För att en organisation ska kunna skapas, existera och utvecklas är internkommunikation en grundförutsättning, vilket gör att hela organisationen drabbas om kommunikationen inte fungerar. En god internkommunikation kan lyfta en verksamhet, motivera och öka känslan av delaktighet hos de anställda och generera arbetsglädje och positiv effekt på de anställdas arbetsinsats, vilket i slutänden har stor inverkan på organisationens resultat och framgång.Studien baseras på en kvalitativ undersökning av internkommunikationen ur ett systemteoretiskt perspektiv på ett medelstort bilföretag i södra Sverige. Tio semistrukturerade intervjuer har genomförts på två olika anläggningar med intervjupersoner från organisationens olika nivåer. Studien syftar till att öka kunskapen kring vilka kommunikationsstrukturer, rutiner och kanaler som skapar bäst förutsättningar för en effektiv internkommunikation med inriktning mot kommunikationen mellan ledning och medarbetare.Resultatet visar att det cirkulerar stora mängder information dagligen i organisationen. De anställda efterfrågade tydligare kommunikationsstrukturer, beskrivningar av kommunikationsansvar samt informationspolicys.

The cost of transportation has strongly increased in the recent years, transportations which are a major part for the construction companies. Skanska Asphalt which is a part of Skanska Sverige AB has noticed that there are significant cost savings to be made with the purchasing of transports. The transports in this case is about asphalt, where the costs are about 10% of the outsourcing business turnover. The purpose of this thesis is to study the working practice that Skanska Asphalt are using today in controlling and time-writing, for the asphalt transportations. Probiotics are beneficial for the bacterial profile in the intestine and it is therefore of interest to study if they through their anti-inflammatory effect could prevent atopic dermatitis.Objective The aim was to study whether administration of probiotics to the mother and the child (directly or via breast milk) could prevent atopic dermatitis in children with high risk profile (at least one first degree relative with a diagnosed allergic disease).Search strategy A systematic literature search was done in databases PubMed and Scopus with search terms maternal, prenatal, probiotics, allergy, atopic dermatitis, prevention, and children.Selection criteria Randomized, controlled human studies and original articles in English were included.

During the past few years a vast amount of research has been done to increase the understanding of the complex ecosystem of the Baltic Sea. Modelling and simulations are important tools to increase knowledge of the system. A suitable model must be simple to use and the parameters and variables needed in the model must be easy to access.In this paper a dynamical mass-balance model, CoastMab, which is validated for smaller coastal areas, has been used to predict concentrations and transports of phosphorus in three large coastal areas - the Gulf of Finland, the Gulf of Gdansk and the Gulf of Riga. CoastMab uses ordinary differential equations to regulate inflow, outflow and Internal flows. To reflect seasonal variations in temperature and different types of flows the model has a temporal resolution of a month.

Undersökningen har en abduktiv ansats med i huvudsak en kvalitativ metod, men en del av empirin utgörs dock av kvantitativ data i tabellform tagen från årsredovisningar. Våra kvalitativa data utgörs av intervjuer med de fyra storbankerna och Finansinspektionen där internrevisionen är i fokus. En av Internrevisionens viktigaste uppgifter är att förse företagets ledning med tillförlitlig och relevant information så att de kan fatta riktiga beslut. Internrevisionens mål skiljer sig från externrevisionens mål, men ofta kan de dra nytta av varandras arbete. En banken kan med andra ord tjäna pengar på en effektiv IR.

Introduction: Workplace health promotion is important for both the health of the employee and the profability of the company. Among other things the psychosocial work environment tends to be related with motivation and well-being at work. Employees who experience work motivation and job satisfaction are at less risk of illness, which may also result in reduced absenteeism. Aim: The purpose was that of a smaller pilot study examining a qualitative methodology to obtain detailed and concrete information about the blue-collar employees' views on what helps or impair the psychosocial work on the logistics company. Method: A qualitative approach where semi-structured interviews were held with four focus groups was used.

Uppsatsen bygger på en induktiv metod med en kvalitativ undersökning. Empiri har huvudsakligen samlats in genom intervjuer med representanter från den svenska finansiella sektorn. Slutsatser:Cirka tio institut kommer att välja att tillämpa Internal rating based approach (IRBA) vid beräkning av kapitalkrav för kreditrisk. IRBA förväntas sänka det befintliga kapitalkravet.

In this thesis, the flows of reactive nitrogen (Nr) in Scania were investigated and quantified. The thesis was also intended to form a basis for comparison between the urban nitrogen flow and other flows of nitrogen within Scania. The management of nitrogen in society has disturbed the natural nitrogen cycle. This is linked to a series of environmental problems such as eutrophication, acidification, global warming and smog. The method used was Substance Flow Analysis (SFA) for Nr. For calculation and flow charts Scania was divided into three subsystems; air, water and society.
