In the project, my ambition was to make a stage design for theater withteenagers as target group. I have worked with the musical theater groupTheater ACTA in Gothenburg and independently from scripts, interpretedand shaped an outline for the basis of the set design of the play?s differentelements. The play, If this was a feel-good movie, is written by Elin Frostand Anna Lundholm, two members of Theater ACTA. The story is aboutthree people in their twenties with different relationships to each other andone week that would change their lives.

Today, the requirements on doors and door sections in buildings are often many andtightly restricted. Especially in public buildings, the requirements for safety andfunctionality must cover the needs of larger groups of people. These strictrequirements have often led to doors and door sections in public buildings being verycomplex and difficult to correctly install without any complications.This diploma work has been carried out in cooperation with Werket Architects,which estimates a high percentage of flaws regarding aforementioned components, inprojects of the type described. The company therefore wanted to investigate howthey could develop their remit in door production, which is the projection and designof blueprints. By taking part of installers opinions on how they want the blueprints ofdoors and door - sections to be designed for the best installation possibilities,develop¬ment areas, and to some extent improvements regarding the company's useof accounting techniques, could be provided to the company.The study shows, among other things, that there is a possibility of development in thefunctional descriptions that entail the doors' fitting components.

Kvantitativundersökningsmetod tillämpas i form av en kundenkät.Teorier: Uppsatsen använder följande teorier: Grundläggandekommunikationsteori, Involveringsteorin, Totalkommunikation,Värdestjärnan.Empiri: Empirin består uteslutande av primärdata från kundenkäten.Resultat: Resultatet visar att kunderna inte tycker att bank- ochtelekombranschens flytt ut på internet inte har försämrat möjlighetenför utbyte med företagen.Slutsats: De företag som lyckas skapa värde tillsammans med sina kunder viainternet, och som erbjuder en hög grad av interaktion i de nyakommunikationskanaler som skapas på internet, är de företag somkommer att nå långsiktig överlevnad..

Hyperthyroidism and chronic kidney failure (CKD) are common diseases in older cats. It can be difficult to evaluate kidney function in cats suffering from both conditions simultaneously. In the daily clinic serum creatinine is the analysis of choice when evaluating kidney function and secondary glomerular filtration rate (GFR). This marker does not, however, detect kidney damage until about 75 % of the function is lost. There are several other techniques available when investigating GFR but none are readily available for the small clinic.

Background: Homelessness is increasing, and health care is still difficult for many homeless people to achieve. If they get sick, it is both technically challenging to get a clinic they can go to, but also an economic problem because most of the homeless have no gainful employment. Egenvård är en hälso- och sjukvårdsåtgärd som legitimerad yrkesutövare har bedömt att personen kan utöva själv eller med hjälp av någon annan. Sjuksköterskors nyckelroll är att främja och optimera följsamhet av egenvård. Patientdelaktighet leder till att målen med vård och behandling uppfylls bättre.Syfte: Syftet med denna studie var att belysa distriktssköterskors erfarenheter av att främja egenvård hos patienter med venösa bensår.Metod: Data analyserades genom kvalitativ innehållsanalys med en induktiv ansats.

The cost of forwarding corresponds to about one tenth of the forestry industries raw material cost. This gives a motive to do good follow-ups to get a good overview of the forwarding distance and, thus, enable improvements. Follow-ups are also justified by the possibility to make more accurate calculations of the harvesting costs, if better estimations of forwarding distance are achieved. Today (2009) Stora Enso has GPS and vehicle-computers in most of their forwarders. These are used mainly for the forwarder to follow the tracks of the harvester and for the planning leader to see how the forwarder has been driving within the stand.

För attkunna överleva måste de svenska transportföretagen skapa mervärde åt sina kunder.Problemformulering: Vilka faktorer är viktiga vid utformning av tilläggstjänster för att svenskatransportföretag ska nå långsiktig överlevnad?Syfte: Syftet med detta arbete är att analysera och utvärdera transportköpande företags behov avtilläggstjänster.Metod: Uppsatsen har ett hermeneutiskt synsätt. Författarna använder sig av en kombination avkvalitativa och kvantitativa undersökningsmetoder för att generera en djupare förståelse ochmöjlighet att dra vissa slutsatser. Forskningsansatsen är deduktiv.Teorier: De teorier som används i uppsatsen är: Mervärdesteorin, Involveringsteorin, Nätverkssynsättet.Empiri: Empirin består av primärdata inhämtad via intervjuer och enkäter med representanter fråntransportköpande företag.Resultat/Analys: Vi har kommit fram till att majoriteten av de tillfrågade företagen i dennaundersökning har önskemål om att få ta del av transportföretagens tilläggstjänster och att eventuellti samråd med dessa även utveckla nya.Slutsats: Transportköpande företag är i hög utsträckning höginvolverade i transporter.

The retail banks are usually looked upon as conservative. Since the launch of internet banks in the 90's they have not developed much. Meanwhile the internet is developing in a fast pace and social websites are increasing in popularity. The purpose of this essay was to investigate how internet banking will develop in the near future based on interviews, literature and trend studies. With web 2.0 techniques the internet bank could develop to help the costumers take more informed decisions regarding their economic situation.

AbstractAs a developer of database-driven applications you will be faced with difficult choices, when it comes to choosing database, server and programming language. For the result to be satisfactory it requires the different techniques to interact well with each other and also fulfill performance expectations. This is even more important when the application is deployed to the cloud and the response time plays a major role.This paper evaluates different databases and their performance. To test the databases there was an application made in the server script language PHP or Hypertext Preprocessor and it was deployed to Windows Azure cloud platform. The test applications task is to call and load databases by controlled requests which creates, reads, updates and deletes data in an relatively large extent.The results shows that locale databases or databases in the same data center as the server generates the fastest response.

Methods: A total of 14 people volunteered to participate in the study, six of which completed the study.
