Ett bra introduktionsprogram är grundläggande för en lång framgångsrik karriär och gör det lättare för den nyexaminerade att lära sig, då övergången från studier till att börja arbeta som en legitimerad röntgensjuksköterska kan vara en stressig period.Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka nyexaminerade röntgensjuksköterskors upplevelse av introduktionen på en ny arbetsplats. Data samlades in till denna studie genom att intervjua nio röntgensjuksköterskor som tagit examen sommaren 2014. Dessa röntgensjuksköterskor arbetar på röntgenkliniker i mellan- och södra Sverige.All insamlad data analyserades med hjälp av innehållsanalys och det resulterade i tre kategorier: Introduktionsprogrammet, Handledarnas kunskap och egenskaper och Sociala relationers betydelse och påverkan.De nyexaminerade röntgensjuksköterskorna upplevde att introduktionen var tillräcklig och bra. Det fanns vissa delar som var mindre bra, till exempel att de blev räknade som en av den ordinarie personalen medan de hade introduktion. Alla informanter ansåg att det blir bäst ifall de har en specifik handledare i början av introduktionen, då det lätt kan bli förvirrande med flera handledare..

Introduction: Anxiety and depression are common among patients enrolled in psychiatric outpatient care. Ear Acupuncture is an alternative form of treatment that has been shown to relieve anxiety and depression in previous studies.Aim: To evaluate ear acupuncture as a group treatment for depression and anxietyMethod: A psychiatric outpatient clinic has been offering group treatments with ear acupuncture for anxiety and depression for 5 weeks. Participants of the study have answered self-rating scales Montgomery Åsberg Depression Rating Scale, Beck Anxiety Inventory and Sheehan Disability scale before and after the treatment period. Material was collected in the period 2008-2012 and has been analyzed in SPSS.Results: Data from 31 patients were included in the study. The results from the study showed a significant difference, between the measurements before and after treatment, with a reduction of the average values in the three different scales.Summary: From this study, it is difficult to draw any conclusions about the effect of ear acupuncture.

Background: Mental illness is a growing public health problem which can cause significant disabilities and lead to poor quality of life. As primary care nurses often are the first to encounter these patients they need knowledge to be able to respond appropriately to this group.Aim: The aim was to describe how the sufferer of mental illness experiences the Introduction to primary care. Method: The literature review was based on the results of 11 scientific articles which were analyzed with the inspiration of a metasynthesis method.Results: Four categories emerged: the experience of being treated like a human being, the importance of a therapeutic space, the experience of time and availability as well as the importance of competent personnel and the importance of continuity. Patients described different aspects deemed important when encountering nursing staff. Conclusion: Patients experienced that they received good care when they felt listened to and seen as individuals with their own thoughts and feelings.

The digitization in the Swedish health care sector is rapidly growing. This study investigates whether the digitalization in health care has led to higher quality and an increased value for patients. Interviews with staff in various health care professional categories were conducted to qualitatively study how the implementation of digitization is perceived in practice by those directly involved. Furthermore, an observation was made, where a doctor was followed duringa workday to study the different digitalization software tools that are being used. Previous studies and other relevant literature accompanied the study of digitalization in health care. Organizational theories were compared with the practical organization management at the studied health care organization, as well as their dependence on other authorities and companies.

Biological pest management is defined as control of pests using their natural enemies. This method has been used in Sweden since the 1970´s and it has been developed ever since. Biological pest management is today relatively common among commercial growers but there are good possibilities to apply this method in the home gardens as well. The aim with this thesis is to compile a report from both the companies that are marketing the products and the home gardener´s point of view. This should give a better understanding of the market and how it could be improved. We will give examples of products that represent the different kinds of organisms that are being used in biological pest management. The legislations regarding registration of organisms are still a matter of discussion and are causing problems to producers, distributors and the market in general. This masters thesis consists of a translation of acts I-IV from Dion Boucicault?s play London Assurance, a theoretical comment on the translation and a comparative study of asides. It is divided into four parts: an Introduction, presenting the work and my translation strategy, as well as a short stylistic analysis; source text and translation; a theoretical comment, mainly based on theories from the field of Translation Studies, but also theories on lingustics and literature; and a comparative study of the use of asides as a theatrical convention in English and Swedish drama.The main focus of my translation strategy is to keep or adapt features that give the audience a sense of the cultural context where the play takes place, as well as the time ? fashionable society in early Victorian England, while providing a text that is performable and speakable for the actors, and which preserves the humor present in the source text. .

Introduction:During a crisis in the society, the communication from the responsible authorities is of big importance. This study shows how the authorities worked with their crisis communication towards the general public during the waterleak in Kalmar in december, 2010.Purpose:The purpose of this study is to investigate how the responsible authorities in Kalmar worked with their crisis communication during the waterleak and also how the general public perceived the crisis communication.Methodology:The study is based on a combination of a qualitative and a quantitative methodology. We begin to work with qualitative interviews with the responsible authorities to get information about the actual event and their work with the crisis communication towards the general public through the mass media. Then we investigate how the general public in Kalmar perceived the crisis communication from the responsible authorities and compare these two results.Conclusion:The study shows that there were several problems, both internally and externally, with the crisis communication from the responsible authorities during the waterleak. Although some people were dissatisified with the responsible authorities crisis communication, the majority were pleased and very satisfied with the information they got from the responsible authorities during the waterleak..
