Den ökade tjänstekonkurrensen har medfört att varumärket fått en allt större betydelse för ett företags framgång. I dagens tjänsteverksamhet handlar det om att skapa långsiktiga relationer med såväl medarbetare som kunder och det är medarbetarna som utgör den vitala rollen vid förmedlandet av varumärket. För ledaren handlar det om att skapa koherenta budskap som väl överensstämmer med företagets affärsidé och vision för att de individuella varumärkena inte skall komma att få en allt för stor betydelse. Syftet med uppsatsen har varit att undersöka, beskriva och förstå ledarskapets betydelse, i ett tjänsteföretag, för att personalen skall kommunicera ett homogent varumärke. För att kunna uppfylla syftet skedde en insamling av både primär- och sekundärdata genom en abduktiv metod. För att komplettera teorier om varumärke, intern marknadsföring samt ledarskap har vi med ett rationellt, idealistiskt och hermeneutiskt förhållningssätt genomfört två personliga intervjuer med ledarna i tjänsteföretagen Hansen och Avonis. Vår empiriska undersökning visade på att sambandet mellan varumärke, intern marknadsföring och ledarskap är kommunikation, motivation, delegering samt organisationskultur.

Bakgrund och problem: Intellektuellt kapital har på senare tid blivit en viktigare del avföretags värdeskapande. Samspelet mellan intern och extern rapportering av intellektuelltkapital är däremot inte särskilt utvecklat. Enligt vissa författare bör kunskap om ickefinansiellavärdedrivarmått påverka såväl val av interna prestationsmått som externrapportering. Detta har dock ofta förutsatts implicit i litteraturen inom området, senareforskning ger även anledning att betvivla styrkan i kopplingen mellan intern och externrapportering.Syfte: Uppsatsens syfte är att beskriva samspelet mellan företags interna- och externarapportering av intellektuellt kapital.Metod: Information till teoretisk referensram samlades främst in från vetenskapliga artiklaroch böcker. Den empiriska informationen har samlats in via innehållsanalyser av deundersökta företagens årsredovisningar och genom intervjuer av respektive företagsekonomichefer.Resultat och slutsatser: Vi har undersökt tre börsnoterade, Göteborgsbaserade bolag för attfå en inblick i hur den interna och externa rapporteringen av intellektuellt kapital ser ut.

The thesis examines how language, culture and family structures interrelate and affect the process of migration. Vital is how women from a different ethnic background integrates during migration and in a dialogue context with us as researchers and native Swedes. The thesis is interdisciplinary and analyzes empirical data through a qualitative method by using the perspectives gender, ethnicity and identity. The empirical material consists of 7 interviews, which have been transcribed and then broken down in to quotations. Thesequotations have then been analyzed using the perspectives mentioned above.

There?s still one problem to solve and that is the lackof web content specifically adapted for smartphones.The purpose of this paper is to identify and analyze from a user and usability perspective howto make a successful migration and design of a user interface for an existing web basedsystem so that it also fit smartphones.The paper starts with a theoretical reference material containing examples of differentapproaches for design and migration of an interface.A case study is performed and prototypes are designed with support from guidelines andrecommendations in the theory part.The conclusion stipulates that in the present situation there are no shortcuts when it comes tomigration of an existing web based system for the mobile web. The recommendation is aspecific interface for each different unit that are going to interact with the system.Research that analyzes differences between all mobile web browsers would be of greatinterest, a research that hopefully leads to guidelines for what level of mobile web standardthey should at least support.

Denna undersökning är en fallstudie som syftar till att ta reda på hur elever går tillväga när de löser ett algebraiskt problem. Syftet är att sätta sig in i elevernas tankar och sätt att lösa problem och genom ökad förståelse kunna förklara för dem på ett sätt de förstår och kan relatera till.Metoden som använts är enkät och intervju, och studiegruppen är en klass i årskurs nio.Eleverna är inte så vana vid att kombinera olika räknesätt i ett och samma tal. De har lättare att se algebraiska uttryck som uttryck för substantiv eller fasta siffror än de har för att se uttrycket som en variabel matematisk formel. De är heller inte vana vid att med ord beskriva vad de gör, därför löser de ofta talen rutinmässigt utan att reflektera över hur.Det är viktigt att det ingår varierad problemlösning i undervisningen så att eleverna övar sig på både praktisk matematik samt olika matematiska områden. Eleverna tycker det är roligt att göra annat än enbart räkna i läroboken.

The upstream spawning migration of Atlantic salmon (Salmo salar) at the confluence area between the power-station outlet and the bypass-channel in river Umeälven (flow 430 m3s-1) was compared in 2004 and 2005, two years with different experimental flow-regimes. In 2004 the water flow in the bypass-channel was altered during the day with increased flows during the nights while the water flow in 2005 mainly was altered between the weekdays and weekends. Salmon showed altered migratory behaviour in this confluence area, assessed with telemetry (n=116) and echo-sounding, with up- or downstream responses depending on flow-changes in both the bypass and the power station outlet. Increased turbine flow through the power-station generally attracted salmon into the tunnel outlet area while increased spill-flows facilitated salmon to enter the bypass. Echo-sounding in the confluence area showed an increased swimming activity up- and downstream due to time in the day and flow-rates through the tunnel outlet. No changes in activity could be detected due to increasing or decreasing flow through the hydro-power facility.

We were commissioned to do this study by the Red Cross Centre for victims of torture and war (RKC) in Skövde and questions was asked about how it can be to come as a refugee to a new country and start over. The purpose of this study was to search for a deeper knowledge about older immigrants experiences of their integration in the Swedish community. The conception of ?older immigrant? aimed of persons born before 1954 since these persons culturally was the older ones in the patient group at RKC. This study handled both men and women, was categorised in different themes and was analysed from theoretical points about identity and crises.

Brain drain innebär förlorat humankapital till följd av migration och förknippas oftast med högutbildade medborgares flytt till utlandet. Brain gain innebär å andra sidan ökat humankapital, antingen till följd av att migranter flyttar tillbaka till sina ursprungsländer eller genom ökade incitament för att utbilda sig på grund av migrationsmöjligheter. Syftet med uppsatsen var att undersöka hur den lagändring som trätt i kraft i Ungern, för att förhindra migration av välutbildad arbetskraft, påverkar humankapitalet i landet. Uppsatsen begränsades till att enbart innefatta läkare.För att genomföra undersökningen användes data från olika databaser samt andra forskningsrapporter och kompletterande källor. Materialet analyserades med hjälp av teorier kring löneutjämning samt neoklassisk teori rörande nyttomaximering och inkomstfördelning.

Internal marketing has been proposed as a means of gaining competetive edge in a market where service quality is an important precursor to performance. Still, the practical application of internal marketing remains relatively limited, which is hypothesized to be partly attributable to a widespread lack of the required philosophy which facilitates the effective implementation of internal marketing. The concept of internal market orientation (IMO) has been proposed as an accurate representation of this philosophy. This thesis attemps to assess the relevance of an IMO in relation to the internal marketing activities of an organisation. The findings of the study imply that IMO related activities impacts the effectiveness of internal marketing and that it thus provides a valuable tool in the process of implementing internal marketing strategies..

Human rights and solidarity, as well as moral and legal responsibilities to protect people in need of refuge, seem to be principles of secondary importance within international migratory policies today. Instead, the predominant view seems to focus more and more on the protection of territorial borders, the welfare state and national identity. This international change in discourse can also be seen in the political trends of individual states. There are reasons to believe that this is a development that is also perceptible in the political rhetoric that is used in parliamentary debates, which constitute the main focus of this thesis. The aim of this study has therefore been to increase the understanding of this change in migratory policies by analyzing Swedish parliamentary debates between 1975 and 2002, using a theoretical framework focused on two different perspectives on security: First, the Copenhagen School and securitization of migration, and second, human security and human rights.

AbstraktI Sverige skadas och förolyckas ett stort antal människor på sina arbetsplatser varje år. En säker arbetsmiljö där risker kommuniceras på arbetsplatsen är därför av stor vikt för att undgå oönskade händelser. Syftet med denna studie har varit att undersöka hur den interna riskkommunikationen ser ut inom ett el- och värmeproducerande företag. Ytterligare har syftet varit att identifiera faktorer som är av betydelse för en effektiv intern riskkommunikation. Empirin till studien har samlats in genom intervjuer, där chefer och medarbetare har responderat.

This is a study based on discourse theory in purpose to examine the border-politics ofthe EU. Since the EU step by step has developed into an area of free movement on capital, people and services, the external frontiers have been given prioritiy on the political scene. Development in recent years have put questions of foreign- and security politics on a supranational level, meaning that the EU-member states in a wider range now cooperate in these political areas.To handle the increasing ammount of (illegal) migration to the EU an independet agency, Frontex,was established 2005 in favour of coordinating the Member States in issues regarding bordersecurity. The focal point of this study is to critically examine the identity of Frontex by using Becks theory of risk combined with the theory of governmentality. By doing so I seek to highlight the relation between Frontex and the EU and also that of Frontex mission in relation to illegal immigration.

I flera undersökningar framgår att det vanligaste sättet som bedrägerier eller förskingringar i insamlingsorganisationer upptäcks är genom tips från anställda inom organisationen eller av en ren tillfällighet. Det är tämligen sällsynt att ekonomiska brott upptäcks av externa revisorer. Detta pekar på vikten av att ha ett väl fungerande internt kontrollsystem. Syftet med uppsatsen är därför att utreda hur svenska insamlingsorganisationer arbetar med intern kontroll för att förhindra att drabbas av bedrägerier samt att analysera hur detta arbete kan förbättras.Vi ämnar besvara vårt syfte genom att utifrån vår analysmodell utföra kvalitativa intervjuer med utvalda svenska insamlingsorganisationer. Då COSO-modellen är en allmänt vedertagen modell för intern kontroll, kommer den vara utgångspunkt i analysmodellen.
