Despite the fact that the issue has been discussed for several decades, there are still no rules in Sweden mandating political parties and candidates to disclose received donations. Because of this lack of transparency, Sweden is not fulfilling some of its international obligations and has fallen behind in the international trend to increase the transparency of election campaign finance. The lack of disclosure rules in Sweden has led to extensive criticism, most notably from the Council of Europe´s group of states against corruption, Greco, who criticized Sweden in light of the guidelines on the subject from the Council of Europe. At this writing, a new proposal for disclosure rules is being prepared at the Department of Justice, DoJ. The proposal is to be presented in spring 2013.

Syftet med vår rapport är att försöka ge en djupare inblick i ett av polisens mindre kända verksamhetsområden. Vi har valt att arbeta med de regionala insatsgrupperna både för att vi själva vill få ökade kunskaper om deras verksamhet samt för att undersöka hur denna polisiära resurs är organiserad i polismyndigheten. Rapporten försöker att analysera hur de regionala insatsgrupperna skiljer sig åt beträffande arbetsformer, utbildning och organisation i Örebros respektive Västerbottens polismyndighet. De fakta och uppgifter som rapporten bygger på har inhämtats från litteratur och genom intervjuer. Det vi har kommit fram till är att de regionala insatsgrupperna skiljer sig signifikant från varandra och en likriktning av verksamheten genom nationellt fastställda direktiv skulle kunna kompetenssäkra insatsgruppernas verksamhet..

Studiens syfte var att undersöka huruvida en arbetstagares bristande identifiering med sin organisation kan predicera dennes intention att lämna sin anställning inom den ideella sektorn. För att kunna ge en nyanserad bild av sambandet mellan minskad organisatorisk identifikation och intentionen att sluta delades variabeln in i två dimensioner: externt konstruerad organisationsbild samt upplevd organisatorisk identifikation. Undersökningsdata bestod av enkätsvar från 65 tjänstemän arbetandes hos en idéburen organisation. Resultatet visade att upplevd organisatorisk identifikation predicerar intentionen att sluta men att inget sådant samband fanns för den externt konstruerade organisationsbilden. Vidare fanns heller inget samband mellan en arbetstagares anställningstid, ålder eller kön och intentionen att sluta.

Adopting a socio-cultural approach to the study of cold war historiography, this master?s degree essay is a comparative study of the two main disciplinary fields of cold war scholarship, diplomatic history and international relations theory (IR). För att företagen skall kunna bevara sin konkurrenskraft har en hög motivation hos deanställda fått en allt större betydelse. Jag har i denna studie studerat motivation och vad somkommer att påverka motivationsgraden hos de anställda mest. Detta med utgångspunkt fråntre olika aspekter, vilka är; ledarskap, lärande organisation och utvecklingssamtalet. Somteoretisk bas har jag använt mig av fyra olika klassiska motivationsteorier. Alla dessa teorierhar som utgångspunkt förklarat vad som gör individer motiverade, däremot saknade jag enbeskrivning hur en ledare skall agera för att skapa motivation hos sin personal.

Denna uppsats undersöker genom en textanalys inspirerad av hermeneutiken det utrymme som kvinnor och män ges i läroböckerna för gymnasieskolans kurs i Organisation och ledarskap samt en analys av hur detta påverkar konstruktionen av ledare från ett genusperspektiv. De tre utvalda läroböckerna har analyserats utifrån teorier kring könsroller, könsordning, genussystem och ledarskapets manliga könsmärkning. Studiens resultat visar att män ges ett större utrymme i böckerna. De finns med på fler bilder och nämns fler gånger i texterna. Ofta reproducerar läroböckerna stereotypa könsroller men det finns också exempel på när könsrollerna utmanas.

Stavning handlar ej enbart om att stava rätt! Att lära sig stava kan vara en hjälp i en individs läs- och skrivutveckling. Genom att lära sig stava kan det bli lättare att lära sig läsa, samtidigt som läsningen kan bidra till att lära sig stava. Genom att skriva kan en elev lära sig stava bättre samtidigt som goda stavningskunskaper kan skapa en känsla av trygghet och säkerhet i skriftspråket som gör att han/hon vill skriva. Syftet med studien är att ta reda på när, hur och varför lärare arbetar med stavning i de tidiga skolåren och att skapa en överblick över olika synsätt på stavning samt hur dessa kan påverka undervisningen. Studien tar upp stavning ur olika perspektiv, från det teoretiska till det praktiska samt hur elever uppfattar stavning.

Freshwater environments are threatened worldwide, of which many of the species associatedwith freshwater. In 2014, 243 freshwater mussels were on the international Red List. One ofthem is the freshwater pearl mussel, Margaritifera margaritifera, which because of itscomplex life cycle can be counted as an indicator of whether a stream is worth protecting. It's since the early 1900's in decline throughout their range. Sweden is counted as a core area which is why we have not only a national but an international responsibility to conserve the species.

New Zealand is currently the third largest global producer of kiwifruit and thus plays an important role in the international market. Exports of kiwifruit are also of significant horticultural value for New Zealand and in 2007 the kiwifruit industry accounted for export values of NZ$790 million. The global kiwifruit market has experienced substantial changes in recent years and is likely to change significantly in the near future due to developments in production sources, adjustments to trade policy settings and shifts in consumer preferences. The New Zealand kiwifruit industry needs to consider what the impacts of these changes might be so that future strategies can be constructed effectively. Little quantitative modelling has been done in New Zealand to consider the impacts of changes to the global kiwifruit industry. The major contribution of this research was the development and calibration of a kiwifruit industry-specific partial equilibrium trade model. The model was then used to examine the impacts on New Zealand producers of these trade-related changes in the global kiwifruit market.

Denna uppsats studerar hur flexibilitet påverkar två organisationer och deras anställda. Studien har fokuserats på hur anställda inom respektive organisation uppfattar sin yrkesroll inom sin organisation. Vid en given yrkesroll skapar detta förväntningar på den anställde ifrån kollegor och arbetsgivare.

This master's thesis in Library and Information Science examines how the genre division of the horror fictionis constructed at the children and youth department of a library by studying subject headings of the titles.The aim is to examine what is included in the genre, in the two labelings called vampire and nail-biter/spine-chiller, what separates them, and what difference there is between children and youth thrillers/horror fiction. Also the cover designs and how readers portray these books are studied. The study is made in order to develop the knowledge of the genre to help librarians and borrowers. The great popularity of the genre among borrowers and people in general, and the importance of having knowledge of things that borrowers are interested in, are the motivation of performing the study. The method is a case study and conducted with and based on genre theory which shows how a genre is defined, how it can be divided and what conventions there are for the horror fiction in particular.

Bakgrund: Olika författningar och lagar reglerar vården. Hemsjukvården tar över efter utskrivning från sjukhuset. För en bra utskrivningsprocess är det viktigt med en god kommunikation mellan dessa två organisationer. Syfte: Syftet med denna systematiska litteraturstudie är att beskriva sjuksköterskors erfarenheter av kommunikation mellan den somatiska vården och hemsjukvården vid utskrivning. Metod: En systematisk litteraturstudie.
