Computers and business systems are used more frequently in a world where IT gradually is taking over. This is also true when it comes to the real estate valuation process where actors on the Swedish real estate market are using automatic valuation systems for real estate appraisal. But the real estate agents have not yet seen the charm in using these automatic valuation systems for real estate appraisal. Can the real estate agents also use the automatic valuation systems? We developed our three main subjects: the valuation process, an automatic valuation system and the real estate market with assistance from scientific articles.

AbstractThe development of new economies from the industrial revolution to the information society of today has led to an increase in goods, services and information technology. It has also affected the way that organizations are formed and shown that organizations transform more and more into networks. This has left an impact on the concept of marketing and an increase in the handling of internal relations within companies. The marketing concept has developed from the 4P:s, price, place, product and promotion, to relations marketing as a new perspective.This study focuses on a description of relations marketing in medium - sized advertising agencies. The advertising business has a long history of close customer relations and advertising agencies strongly depend on new customers.

Den svenska marknaden för kommersiella fastigheter är het och har varit det under lång tid. Bland annat konstateras i en undersökning från revisionsbolaget Pricewaterhouse Coopers och Urban Land Institute att Stockholm, efter London och Paris, just nu rankas som Europas tredje mest attraktiva stad för utländska investerare att köpa och äga fastigheter i.Detta väckte vår nyfikenhet att konkretisera de faktorer som kan ha lett fram till att utländska fastighetsinvesterare attraheras av den svenska fastighetsmarknaden.Genom att vända oss till företag med stor inblick i de förhållanden som råder på den svenska fastighetsmarknaden fick vi intervjusvar från fem representanter.Arbetet med teorin gjorde att vi förväntade oss ett visst svar men intervjuerna gav oss ett helt annat resultat. Denna uppsats belyser många faktorer som gör Sveriges fastighetsmarknad lättillgänglig. Dock påvisar vår studie att framförallt transparensen och likviditeten på den svenska fastighetsmarknaden är det som gör den så intressant för utländska investerare.Transparensen på den svenska fastighetsmarknaden, som är en stor konkurrensfördel på den globala marknaden, hotas av skattetekniska konstruktioner. Att inte förlora denna fördel på den internationella investeringsmarknaden är ett problem som måste lösas.

Medlingsinstitutets roll och funktionSyftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka vad medlingsinstitutet har för roll i arbetstvister. Vad är medlingsinstitutets befogenheter i tvister och vad har institutet för medel att lösa den uppkomna tvisten. Utifrån institutets befogenheter blir syftet att ta reda på vad arbetsgivare/organisationer har för skyldigheter i en uppkommen tvist gentemot medlingsinstitutet.Syftet med uppsatsen är också att undersöka vad medlingsinstitutet gör för att uppnå en mer jämställd lönebildning mellan könen. För att få en internationell utblick i uppsatsen blir syftet att titta närmare på grannlandet Norge. Finns något liknande institut där och vad skiljer i så fall instituten åt.Resultatet av min undersökning blev att institutet har en rad befogenheter både under en tvist, men även innan en tvist brutit ut. Skyldigheterna för arbetsgivaren/organisationen är inte lika många, men hänger ihop med institutets befogenheter.Att institutet jobbar för en mer jämställd löneutveckling blev ett mer överraskande resultat för mig.

How different activities such as communication and participation on the web could lead to consumption on the Internet.

Syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka och analysera hur ISO 9000 serien utvecklats och spridits med utgångspunkt från Røviks teori gällande framgångsrika recept. Vi har sökt svaren till vilka faktorer som gör att organisationer tar till sig konceptet och implementerar det. Frågor har skapats utifrån ovanstående teori som sedan ställts till Sveriges samtliga tio ackrediterade certifieringsorgan som utför revisioner av standarden. Vi har även ställt frågor till SIS, Swedish Standard Institute som ansvarar för framtagandet av standarder i Sverige. Efter att ha applicerat och analyserat den empiri som vi erhållit genom intervjuer och litteraturstudier har vi funnit att ISO 9000 serien till stora delar stämmer överens med vald teori.

I mitt examensarbete har jag haft för avsikt att undersöka metoder för att modellera lågpolygonkaraktärer för datorspel. Som min metod valde jag att delvis studera karaktärsmodeller från ett antal olika spel från etablerade spelföretag. Med olika programvaror har jag kunnat plocka ut modeller från spelen för att kunna granska dem under förstorningsglas.Med hjälp av samma program gjorde jag också en kort statistisk sammanställning över hur många polygoner som används för olika karaktärer i olika spel. Detta var i avseendet att få en uppfattning om vad som räknas som lågpolygonmodeller. Vad jag kom fram till här var att det inte finns en klar och tydlig definition av vad som räknas som lågpolygonmodell.

This report is the result of a master thesis at Linköping University - Institute of Technology and Uppsala University at the request of the chassi workshop at Scania CV AB in Södertälje. Since the beginning of the 90's, Scania CV AB has had a close cooperation with Toyota from which, among other things, the Scania Production System (SPS) has evolved. SPS explains Scanias' values, principles and priorities. The Technician department (MST) at Scania Chassi in Södertälje believes that SPS can streamline the technicians work and help them become a more homogeneous group. The purpose of this master thesis is to initiate an implementation of SPS within MST through two pilot projects involving both the product and process technicians. The SPS principle Normal Situation - Standardised working method was required to be implemented within one work task each for the two groups of technicians with special attention on the three subprinciples Standardisation, Takt and Balanced flow. The master thesis fulfilled its purpose as the two pilot projects initiated the implementation of SPS within MST and the three sub-principles Standardisation, Takt and Balanced flow were implemented within the two chosen work tasks.
