The analysis software called EnCase is widely used by IT forensics all around the globe and with it comes an internal programming language called EnScript.This paper is designed to examine whether a manual for the programming language EnScript can make a difference in how efficiently the work is.A study between two groups has been made and an evaluation of the results between the two groups.The manual provided aims to introduce the reader to EnScript as a programming language and also to provide a solid foundation to build on in further work with EnScript.

A new code for corporate governance was introduced for major companies in Sweden in July 2005. This act is to some degree a follower to the Sarbanes-Oxley Act that was introduced in the U.S.A. after the Enron scandal. The purpose of this thesis is to evaluate the effect on the controller in response to the introduction of this new act. Three controllers in major Swedish companies was interviewed and asked if and how they had been affected by this new act.

Stortorget i Karlskrona är ett centralt beläget offentligt rum som idag förlorat sin funktion som en plats med ett rikt offentligt liv och en trivsam plats i staden. Detta arbete tar tag i den problematiken och presenterar ett sätt på vilket man kan förändra torget och göra det attraktivare för stadens befolkning. Förslaget går ut på att göra torget mer anpassat för oskyddade trafikanter genom att bilarna får ta ett steg åt sidan men samtidigt göra det lättillgängligt med en ny kollektivtrafiklösning för Trossö. För att göra torget attraktivare har dess storlek försökt tonas ner och därmed göra det mer anpassat till den mänskliga skalan. This thesis focuses on employers? use of non-­?solicitation of employees in commercial contracts within the union?s internal market and how this can result in restrictive practices in violation of European law. Using legal method, legal economic considerations, and guidance from modern American legal development in antitrust law, this thesis is aiming to investigate how this kind of anticompetitive cooperation in the European labor market should be assessed. The result seems to be that despite a distinct and pronounced restrictive approach to the application of EU competition rules in the labor market, there are strong incentives and not any legal impediment to apply Article 101 TFEU on no cold call agreements between employers. .

The aim of this essay is to examine how the Internet functions as a communication channel to Event Marketing. We have investigated what makes the Internet unique as a communication channel for events and how Internet has been used for event marketing. We have mapped fundamental theories within marketing, media, communications and human-computer interaction, which together describe event marketing. We have carried out case studies on two event-marketing projects where the Internet has played a major role. The first project was XCT which is a project developed by the company Eventum AB.

Studien har även syftat till att belysa skillnader i svaren beroende på byråernas storlek.Resultaten från enkäten visade att den vanligaste kanalen vid anställning inom kommunikationsbranschen är via personliga kontakter och att det är portfolions kvalité som väger tyngst vid anställning. Vid ansökan föredrog byråerna en digital portfolio men vid en arbetsintervju såg de helst en kombination av en fysisk och digital portfolio. Folkhälsoarbete är ett systematiskt, målinriktat, hälsofrämjande och sjukdomsförebyggande arbete för att åstadkomma en god, jämlik hälsa för hela befolkningen genom samhällsinsatser som främjar exempelvis fysisk aktivitet. Studiens syfte var att studera hur folkhälsoarbetet avspeglas inom målområde fysisk aktivitet i Växjö kommuns Grönstrukturprogram. Metoden som användes vid den kvalitativa analysen var en etnografisk innehållsanalys. Analysen gjordes av Växjö kommuns Grönstrukturprogram (2012), Budget för Växjö kommun (2013) samt intervjuer. Växjö kommun arbetar aktivt med folkhälsofrågor för att främja fysisk aktivitet genom beskrivande dokument. Kommunen har en holistisk bild av verksamheten för att säkerställa goda levnadsvillkor och för att främja folkhälsan hos medborgarna. Strategiskt arbete, genom kommunikation och delaktighet, är påverkande faktorer som kommunen arbetar med.

Examensarbetet tar upp frågan om hur mellanstaden, stadens moderna delar som vuxit fram under 1900-talet, ska utvecklas. Mellanstaden består av isolerade öar av funktioner med kraftiga trafikleder som löper kors och tvärs och försörjer öarna med trafik. I mellanstaden kan två grupper med olika behov urskiljas. Personer med lokala intressen är de som dagligen vistas i mellanstaden t.ex boende. De har behov av en bra bostadsmiljö med god tillgänglighet till viktiga målpunkter med gena och trygga vägar.
