The purpose of this study is to explore specific pedagogical activities that benefit the student's verbal language development and to learn more about how our schools use teaching methods to achieve the ambitions in the governing documents in Sweden. The aim is finding the correlation between theory, research, governing documents and the educational work in our schools. This study contains an empirical survey in Intention to see how teachers, pupils and school administrators experience school activities, to see if those activities are formed with the Intention for pupils to reach the learning goals according to the governing documents.The aim of this study has been achieved by relating empirical data with theories and previous research on conversation analysis. Goffman's and Norrby's research on the importance of dialogue and previous research on dialogicity studied by Dysthe, Vygotsky and Bakhtin are presented. Those are related to empirical data and show that most teachers realize the importance of integrating dialogues in daily activities and in different learning contexts.

The purpose of this essay is to develop knowledge about how learning among employees is perceived to occur practically in a pre-school unit seen as a learning organization. From an employee perspective the Intention was to gain an understanding of how they perceive the organization regarding employee learning in the workplace when it comes to in which contexts and what conditions that enable collaborative learning. This thesis is a discourse analysis of six rape trials, with the Intention to analyze how the plaintiffs?? resistance is described. The overall aim is to investigate whether there are forms of resistance that the courts find more desirable and if there are any rules for how resistance should manifest itself. Sammanfattning  Denna studie syftar till att studera yrkesverksamma förskollärares uppfattningar av teknik i förskolan och deras beskrivningar av hur de synliggör teknik i förskolans verksamhet. För att skapa en grundförståelse av vad teknik innebär inom förskolans verksamhet och hur det kan gestaltas, bör en medvetenhet hos pedagogerna finnas för att synliggöra tekniken i vardagen. Teknikområdet lyftes fram i förskolans reviderade läroplan Lpfö98/10, men hur man arbetar med att synliggöra tekniken i vardagen är upp till pedagogen att tolka. Studiens empiri utgör en pedagogisk analys av läroplanstexten Lpfö98/10 samt halvstrukturerade intervjuer med sex förskollärare. Detta har tolkats med hjälp av ett teoretiskt ramverk i form av ett raster av olika teknikaspekter/emfaser som vi finner i tidigare forskning vilket har fördjupats till ändamålet med denna studie.

An attempt were made to record the 1st movement of Beethoven?s Op. 57, with the objective of performing it as close to Beethoven?s will as possible, in the tradition of the ?historically informed performance? movement.The result of evaluating source material rendered a list of the most relevant material for this study, and hopefully that might prove useful for other studies with similar objective concering HIP and composer-Intention based ?autenticity?.However, Beethoven?s will was only vaguely captured in the limited source material accounted for in this study, rendering it moderate-to-small reliability. The thesis hears content-error in relation to agreements closed by electronic means. The purpose of the thesis is to elucidate how the rules in 32 §(1) AvtL apply to agreements closed by such means and to evaluate its suitability. The elucidation is done on the basis of, the rules? adequacy in relation to their objectives in collaboration with a comparative view on a selection of international legal framework under private law, such as DCFR, UNCITRAL Model Law, UNIDROIT Principles and CISG.Since Sweden lack a specific regulation for electronically closed agreements, all modern closing methods will be evaluated from the dated outlook of the Swedish Contract Act. In relation to entirely automated processes which results in the closing of an agreement, particular difficulty arise in correlation with prerequisites, which requires a human stance.
