I dagens mångkulturella samhälle är det många barn som talar två eller flera språk. Det är viktigt att kunna bemöta flerspråkiga barn och ge dem rätt språkligt stöd vid behov. Denna studie baseras på MAINs testmaterial som är utformat inom ramarna för COST projekt IS0804 för bedömning av barns narrativa förmåga och använder berättelser till bildserier som ett sätt att samla in barns narrativer. Syftet med studien är att beskriva narrativ förmåga hos tvåspråkiga rysk-svensktalande barn och bidra med referensdata till ovannämnda projekt. Deltagarna var tio simultant tvåspråkiga rysk-svensktalade barn mellan 6:8 och 7:10 samt tre successivt tvåspråkiga barn.

We wanted to examine how the communication process within the change was carried out. We also aimed to compare the results with change communication models of Johansson & Heide (2008) and Lewin (1951), and also existing concepts, to see if our result differed from earlier research. Our key questions to answer were: How do managers communicate a change to the employees in two smaller companies? How do the managers think that the employees perceive the information about the change? How do the employees perceive the information about the change? How does change models from previous research correspond to, or differ from the change process?Method/Material: The material used in this thesis consists of a total of twelve interviews with both managers and employees at two small companies.Main results: The main results shows that communicating a change is complex, and that it is difficult to create models and theories for the phenomenon, as each change is unique.

Nordmaling is a small muncipality that has gotten a lot of critic in media over the last two years. In order to regain a good reputation and to communicate a strong message towards external groups, Nordmaling have decided to develop a branding platform that can represent the organization in both external and internal communications. In order to develop a brand the organization must understand its identity.The purpose of the study was to examine the employees? thoughts of their organization in order to be able to define the organizational identity and give recommendations of core values that the organization can apply to their brand. To understand how the employees perceive their organization and what they think the organization stands for, the main focus was to study their view on values, standards, goals and vision of the organization through focus interviews and a survey.

Syfte: Syftet med vår uppsats är att identifiera intressanta fenomen kring ekologiska produkters förpackningsdesign. Fenomen som kan ligga till grund för vidare forskning.Metod: Vi har använt oss av en kvalitativ metod bestående av semi- strukturerade djupintervjuer med konsumenter samt en serie butiksstudier för att samla in primärdata till detta arbete. Teoretiska perspektiv: Vi har i teorikapitlet beskrivit teorier dels från området för förpackningsdesign, och dels konsumentbeteendevetenskapen i form av teorier om motivation, self, involvement och means-end chain.Empirisk analys: Utifrån valda teorier har vi tolkat resultaten från de 15 kvalitativa djupintervjuerna. Resultaten har tolkats utifrån olika huvudteman vi funnit intressanta från intervjuerna vilka inkluderar den allmänna inställningen och kunskapen om ekologiska produkter samt förpackningens roll och påverkan.Slutsatser: Vi har genom denna studie kommit fram till att ekologiska produkters förpackningsdesign har en viktig informativ uppgift, inte främst för att sticka ut och vara lätta att hitta, utan för att kommunicera just det faktum att de är ekologiska. Vi har funnit framför allt två starka attribut som förknippas med ekologiska produkter; Medvetenhet och ekonomisk stabillitet.
