Syfte: Att undersöka hur det balanserade styrkortet fungerar som styrinstrument på några kliniker inom sjukvården.Metod: Studien tillämpar en kvalitativ undersökningsmetod.Teoretiskt perspektiv: Det teoretiska perspektivet utgörs av Kaplan och Nortons grundmodell och Aidemarks modell av det balanserade styrkortet.Empiri: Det empiriska materialet består av information som samlats in genom intervjuer med personer i ledande ställning vid ett av sjukhusen inom Region Skåne.Slutsatser: Det undersökta sjukhuset valdes på grund av att man där påstod sig ha infört det balanserade styrkortet (BSC) på flera avdelningar. Njurmedicinska enheten valdes efter förfrågan och Ögonmottagen valdes ut av ekonomichefen. Det visade sig emellertid att BSC inte i praktiken har blivit infört på Njurmedicinska enheten eller Ögonmottagningen på det sätt som sjukhusledningen var övertygad om..

The purpose of our study is to provide a deeper understanding of the organization at alive concert. We want to identify and bring together different agents implicit knowledge and make it explicit. We contribute to the theoretical discussion by examining how liveconcerts are organized and why, what goals there are to participate in the organizationof the concerts as well as how the organization manage and control towards these goals.Our study is based on 15 interviews with different agents Involved in the creation of liveconcerts. The study has shown that the organization of live concerts is similar to atemporary, imaginary organization because there is a temporary and implicit structure.Relationships are created by the agents? cooperation and customer relations with thesubcontractors.

The aims of the thesis are to describe ways to obtain information needed for teaching andlearning practical and artistic subjects at a folk high school, to look into which part the library plays in this search for information, and finally, to see what the library can do to meet the information needs existing arnong teachers and students of arts and craft.Qualitative interviews were made with four teachers, seven students and one librarian atone folk high school, providing data for the thesis. Citizenship information is defined as the information the citizen needs to be able to take part in and influence the society. Since it is a democratic issue that information concerning the citizens role in society really reaches the citizens, it is of importance to study how the citizens proceed when they have a need for this information. The aim of this Masters thesis is to investigate how our eight informers proceed when they experience this need in a non-work situation. We performed qualitative interviews. The most important part of our interviews was the introduction of some fictitious problems to the informants.

Destination branding is becoming increasingly acknowledged by regions working with tourism. Underlying is the fragmented web of actors in the supply chain of which the tourism product consists of. The main purpose of our thesis was, from a management perspective, to gain an understanding and describing how a network and the actors within it can build a consistent brand. We therefore chose to make a case study research on The Kingdom of Chrystal, or Glasriket, which is one of the most famous tourist destinations in Sweden. Our research is based on theoretical and empirical data.

The project Easy Battery Handling - EBH has been carried out in our auspicial and completedfor Devantini Corporation, a development company in Halmstad with its main concern inenvironmental friendly innovations.EBH has solved one of many technical challenges in one of Devantini corporation?s largerprojects. This main project involves the development of an electric powered formula racingcar. The part of this car that Involved EBH was the battery handling to guarantee safe andquick battery exchanges during pit-stops.The solution became an entire battery module, hanging on the side of the car on two spearspointing out from the car.
