Syftet med detta examensarbete har varit att genom intervjuundersökning undersöka, beskriva och analysera webblärares uppfattning och upplevelser av det interaktiva lärandet på en vuxenutbildning. Vi har undersökt vad som utmärker arbetet som webblärare och vad begreppet interaktivt lärande innebär. Vidare har vi undersökt vilka möjligheter och hinder webblärarna upplever och även under vilka förutsättningar det interaktiva lärandet sker. En intervjuundersökning har genomförts med sju webblärare vid ett och samma utbildningsföretag som erbjuder vuxenutbildning. Utifrån teorin och resultat har vi funnit att webblärarens roll skiljer sig från den traditionella lärarrollen framför allt genom att den fysiska interaktionen uteblir.

Bakgrund: En utgångspunkt för problembaserat lärande (PBL) är verklighetsanknutna situationer, scenarier. På Hälsouniversitet i Linköping har man sedan ett par års infört interaktiva scenarier. Interaktiva scenarier, med både texter, bilder och videosekvenser tillför nya dimensioner i basgruppen, som ökad realism, interaktivitet och aktivering av fler sinnen. I de interaktiva scenarierna har material i form av bilder kommit att användas i mycket högre utsträckning än tidigare. Med tanke på att bilder kan vara svåra och tidskrävande att läsa är det viktigt att få ökad kunskap om hur bilderna används.

Purpose: The purpose of this thesis is to clarify and evaluate the concept of scenario planning.Methodology: Our research methodology has a qualitative approach and uses deductive reasoning. The theoretical field of strategy formulation has been reviewed and in specific the concept scenario planning was unravelled and mapped. Thereafter, our model was tested in a case study where the empirical data was collected through personal interviews. Theoretical field: Literature and articles from the strategic management field have been reviewed with a focus on strategy formulation, scenario planning and Williamson?s theory for the creation of a portfolio for strategic options.Empirical base: Personal interviews and secondary sources such as financial reports, articles mainly from industry media and articles found in the databases ELIN and Affärsdata.Analysis: The analysis work constitutes the testing of our model for scenario planning, integrated into Williamson?s portfolio of strategic options for the future.Result: The work has resulted in a clarified model of scenario planning with links to strategic management schools.

Innan studiens start gav vi, två lärarstudenter, två skolor möjligheten att deltaga i ett interaktivt förändringsarbete. Efter betänketid tackade skolorna nej till erbjudandet. Detta fick oss att fundera över hur skolor ser på utvecklingsarbete som involverar externa aktörer.Syftet med studien var att framhäva möjligheter och hinder inom skolutveckling som är i interaktion med utomstående aktörer, i form av bland annat lärarstudenter och forskare. Vidare syftade studien till att studera vilka faktorer som påverkar en skolas personals inställning. Dessutom ämnade arbetet skapa vidare förutsättningar för ett framåtsträvande samarbete mellan skolan och övriga tänkbara aktörer.Utifrån kvantitativa enkäter, som genomfördes på den valda gymnasieskolan, kunde vi fastställa den allmänna inställningen till interaktivt utvecklingsarbete med utomstående aktörer.

Uppsatsens syfte är att utreda huruvida ett visst mått av interaktivitet är möjlig inom ramen för en films berättarstruktur. Med andra ord söker den visa om en tittare kan vara delaktig i filmens handlingsförlopp genom att aktivt påverka det. För uppsatsens syfte används filmen Lola Rennt (Spring Lola, Tom Tykwer, 1998) som en teoretisk försökskanin. Genom analys av filmens berättarstruktur och diverse tidigare forskning, fallstudium inom interaktiv film, samt relevanta bitar ur de Narratologiska (berättarforskning) och Ludologiska (spelforskning) skolorna ämnas det finna svar på hur ett interaktivt filmnarrativ kan se ut, samt hur det skulle påverka tittarens relation gentemot filmens karaktärer och handling..

Purpose:The purpose of this thesis is: to determine key success factors for an organisation?s internal process of internalising future trends forecasting. Methodology:A qualitative approach has been chosen by examining three different companies (Electrolux, H&M and, Sony Ericsson) through interviews and other data. The empirical material have been analysed by using valid theory as a platform from where the analysis can be performed. This has created a conceptual analysis that enables the use of the conclusions in other similar companies.

A Geographic Information System (GIS) is about presentinginformation with the map as a base. This is increasingly being used on internetsites and in mobile apps. With a GPS it is possible to see where you are andhow to reach a destination or check if the bus is in time. A question to ask isif this technology is possible to implement in ordinary primary schooleducation. If it is, learning history, geography, religion and so on with a GISlearning tool might be possible.

Posten är ett statligt bolag med runt 33 000 anställda och en omsättning på drygt 25 miljarder kronor. Varje dag sorteras runt 20 miljoner brev på tio terminaler. Huvuddelen av sorteringen görs maskinellt. För att säkra tillgängligheten i maskinerna finns därför reservdelslager på de tio terminalerna. Dessa lager försörjs främst från Postens centrallager för reservdelar i Stockholm, som i sin tur har kontakt med leverantörerna av reservdelarna.Då varje terminal är angelägen om att ha en hög tillgänglighet på sina maskiner har lagren blivit stora.

The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe through a quantitative study the extent of support received by foster families, their opinion of the support and any areas that might need improvement. The foster families receive foster care support through a private agency. We concentrated on the following areas of support; education, health, contact with the children?s biological relatives and behavioral difficulties. These four areas have, in previous research, shown to be problematic for foster children.

Volvo Hauler & Loader Division in Arvika produces wheel loaders which they deliverthroughout the world. The factory which is situated in Arvika is the largest wheel loader plant in the whole world, with its 1 100 employees. The different models stretch from L60E all theway up to the brand new L350F, with a loader capacity from six tons up to a staggering 35.The assembly of the different models are divided into three different assembly lines, Small(L60-L90), Medium (L110-L120) and Large (L150-L220). The assembly of Heavy (L350)has just been started with an upcoming pre series.This examination paper gives recommendations of improvements and necessary modifications to rationalize the pre-assembly of boom units. Three different scenarios are presented in the paper.

The purpose of the study was to examine if preferred stereotypical leadership and gender could predict women?s employability to leading positions. The survey, which was selfconstructed containing a scenario module was conducted on co-workers (N=97) in the Vaxjo area. The result showed that the female candidate in the scenario was preferred as leader prior to the male candidate. However, there were no gender differences between the male and female participants? preferred stereotypical leadership.

Syfte: Syftet med denna studie ?r att utforska hur interaktivt och upplevelsebaserat l?rande om kostr?d betr?ffande frukt och gr?nsaker upplevs och mottas av en grupp ungdomar. Metod: Interventionen ?r formad med utg?ngspunkt i David Kolbs (1984) teori d?r l?rande ses som en cyklisk process i fyra steg. Deltagarna som deltog var elever i ?rskurs 8 i ?ldrarna 14?15 ?r. Urvalet rekryterades genom ett bekv?mlighetsurval genom Universeum. Uppsatsen ?r en kvalitativ studiedesign och datamaterialet samlades in vid ett tillf?lle i form av en intervention genom semistrukturerade gruppintervjuer samt observationer. Gruppintervjuerna spelades in och observationerna antecknades ner i ett observationsschema.

The Armed Forces is looking to improve control of where articles are and the monitoring of their condition within its clothing supply. That is why Försvarets Materielverk is working on a motion to tag the Armed Forces clothing with passive RFID-tags. A cost/benefit analysis has been made in this report in order to find out whether the investment is economical justifiable and what costs and benefits arose. The analysis tool that was used is based on the PENG-model. The analysis had three scenarios with the difference that each scenario included various amounts of clothing to tag.  There has also been made an analysis where only the benefits regarding decreasing amount of lost clothes and simplified inventory were included.The result of the first analysis was that none of the scenarios was profitable during the first year.

Tasmania is a state in Australia, and is also the country?s largest island. It is separated from the main land by a 429 kilometer wide strait. Every year, a large amount of people, cars and goods are transported to the island using a government owned ferry line, which generates approximately 300 million Australian dollars to the state?s economy ,every year. This bachelor thesis investigates the possibility of reducing the fuel consumption for the ferry traffic to and from Tasmania, which would also reduce the overall cost.

Holmen Paper is one of Sweden?s leading manufacturer of paper, with two Swedish production facilities located in Norrköping and Hallstavik. The European continent constitutes the company?s largest customer base which makes the company?s distribution system an integral part of the business. Historically, much of the produced paper has been transported by vessels, as vessels allow large volumes of goods and deliveries to markets which are difficult to reach with other modes of transportation.
