Uppsatsen analyserar hur återförsäljning på Internet hanteras under EU-rättens konkurrensregler för vertikala avtal bl.a. i ljuset av EU-domstolens avgörande i Mål C-439/09 Pierre Fabre. Med EU-rättens konkurrensregler för vertikala avtal åsyftas artikel 101 Fördraget om Europeiska Unionens Funktionssätt, Kommissionens förordning (EU) nr 330/2010 av den 20 april 2010 om tillämpningen av artikel 101.3 i fördraget om Europeiska unionens funktionssätt på grupper av vertikala avtal och samordnade förfaranden och Kommissionens Riktlinjer om Vertikala Begränsningar (2010/C 130/01). Fokus ligger på att utreda om den balans som reglerna speglar mellan olika intressen är välavvägd och hur reglerna bemöter de utmaningar som Internetförsäljning medför..

This thesis deals with an iterative user-centered IT-development project in a bank setting. The aim is to present a solution for deployment of future Internet banking for small businesses. The project features a design of IT-related concepts and ideas with a strong emphasis on scenario-based design and the usage of patterns as a documentation tool.The project plan featured an iterative framework and was carried out by a group of designers in collaboration with a reference group representing the future users of the system. This group consisted of company managers and bank employees, all from the small town of Åtvidaberg in Sweden.The method used in the development process was Scrum. A total of three sprints were completed with user meetings at the end of every sprint.

Detta examensarbete är gjort för Goodwill Reklambyrå i Norrköping. Uppgifterna var att skapa en hemsida och en företagsportal åt företaget. Med företagsportal menas en applikation upplagd på Internet där företagets anställda kan läsa, uppdatera, radera och skapa poster som är lagrade i databaser. I huvudsak har Flash använts för att skapa hemsidan och ASP (Active Server Pages) för att bygga upp företagsportalen. Resultatet blev en underhållande och informativ hemsida och en säker och användbar företagsportal.

Denna uppsats beskriver Internet i Kina i allmänhet, från dess politiska bakgrundsmotiv och inledande grunder till dess nuvarande tillstånd av dynamisk ekonomisk infrastruktur och medel för folkligt politiskt inflytande. Tonvikten läggs vid för Kina unika aspekter, såsom partiinflytande över informationsutbytet, folkliga attityder till fildelning i ett samhälle som bara nyligen erkänt privat ägande samt effekter av kulturkrockar på nätet mellan västlig och kinesisk civilisation. Det argumenteras för att Kina i en framtid kommer att ha ett stort inflytande över cybermarknader och i beslutsfattande om Internets framtida utveckling, genom tekniska, ekonomiska och politiska medel. Slutligen resoneras att Internet i Kina har förändrat och kommer att förändra folkets mentalitet, så att det anammar västerländska tankemönster i liknande utsträckning som i angränsande länder, vilket banar väg för politisk pluralism..

Denna kvalitativa intervjustudie syftar till att definiera fenomenet elektronisk mobbning, att utreda ansvarsfrågan samt att kartlägga organisationernas arbete och eventuella samverkan. Resultatet baseras på intervjuer med BRIS, Friends, LunarStorm och Playahead som analyserades utifrån symbolisk interaktionism. Studien visar på hur liten skillnaden är mellan traditionell och elektronisk mobbning i hur den kommer till uttryck och vem den drabbar. Utmärkande för e-mobbning är spridningseffekten samt hur språket hårdnat i kommunikationen på Internet och andra elektroniska källor. Föräldrarna, skolan och barnen själva borde enligt organisationerna ta ansvar för att motverka e-mobbningen och de anser att lagstiftningen på området är bristfällig.

Obesity is one of the biggest threats to child- and adolescent health. The amount of obese children is today increasing more in Sweden than in the US. This may in a couple of years have bad consequences for the Swedish children?s quality of life. When a child suffers from obesity it is a big stress on the body and can lead to serious consequences in adulthood.

The users of social media channels are today increasing rapidly. Because of this it has become more important for individuals to be seen and stand out of the crowd. The concept of personal branding has become more widespread and is today an important factor for individuals who want to communicate their personality on the Internet.The purpose of this study is to examine the role of personal branding in today?s society and to find similarities in how established bloggers use communication tools to increase their visibility. This has been done through qualitative interviews with individuals who write and shape their blogs depending on how they want to be seen on the Internet.By analysing our findings we came to the conclusion that personal branding is becoming more important in a world that is becoming more and more digitalized.

The aim has been to make contact with universities in Sweden to see if they have elements of social work education that lectures a social work online.The study is based on semi-structured interviews with school counselors in Kalmar County. The majority of the interviewed school counselors lacked the knowledge and experience of a student curative work online but some had discussed this phenomenon at work. One counselor worked daily with a pupil curative work online. The intention of interviewing universities to investigate whether there are elements of social work education that addresses a social work online defaulted unfortunately because they choose not to participate in the study.The main conclusion of our study is that school counselors consider themselves lacking sufficient knowledge to conduct pupil curative conversations online.
