Denna studie syftar till att tydliggöra vilka behov och mål som användarna för en specifik interaktiv säljdisplay har och komma med potentiella förbättringsförslag. Metoder som använts för datainsamling är intervjuer av intressenter och målgruppen för produkten som legat till grund för skapandet av personor och scenarion som i sin tur använts för att ta fram krav och utveckling av användningstester. Resultatet visar på att några av de viktigaste produktkvalitérna som den interaktiva säljdisplayen bör ha är att den ska kännas enkel, tydlig och effektiv. Resultatet visar även på att målgruppens behov och mål för produkten varierar mycket beroende på demografi och användningstesterna att produkten i många fall inte möter användarnas krav. Slutsatserna redogör för att i de fall produkten inte möter användarnas behov behövs förbättrade funktioner, instruktioner och en mer genomarbetat design för att uppnå användarnas krav på produkten..

Syftet med rapporten är att utvärdera en interaktiv brand- och räddningsinstruktion som framförallt används inom försvarsmakten. Utvärderingen gick ut på att ta reda på hur användarna använder instruktionen och hur de vill att den ska utvecklas i framtiden för att möta deras behov. Utvärderingen genomfördes genom intervjuer med sju användare från olika delar av landet samt en heuristisk utvärdering utifrån Nielsens tio användbarhetsprinciper och med hänsyn till Sweller och Chandlers ?cognitive load theory?. Resultatet visade att instruktionen framförallt används som uppslagsbok och att användarna vill se en utveckling av instruktionen där den blir större och omfattar mer information, till exempel om haverier och utländska luftfartyg och att text och illustrationer i instruktionen är uppdaterad och korrekt.

The aim of this thesis is to examine user experience and engagements in interactive cinema.A great deal of the research that is conducted today involves creating interactive films, toexplore and examine film structures. In this study, we build on this research by comparingthree different interactive film structures. To carry out our study, we have categorized threedifferent interactive films after three different models to define their narrative structureand interface. To examine the experiences of those structures we have performed anexperiment where we have collected data from the three different sources; interviews,observations and surveys.It is difficult to draw conclusions about how an interactive film should be constructed asdifferent structures apply to different narratives. Based on our research the conclusion canbe made that the combination between the narrative structure, the narrative content, theaesthetics, the implementation of interactivity and how the film?s interface is constructed ismore important than building a specific structure for an interactive film.

By having two separate buildings, and to be in an area where there are rules and guidelines for the area's environment, makes it difficult to guide visitors to the school premises.The purpose of my research was to examine how to guide visitors to the school, and how to increase understanding that the school's various buildings are connected.Through practices such as site analysis, interviews, I found that the guidelines are not adapted to the current situation that is established in the district.Through theory and empirical material I have produced a design proposal to facilitate Wayfinding to Eskilstuna Folkhögskola. This is presented as a landmark and a clarification of the schools entrances and signage..

The aim of this thesis was to evaluate the music downloading service Musikwebb regarding its indexing and retrieval effectiveness. This was done by performing various kinds of search in the system. The outcome of these searches were then analysed according to the criteria specificity, precision, recall, exclusivity and authority control. The study showed that Musikwebb had several flaws regarding its retrieval effectiveness. The most prominent cases were the criteria exclusivity and specificity.

Vilka de exakta kriterier är eller hur maninom branschen uppfattar detta bedömningssystem, är frågor som studien ämnar besvara. Ibakgrunden tar vi upp restauranghistoria som kort beskriver restaurangbranschens framväxtunder 1900-talet och hur samhällets syn på serveringsyrket förändrats under samma tidsepok.Det finns ett antal faktorer som påverkar hur en måltid upplevs. Dessa har stor betydelse idagens samhälle då vi har gått från tillverkningsindustri till upplevelseindustri.

Husqvarna is a world leading producer of chainsaws with a well-established brand name. Husqvarna now has an interest in investigating the possibiltiy to expand their production of chains and guide bars to include cutting equipment for timber-harvesters.This project is a technical study which aims to answer questions about cutting equipment for timber-harvesters that have been decided in cooperation with Husqvarna. The questions have mainly been focused on forces, cutting speeds, service and maintenance -as well as general questions regarding the size of the Swedish market.Two methods have been applied to answer the questions. Interviews with retailers of harvesters, producers of harvester heads and harvester drivers.The main findings in this project show that there is a relatively small selection of harvester chains on the Swedish market. In contrast to the selection of harvester chains the selection of guide bars is quite large.

The aim of our study was to examine the oral health status using an oral assessment guide, ROAG, among elderly people in a block of service. Another aim was to evaluate the elderlys perception of there own oral health using a questionnaire. The study were undertaken at a ward in Kristianstad, with 39 caretakers. 21 caretakers participated in the study. The assessment of the oral health status was done on the same individuals (n=21) who answered the questions in the questionnaire.

The purpose of this thesis is to analyze green marketing and green brand building from a managerial perspective, with the intention to create an implementation guide for companies in the Swedish consumer market.  The essay is based on a qualitative approach with a mixture of inductive and deductive elements. We have interviewed five people with close links to green marketing. We have during the study identified a number of touch points to be particularly important in the process of incorporating green marketing. These findings are presented in full in chapter five. We have found that the framework of green marketing is established during the company?s choice of green strategy.

The purpose of this essay is to analyse the movie Hotel Rwanda from a didactic point of view using the movie?s use of history and historical culture as the main analytical tools. We also intend to problematize the use of movies in teaching focusing on the teaching guide from the Swedish film institution concerning Hotel Rwanda. We choose to work with a qualitative method. The reason why we decided to work with a qualitative method is the intention, as mentioned before, to analyse the movie using the tools we described earlier.

Detta examensarbete har utförts på uppdrag av Johan Lundberg AB som har haft ett behov av att det tas fram en guide vid åtgärder av vattenledningar. Åtgärder kan innebära nyläggning, utbyte eller renovering av en vattenledning. Syftet med rapporten är att ta reda på om ett visst material eller metod kan användas till vattenledningar, få fram för- och nackdelar med dessa material och metoder, både för installationsfasen och för driftsfasen. Detta görs ur ett långsiktigt tekniskt, ekonomiskt och miljömässigt perspektiv. Rapporten innehåller en faktadel med tänkbara material och schaktfria metoder och sju stycken intervjuer med ledningsägare har genomförts och en sammanställning av dessa intervjuer presenteras i kapitel 5.3.

Vad den än är så är den stället där beteenden som fusk med städning samt stulna tvättider och kläder sker vilket kan mynna ut i riktigt allvarliga bråk som polisanmäls. Att ändra på tvättstugan och hålla ett vakande öga över den kostar pengar och det har inte alla. Under dessa förhållanden kommer problemen som påträffas där, bara att fortsätta att existera tills alla tvättstugor stängs.Forskning har visat att bilder på ögon motarbetar beteenden som orsakar problem i tvättstugan.

SyfteStudiens syfte är ta reda på lärarnas utvärderingspraktik när det gäller elevers matematiska kunskaper och förståelse. Är det den formativa eller den summativa bedömningen som tillämpas mest? Vad tycker lärarna om sitt sätt att utvärdera elevernas kunskaper, beror det på vilka elever de utvärderar? Följande forskningsfrågor ska besvaras:? Hur anpassas lärarens sätt att bedöma en elevs kunskap i matematik beroende på elevens förmågor och motivation?? Hur påverkas lärarens undervisning av tidigare genomförda utvärderingen av elevers förståelse i matematik? TeoriDen teoretiska ramen för denna studie är variationsteori. Olika variationsmönster presenteras och det centrala begreppet lärandeobjekt och dess kritiska aspekter används i analysen av resultatet. I studiens början presenteras det en del av tidigare forskning kring formativ bedömning i matematik med fokus på vikten av tillämpningen av interaktiv feedback i undervisning och bedömning.MetodEn kvalitativ metod i form av observationer och följande halvstrukturerade intervjuer används i den här studien, det som är av denna studies intresse är lärarnas uppfattningar kring sin bedömning.
