Introduktion: Operationssjuksköterskans roll har under årens lopp förändras i takt med vetenskapliga framsteg inom kirurgin. Operationssjuksköterskan har i olika utsträckningar fått ett större ansvar inom perioperativa omvårdnanden som inkludera pre-, intra- och postoperativt.Syfte: Syftet med denna studie var att beskriva operationssjuksköterskans uppfattning av ansvaret i den perioperativa omvårdnaden.Metod: Sex intervjuer genomfördes med operationssjuksköterskor vid ett sjukhus i Norrland. Insamlad data analyserades med hjälp av kvalitativ innehållsanalys.Resultat: I textanalysen identifierades fyra kategorier: Kontinuerligt utvärderande av det egna arbetet, Kompetens ger större ansvar, Upplever att en ökad patientkontakt skulle förbättra vården och deras kompetens och Operationssjuksköterskan har en egen uppfattning om hur hennes ansvar att följa riktlinjer och rutiner ser ut.Diskussion: Operationssjuksköterskorna upplevde att nya rutiner utvecklades då fel uppdagas. De beskrev ett mångsidigt arbete som var mer än bara instrumentering, och en ökad patientkontakt uppgavs kunna bidra till att vinna kunskap, både tekniskt och omvårdnadsmässigt. Hur ny information och nya riktlinjer och rutiner användes var i viss grad beroende av operationssjuksköterskan som individ.

Detta arbete går ut på att jag, i ett antal improvisationer, undersöker möjligheten att spela utan att tänka på, reflektera över eller värdera det jag spelar. De frågor och funderingar jag kommer att utgå ifrån är: * Kan jag spela utan att reflektera över detta jag spelar?* Kan jag spela utan att värdera det jag spelar? * Hur påverkar dessa försök och förhållningssätt mitt musicerande i olika spelsituationer? Dessa frågor försöker jag besvara genom att med olika ramar och utgångspunkter göra undersökningar genom att improvisera och samtidigt dokumentera detta. Efter varje improvisation noterar jag hur jag upplevde situationen och jämför sedan detta med hur det lät och såg ut. Syftet med uppsatsen är att studera hur risker kan minimeras vid outsourcing inom klinisk prövning i ett mindre biotekniskt företag. Studien bygger på en kvalitativ fallstudie, vilken huvudsakligen är baserad på intervjuer med nyckelpersoner inom fallföretaget Active Biotech. Genom denna studie har vi kommit fram till att de mest kritiska riskerna vid outsourcing inom klinisk prövning kan härledas till förlust av kompetens eller förlorad kontroll över leverantören. This essay focus on the social media Twitter and how three Swedish PR practitioners view and use communication strategies for this social media. Twitter was created 2006 and is kind of a new channel in the digital world. The micro blog has over these few years attracted 175 million users across the world. In Sweden there is 91 000 registered users and according to a survey, 11 000 of them are active by tweeting once a day.Twitter is highly current and all kinds of people are using the social media, for example, artists, companies and individuals. Twitter is with its highly number of users building a new market for organizations to find their stakeholders.

During an investigation of animal welfare in animal production, the focus has for a long time been focused on the absence of stress, suffering and injuries, and positive emotions have not been prioritized. However, in recent years that has been drastically changed. The public interest have increased for buying animal products from animals that have had a decent life, which have led to that play, exploratory behavior and other positive behaviours has come to play a significant role in welfare assessment. The welfare of cattle is difficult to assess since there is currently no ancestors to study, it is thus difficult to determine which behaviors can be regarded as natural and thus positively related, acordingly the welfare of cattle have been forgotten and research on positive emotions of cattle have not been prioritized. The aim of this study was to observe which behavior growing cattle performe, and if there was any differences of which kind of behavior that was observed, if the cattle is keept on slatted floor or on a deep straw bedding. Furthermore, antoher purpose was to investigate if the observed behaviours indicate a positive, negative or natural welfare, and if it is possible to use the observed behaviours in a welfare assessment.

The health care organisation is built upon a hierarchical and gender segregated structure. The purpose of this study is to investigate and describe interprofessional relations between nurses and doctors within this context and to examine which factors may affect this relationship. The theoretical framework for the study is Yvonne Hirdman's feminist discussion on gender issues. The method consists of a literature review and includes eight scientific articles and one PhD thesis. The results show that the relationship between nurses and doctors is affected by several factors, among them power, gender and communication.

Detta examensarbete har utförts hos Dirac Research AB i Uppsala. Dirac Research är en världsledande programvaruspecialist inom ljudoptimering, rumskorrigering och ljudfältssyntes.Dirac har nu velat utreda hur man på bästa sätt kan använda deras programvara Dirac Live för att förbättra ljudet hos hörlurar. I examensarbetet ingick en teoretisk del om örat, hörlurar, mätmetoder och hur en frekvenskurva bör se ut. Det ingick också att mäta impulssvaret för några olika hörlurar. Impulssvaret användes sedan till att förbättra ljudet hos hörlurarna genom att designa digitala filter som användes genom programvaran Dirac Live.

The purpose of this essay is to illustrate how and why teachers in New Zealand use portfoliosas a part of their teaching. The purpose is also to investigate if, and in that case how, a sociocultural perspective on learning can be shown through the work with portfolios. Toinvestigate this we have made a case study in New Zealand where we interviewed sixteachers. The result of the investigation shows that our teachers use portfolios in both asummative and a formative way. In a summative way to gather what the children have done inschool, and in a formative way to help the students to assess what they have done, how theyhave done it and what they are going to do next.

With the introduction of the Swedish Code for Corporate Governance in December 2004, most companies listed on the major Swedish stock exchanges were required to have a nomination committee responsible for, among other things, evaluating the incumbent board and nominating new candidates. This master thesis aims at analyzing the effects of these nomination committees on institutional investors in their corporate governance, through a qualitative study of 13 interviews. We have found that institutional investors have become more active through their participation in nomination committees and that they have gained more influence over the companies in which they own shares. We believe that in reality nomination committees have more influence over the selection of the board than was intended when the Swedish Code was written..

According to the basic values of the Swedish Trotting Association the horse and its welfare should always be held in highest consideration. One part of the animal welfare work in the organization is to ensure good horse management practices by controlling all active trainers through the local licensing committees situated at the Swedish racetracks. With the advent of social media and web 2.0 a company can no longer opt out of the online discourse regarding their company. As social medias are characterized by being an active media, tailored to personal exchanges and opinions, the match with the high involvement approach that banks usually have to employ is not always ideal.
