SAMMANFATTNINGDetta examensarbete är baserat på en uppgift från Small Domestic Appliances (småhushållsprodukter) på Electrolux. Arbetet har handlat om att få in mer naturliga materialmed ?premium? känsla i deras produkter, annat än plast och rostfritt stål.Materialundersökningen har inkluderat: glas, trä, keramik och dekorativa tillämpningarför metall och plast. Hur en användare upplever ett material har också undersökts.Information har samlats in i två undersökningar; en om trender, marknad ochkonkurrenter samt en om material, leverantörer, tillverknings- och ytbehandlingsmetoder.Tre subjektiva test har gjorts på taktilitet för att få reda på hur vissa material upplevs avanvändare. Testerna utfördes med hjälp av materialprover, frågeformulär ochtestpersoner.Ett objektivt test på friktion utfördes också där friktionskoefficienten mellan ett materialsyta och fingertopparna räknades ut.

In this essay I examine how the norm-critical material ?BRYT! ett metodmaterial om normer i allmänhet och heteronormen i synnerhet? is used by Hyresgästföreningen in Stockholm in their education of personnel in the perspective of equalisation. I?ve mostly been interested in how the personnel who takes part in workshops about the material react and reflect in relation to the purpose of the material. How do they discuss about norms and the connection to discrimination and how do they look upon the power and responsibility that comes with power in relation to norms?  Earlier research in norm critical pedagogy and the critic of tolerans pedagogy perspective helps me to analyse how critical pedagogy stands above non-critical pedagogy in many perspectives.By observing workshops and by interviewing personnels taking part in these workshops I?ve examined how they react on both the practical and theoretical parts of the material.To summarise my examination I find the personnel who is educated in working with the material discover new experiences in knowledge and on how norms and discrimination functions.

Ett av de mest populära community:n på internet och en av världens mest populärastewebbplats i dag är videotjänsten YouTube. Strömmande tjänster blir alltmer efterfrågade i taktmed att tekniken utvecklas och bandbreddens prestationsförmåga inte längre är en begränsning.Inte minst har strömmande tjänster, i synnerhet YouTube, blivit populärt på grund av desskopierade innehåll av användare, i motsats till det egenskapade. Många av de uppladdadevideoklippen är upphovsrättsskyddade och just sådana videoklipp har visat sig tendera att varasärskilt efterfrågade bland användarna.I den här uppsatsen tittar jag på användarnas beteenden på YouTube i form av en observationnär de laddar upp upphovsrättsskyddat material. Jag undersöker hur användare ställer sig tillupphovsrätten och de regler som råder på YouTube genom en enkätundersökning. Slutligenintervjuar jag två advokater specialiserade inom området för att ta del av deras professionellasynsätt.

Syfte: Syftet med denna studie är att skapa förståelse för hur ledningen i tjänsteföretag praktiskt arbetar med att internt kommunicera företagets kärnvärden, vision och företagskultur med hela organisationen.Metod: Empirisk data har samlats in genom intervjuer och studien omfattas därför av kvalitativ ansats. Semistrukturerade intervjuer har genomförts med respondenter på fyra olika fastighetsmäklarföretag. Datainsamlingen har sedan analyserats genom en abduktiv analysmetod med inspiration från A well grounded theory.Resultat & slutsats: Resultaten i denna studie visar att det främst handlar om att få alla i organisationen att leva företagets identitet i vardagen. För att lyckas med det använder sig företagen av olika kommunikationskanaler, utbildningar och inspiration, så som föreläsningar och tävlingar. Viktigt är också att ledningen uppträder föredömligt och att budskapen i varumärket genomsyras i alla företagets aktiviteter.Förslag till fortsatt forskning: Vi föreslår att framtida studier kan riktas mot tjänsteföretags uppföljning av dess interna varumärkesarbete.

Syftet med föreliggande studie var att undersöka sambandet mellan självkänsla, perfektionism, tävlingsängslan och självförtroende. Dessa fenomen samspelar och ger antingen positiva eller negativa utfall för atletens prestation och känslor inför tävling. Vidare var syftet att undersöka eventuella skillnader i ovan nämnda variabler mellan individuella idrottare och lagidrottare samt ta reda på om det finns några skillnader mellan könen. En enkätundersökning genomfördes med 101 deltagare från totalt sex olika sporter. Resultaten av PSPP-R visade att individuella idrottare hade högre fysiskt självvärde och global självkänsla än lagidrottarna.

The purpose of this paper is to provide clarity into the poorly understood topic of mandatory fencing in the Swedish education system. Sweden, like many other European nations, was subject to strong nationalistic winds during the 19th century, from which the idea of a citizen soldier arose. By making fencing part of the school curriculum the Swedish state hoped to invigorate its male population, with the ultimate goal of reclaiming the nation's status as a military superpower. This paper explores the topic by using qualitative research methods to observe the internal debate in the official journal for physical education teachers between the years 1874 and 1920. What status did fencing as a school subject have? How was it implemented and what was taught? What obstacles did it face? How did it vary between the bourgeoisie and the peasantry? How did it vary over time?The findings show a school subject that was heavily regulated and propped up by both the state and conservative gymnasts of the Swedish Ling tradition.

Inom Östgöta Städs bransch finns det inte många studier om styrning av lager, interna materialflöden eller intern orderhantering. Östgöta Städ AB är ett av Sveriges största entreprenadföretag inom sektorn privat service. De har sitt huvudkontor i Norrköping och detta arbete begränsar sig till Norrköpingsavdelningen.Syftet med examensarbetet är att kartlägga flöden av information och material samt att granska möjligheten att använda sig av lagerstyrning . Det finns önskemål att finna mätetal för att kunna göra olika uppföljningar på material samt finna möjligheter att kunna prognostisera materialanvändandet för enklare och effektivare hantering i framtiden.Kartläggning av material- och informationsflöde har tagits fram genom intervjuer av berörd personal. Det valdes ut fyra olika kunder i samråd med Östgöta Städ för att göra fallstudie.

Many studies and theories are made with big corporations in mind, and the importance of small businesses wasn?t enlightened until the end of the 1900´s. Business financing has created a number of theories, among them Myers pecking-order theory. This theory implies that business managers prefer internal equity in front of debt and external equity.

The main purpose of this study was to determine the impact of bedding material on the faecal microflora of horses. Another objective was to investigate the hygienic and physical qualities of the bedding materials used and how these may change in the course of the trial period. The bedding materials used were sphagnum peat and wood shavings. Six horses had each material as bedding for a three week period in a change?over experiment.

When I was fifteen I decided that I wanted to become a blacksmith. At the time of my decision I had been obsessed with fantasy for several years. I came to the conclusion that if I could not live in a fantasy world then at least I would make bits and pieces from it. That became the entry point of my fascination for material and techniques. I started with blacksmithing since it had an aura of magic or mystique in the material and in the making process.

This report analyzes and examines a hypothesis for finding a method to optimize thelength of the delubrication process time based on a total charge weight. The work hasfocused on the holding time for delubrication and the total charge weight.An important step in the manufacturing chain of cutting tools is when the greenbodies undergo the sintering process. Today, the delubrication step has the sameprocess time independent of the total charge weight. An implementation of a methodto adjust the delubrication process time would give more consistent quality of thecutting tool´s internal characteristics but also reduce the time course of the sinteringprocess. In the present project two methods for this goal were tested, thedevelopment of an algorithm and a weight interval subdivision with associateddelubrication process times.During delubrication a pressure increase is observed due to the decomposition of thePEG in the powder mixture.

In this thesis I set out to study how the reading of fictional literature is viewed, legitimatized and operationalized in two educational domains: the recently revised steering documents that all Swedish teachers must relate to, as well as a selection of teaching materials designed for education in the Swedish language for upper secondary school. The teaching material I have studied has been recently updated in order to correspond with the new steering documents. I relate my analysis to previous research about the use of fiction in education, and I also combine my analysis of the two educational domains to see whether the underlying intentions of the steering documents have influenced the revision of the teaching material. The outcome indicates that the steering documents? previous focus on culture has diminished although a certain insecurity as to how to use the concept and deal with the issue of whose culture should be taught can be identified.

How is the packaging system adapted to transport efficiency and handling?Objective To create an overall picture over how the packaging system affects and is affected by different functions and players within and beyond the company boundaries, to give a clear picture of how changes in the packaging system is made today and how it could work and finally to give suggestions for cost savings affected by the packaging system.Method The methods used for this thesis has mainly consisted of action research and at some extent case studies. As a previous employee at the department of logistics at Volvo Penta I?ve taken part of the environment, information and prerequisites that this thesis discusses on a daily basis. Case studies have been used for the collection and analysis of data concerning packaging logistics as I?ve chosen to consider only specific markets and packaging.Conclusions This thesis has highlighted the demands that are placed upon engine packaging throughout all concerned units and how these demands affect each other, positively and negatively.

In this report female farmers use of technical equipment is investigated. There is little research made on this subject in Sweden, therefore this report can be seen as an explorative study. Research makes it clear that machinery, throughout history and even today, has been seen as a male area. Heavy machines are often associated with the same attributes as masculinity. Force, power, efficiency and control are some examples.

Idag väljer nästintill alla pappor att närvara vid sitt barns födsel. Vid förlossningen erbjuds han att klippa navelsträngen. Detta klippande är en symbolisk handling som har kommit att bli en ritual. Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka hur förstagångspappor ställer sig till att klippa sitt barns navelsträng vid födseln, samt dess tankar och upplevelser kring handlingen. En enkät med slutna och öppna frågor delades ut vid tre BB-avdelningar vid olika sjukhus i Västsverige.
