett lagförslag har lagts fram som innebär att 96,5 procent av alla företag i Sverige kan välja om de vill bli reviderade eller inte. Revisionspliktens vara eller inte vara har diskuterats flitigt i Sverige och studier har gjorts avseende vilken relation företagen har med revisorn, vilken nyttan är med revisionen och vilka faktorer som spelar in vid frivillig revision.

Röntgen, datortomografi, magnetresonanstomografi och scintigrafi kan ge bra information men metoderna är relativt dyra, inte alltid tillgängliga, innebär en del säkerhetsrisker och kräver erfarna tolkare. Ultraljud är en mobil metod som anses ofarlig men dagens teknik är inte så användbar för att undersöka skelett. Inom industrin har nya ultraljudsmetoder utvecklats som tar hänsyn till olinjära egenskaper hos ljudvågorna.

Furthermore, recently developed storage technologies make it possible to balance energy demand with stored energy and integrate district heating with the local power grid. This means that in the future heat and electric power will interact and energy flows is converted over energy boundaries.

I dagens informationssamhälle pågår en växande trend av molnbaserade tjänster. Vid implementering av molnbaserade tjänster används metoden Virtualisering. Denna metod minskar behovet av antal fysiska datorsystem i ett datacenter. Vilket har en positiv miljöpåverkan eftersom energikonsumtionen minskar när hårdvaruresurser kan utnyttjas till sin fulla kapacitet. Molnbaserade tjänster skapar samhällsnytta då nya aktörer utan teknisk bakgrundskunskap snabbt kan komma igång med verksamhetsberoende tjänster.

A Swedish electronics company wants to make the cooling of one of their electronic components more efficient. They propose that a retrofit liquid cooler is the way to achieve this goal. The current air cooling has high energy cost due to the high amount of power needed to power fans and heat exchangers. Using high volumes of air for cooling also leads to noise pollution. The conversion from air to liquid cooling would possibly make the operation of the electronics more cost efficient and less noisy.The purpose of this project is to theoretically evaluate different concepts of drawing the heat generated by the electronic component in to a fluid, using numerical calculations in Matlab and FEM simulations in ANSYS.

Thesis purpose: The purpose of this master thesis is to investigate the expectations of roles between supplier sales representatives and retailer store personnel in relation to in-store campaigns, this in order to enhance effectiveness of these functions creating an increase in consumer response. Methodology: The researchers believe that social phenomenon and their meanings are continually being accomplished by social actors, hence a study of individuals? expectations must have a point of departure in these people?s social reality. Store personnel and supplier sales representatives are to a certain degree affected by the structural power relationships within the organizational network, thus the researchers combine an interpretative and radical structuralist paradigm. Theoretical perspective: The researchers investigate expectations of roles through examining interaction between parties involved.
