The purpose of this paper is to explore web use and web navigation behavior. This paper presents findings from qualitative research based on interviews and diarie studies. The basis of this study is Eli Parisers work about ?the filter bubble?. As personalization systems shape our experience of the web, based on who we are, our bubble of knowledge and information becomes smaller.

It is extremely important that all countries get together and cooperate in order to be able to solve the problem with climate change. Internet and information technology today has a rather obvious role in the activities of companies and organizations. All cash transactions within and between companies is digitized, communication within the company is done via e-mail, sales and marketing is done largely with marketing and ads on the Internet. This has resulted in economic benefits for companies and organizations, and facilitated the work for them. However, this has also led to new threats have emerged. Companies and organizations is well aware that there are numerous threats that comes with using the Internet and Information Technologies but exactly what those threats are for a mid-sized company in Sweden is not clarified anywhere.

Det finns idag inget enkelt sätt att dela mappar och filer mellan datorer över Internet utan att behöva spara dessa på flera ställen. Detta är ett problem då man ibland inte vill ha all sin information spridd över flera källor eller inte har nog med utrymme för att spara samma data på flera ställen.Problemet i fråga blir att koppla ihop datorer över Internet. Då datorer kan flyttas runt mellan olika nätverk och därför ha olika IP-adresser krävs en lösning som håller reda på detta. En användbar lösning ska inte kräva att användarna ska veta om denna information. Eftersom projektet är över Internet så krävs det att det är väldefinierat hur kommunikation utförs.Projektet delades in i tre komponenter, en klient, en server och en master-server, som kunde utvecklas sida vid sida av varandra då den enda interaktionen mellan modulerna är nätverkskommunikationen.

Denna C-uppsats handlar om särskrivningar i Internet-annonser. Uppsatsen innehåller två olika undersökningar: en frekvensundersökning och en attitydundersökning. I frekvensundersökningen har jag valt ut 100 företagsannonser från www.blocket.seoch räknat antal särskrivningar, vilket visade sig vara 41 till antalet. De 41 särskrivningarna var fördelade över 24 annonser, bestående av hela 36 substantiv samt 3 adjektiv, 1 verb och 1 adverb. Även tidigare forskning talar entydigt för att substantiv är den ordklass som särskrivs allra mest, eftersom de ingående leden gärna ses som enskilda enheter.

This thesis examines effects that occur when consumers are placed in a negative category by the sender in an internet marketing context. The effects studied are attitude towards the ad, attitude towards the media, sense of being monitored and sense of being categorized. The authors argue that consumers will become increasingly aware of the fundamentals of internet marketing and how advertisements online are being directed towards them. Consumers will thus, to a larger extent than today, analyze advertisements and how they have been individually categorized by the sender. This will affect the way advertisements are perceived.

Det här arbetet handlar om att göra en undersöka om de vanligaste webbläsarna Firefox och Internet Explorer om de har problem att skriva ut vanlig HTML-kod. Arbetet var utformat att hämta de vanligaste HTML-elementen och CSS-elementen från sex webbsidor. Det gjorde även en enklare fördjupning om varför webbsidorna avviker från standarden från första början. De elementen som togs fram tidigare användes sedan i undersökningar som fem olika personer har deltagit i. Testerna gick ut på att personerna kollade på testsidorna i Firefox och Internet Explorer för att se om något skiljde sig åt mellan webbläsarna.

This Master Thesis treats the non monetarian aspect about the Internet Portal from a consumer and company perspective. The purpose of this thesis i st o give or create a picture and a tool, a model for how the Internetportal could be evaluated an valued. By creating a so called Dynamic Scorecard the authors of this Thesis have created a model throug which the purpose of this thesis is served. Through this model the authors have come to the conclusion that the Internet Portal can be evaluated through both economic, social, service and technical factors as well as through what relationship the companies or consumers value concerning the Internet provider. The product of conclusions of this Thesis is that there are three main factors upon wich the Internet Portal is valued.

Problem area and purposeNowadays, 2006, the downloading of music and movies is an increasingly more burning issue. But while the music industry has made great progress in using the Internet as a distribution channel the film industry has been at a standstill for several years. Recently however there has been progress in the form of a few film companies beginning to offer their customers legal ways to acquire films over the Internet. But with this progress one central question arises, which this report will try to answer; what are the important factors for selling films as the Internet moves from primarily being a information channel to also functioning as a distribution channel? The purpose is to examine what the consumers find important when purchasing film, and to establish to what degree there is a substitution effect between DVDs and downloadable films.MethodThe report is first and foremost based on an Internet survey with a total of 383 participants.

Some accept it, others do not.
