The main objective in this study is to examine the pupil?s possibility to affect the upper secondary schools in Stockholm, Sweden. I was once active in the pupil?s council and experienced some hardships, feeling a great dissatisfaction among teachers and principals against pupil?s suggestions and chances to affect their school environment. Thus I wanted to do a contemporary study of where schools in Stockholm stand today within this issue.

The objective of this study is to investigate a new pedagogical material called 4DFrame, how it is experienced by informants and how suitable it is in education - in particular mathematics. Socioculturalperspective has a central role in this study when students are given opportunities for linguistic and social interaction during the experiment with the new pedagogical material. The methodology for this study has been visits, interviews, and observations. The study reveals that there are different views on the didactic potential for mathematics of the new teaching material, though no conclusions can be drawn regarding whether this material is more or less suitable in teaching since no research have been found that compares this with other pedagogical materials. Both national and international studies show the need to find alternative and better ways to make mathematic education meaningful.

Små barns sätt att kommunicera i leken.Small children?s ways off communication when they play.Syftet med denna undersökning är att beskriva hur små barn kommunicerar i leken. Jag har undersökt vilka olika uttryckssätt barnen använder sig av när de kommunicerar i olika leksituationer. Undersökningen är gjord på en småbarnsavdelning, och metoden jag har använt mig av är videoobservationer. Resultatet visar att de små barnen oftast använder sig av kroppsspråk, blickar, mimik, handgripligheter, imitation och olika ljud för att göra sig förstådda när de kommunicerar.

AimThe aim of this essay is by using a motor skill track to see if there exists any remarkable difference in the motor skill profiles between pupils from our montessori school and the mean score in the "Nytidstest". The questions at issue we had were: How is the motor skill profile on pupils in year 2 and 3 practicing montessori pedagogy? Is the motor skill profile superior or inferior to the mean score in the "Nytidstest"? What factors, if any, concerning the montessori pedagogy affects the results of the test?MethodWe used a motor skill track consisting of 8 stations sellected from the "Nytidstest" adapted for year 3 (the original test consists of 16 stations). Pupils from year 2 and 3 in our chosen montessori school were tested in groups of 4-5 persons each. We made the tests on two occasions each lasting for 100 minutes at the time.

This paper deals with diet and gender in the early roman iron age in Sweden. Human bone and tooth material from the Iron Age cemetery at Bjärby in Kastlösa parish on the island of Öland have been analysed for stable carbon and nitrogen isotopes. 21 individuals were sampled. Where possible 4 samples were taken from each individual, from the first, second and third molar respectively and from one compact bone. By doing so it is possible, at least in theory, to trace intra-individual diets throughout life.

Till följd av att Skatteverket hade uppmärksammat problematiken med skatteplanering med ränteavdrag, så kallade räntesnurror, infördes de första svenska ränteavdragsbegränsningsreglerna för koncerninterna lån för företag i intressegemenskap år 2009. Dessa regler var inspirerade av motsvarande ränteavdragsbegränsningsregler i Nederländerna. På grund av att skatteplaneringen fortsatte, utvidgades de svenska ränteavdragsbegränsningsreglernas tillämpningsområde år 2013. Det har dock visat sig att på grund av nuvarande utformning och tillämpningsområde av 2013 års svenska regler, medför reglerna både tillämpningsproblem och fortsatt skatteplanering. Uppsatsen har som mål att se hur läsningen av Kurt Vonnegut kan kompletteras med ekokritiska perspektiv. Som ämne valdes hot mot planeten och det undersökta materialet var fyra av Vonneguts böcker: Player Piano (1954), Breakfast of Champions (1973), Slapstick (1976) samt A Man without a Country (2005). Böckerna undersöktes utifrån frågorna: Har det tidigare i Vonneguts författarskap förekommit hot mot planeten? Vilka är i sådana fall dessa hot och vilka är aktörerna bakom hoten? samt Hur framställs hoten och hur har hoten och framställningen förändrats från Vonneguts debut till hans avslutande roman? Undersökningen visade att det genom hela Vonneguts författarskap har funnits ett tema som säger att livet som levs är ohållbart. Det tar sig form i olika hotbilder mot planeten.

I wrote this thesis for myself and someone who would like to learn improvised music not from Jazz but Bach. I analyzed one composition by Bach, then I showed one example of using his idea to a Jazz standard tune. It was challenging for me to understand and analyze his composition as a Jazz improviser. To be honest I don't like to learn the music language from Bebop music but I like to play Jazz standard music. If someone would like to be good at playing jazz music, I think that it is important to know the music language in jazz.

The investigation is focused on a flow between the company?s producing subsidiary company in Lithuania and its main facility in Sweden.RFID is the abbreviation for radiofrequency identification. The RFID-technology forms the base of a system with wireless information transmission between an object to which a transponder, also called tag, has been attached and a reader.
